Future Shows Love To Ex-Girlfriend, Dess Dior

Rappers Future and Dess Dior started dating near the end of 2020, shortly after he broke up with model Lori Harvey. Throughout their relationship, the two artists were seen wearing matching outfits, attending extravagant events, and buying one another luxury gifts. While many adored their companionship, the couple ultimately called it quits.

The last we saw of them was a Twitter post from Dess earlier this year. She shared a mirror picture of them with the caption, “i still, he still… WE STILL.” However, since then, the relationship between the two has appeared to be nonexistent, forcing users to believe that they have split for good.

That was until today when the 38-year-old shared a screenshot of him downloading Dess’ newest EP RAW. Equipped with eight records, the project was released yesterday (September 23).

Future went above and beyond to support his old fling, sharing two separate posts regarding her music– one of her cover art and another of her attending the listening party, in which he tagged her to boost the engagement further. Appreciative of his efforts, Dess reposted two of the three images on her story.

In other news regarding the I NEVER LIKED YOU artist, he recently sold a chunk of his publishing rights for tens of millions of dollars. When speaking on the deal, he stated, “I put everything into my music, and I wanted to make sure these were in good hands as I thought about the next chapter of these songs… this music has timeless value. My music is my art, and these songs represent some of the most precious artwork of my career.”

It’s always great to see a comeback, especially from a rapper whose life flashed before our very eyes. Lil Tjay’s made his triumphant return to concerts at this year’s Rolling Loud New York following an attempted robbery in June, where he was shot seven times and hospitalized. The rapper started his performance on Friday, September 23rd at Citi Field in Queens with a positive attitude, and didn’t take long to feed fans with the hits.

The 21-year-old rapper was shot this June in his car outside of a New Jersey Chipotle as part of an attempted robbery. He was rushed into emergency surgery and was reportedly unconscious and breathing from a tube for the next few days. In August, he returned to social media to say that despite things being rough, he’s back and “stronger than ever” with a message for his fans. He released a video in a neck brace where he said, “Hey what’s going on y’all? I’m just checking in with y’all. I just wanna say, thanks for the love, thanks for the support. I’ve been looking at the DM’s, seeing the comments and everything else and I feel love.”

“Seven shots it was tough you know,” he continued. “Most people don’t survive it but I’m here. Here for a reason and new music coming soon, we’re gonna come back stronger than ever. Love y’all.”

Two days later, he dropped “Beat the Odds,” his comeback single where he thanks fans for their support as we see him in the hospital in the music video. He also dropped a remix of 50 Cent’s “Many Men” earlier in the week.

Rolling Loud New York is set to continue as planned, with headlining performances left from A$AP Rocky (Saturday) and Future (Sunday) with additional sets from Lil Baby, 21 Savage, Glorilla, Ericka Banks, and many more. Kim K Channels Marilyn Monroe (Again) In Italy Before Walking Dolce & Gabbana Runway: Video

New York Fashion Week was a star-studded affair earlier this month, though now that it’s wrapped up for another season, most of the famous fashionistas have flown over to Italy for Milan Fashion Week. Kim Kardashian is among the many socialites making headlines with their looks – the 41-year-old channelled the same energy she brought to this year’s Met Gala for many of her appearances, sporting her bright blonde hair in a Marilyn Monroe-inspired style.

Ahead of actually walking down the runway, the mother of four uploaded a video to her Instagram feed showing her laying in the back of a limousine with a touseled, curly blonde bob, rolling around seductively in a slinky black lace slip dress as she tries to evade the paparazzi’s camera flashes.

“An appetizer before the show. #CiaoKim,” she wrote in the caption, referring to the collection she helped co-design in collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana.

On Friday (September 23) the reality star actually sauntered down the runway herself – later joined by Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce – closing out the brand’s show while mother Kris Jenner, little sister Khloé Kardashian, and three of her and Kanye West’s children sat front row to cheer her on.

“The most incredible show in Milan today!!” the Kar-Jenner matriarch wrote in her celebratory IG post. “@kimkardashian @dolcegabbana, perfection as always! So proud of you @kimkardashian!!! #MilanFashionWeek #CiaoKim #DolceandGabbana.”

It’s not shocking that Kim’s latest fashion link-up is with D&G, as the controversial brand dressed the entire family in both archival looks and new designs for Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding to Travis Barker earlier this year – read more about that here, and check out Kim’s runway walk below.

Donald Trump & Family Sued For Fraud By New York Attorney General

Years after Donald Trump’s last day in office as President of the United States, his legal and public reckoning is still underway, recently underscored by warrants against him for nuclear documents. This week, New York Attorney General Letitia James filed a $250 million lawsuit against the business tycoon; his children Eric, Ivanka, and Donald Jr.; and the Trump Organization on the charge of “staggering” fraud in the family real estate business.

James’ office uncovered potential criminal violations during a three-year investigation, which covers crimes such as conspiracy, bank fraud, falsifying business records, insurance fraud, and issuing false financial statement. The 220-page civil suit was filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court and accuses the former president and his company of wrongfully inflating his prized assets, such as golf courses and residences, to gain favorable tax benefits and loans.

“Donald Trump falsely inflated his net worth by billions of dollars to unjustly enrich himself, and cheat the system, thereby cheating all of us,” said the Attorney General during a press conference. “Claiming you have money that you do not have does not amount to the art of the deal, it’s the art of the steal,” she stated, which is a reference to Trump’s book from 1987.

Should the lawsuit be successful, it would render Trump unable to run a business in New York or to buy commercial real estate for the next five years, whether personally or through his company. While James’ probe is civil and therefore cannot bring criminal charges, her office is referring the case to the Internal Revenue Service and to federal prosecutors in New York’s Southern District.

Ex-Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg is also implicated in this suit, which alleges that defendants “engaged in numerous acts of fraud and misrepresentation in the preparation of Mr. Trump’s annual statements of financial condition … covering at least the years 2011 through 2021.”

According to James, the defendants made at least 200 false or misleading inflations of assets that resulted in profits of at least $250 million. These claims were made in Trump’s “Statements of Financial Condition” given to organizations like Cushman & Wakefield, Deutsche Bank, and Mazars Group for loan applications and insurance purposes, and led readers to believe Trump was making billions more than he was.

“Each statement was personally certified as accurate by Mr. Trump or by one of his trustees,” James claimed. As an example of overvaluing his properties, lying about how much cash he had on hand, and ignoring legal restrictions on development rights, James cites Trump’s 40 Wall Street property. He valued it at $530 million in 2013, with it actually being appraised at $220 million in 2012 according to court documents. He also exaggerated the Trump Tower triplex’s square footage by 20,000 square feet, making the apartment value at a never-before-seen-in-New-York price of $327 million.

James also claimed that the Trump Organization lowered its federal tax obligations through this scheme. For example, Eric Trump worked with an outside tax council to receive federal tax deductions by fulfilling a conservation easement donation when developing the Seven Springs estate in Westchester County in 2011. When asked about the easement donation, Eric invoked the Fifth Amendment, which fraudulently reduced his tax obligation by more than $3.5 million.

Ivanka and Donald Jr. were added to the case around 2020, and all three children have been executives in the company. They, along with their father, have unsuccessfully appeared for depositions, with Trump himself refusing to answer questions under Fifth Amendment rights.

Trump’s team has responded with hostility to these claims. Trump lawyer Alina Habba told The Post that James’ case “is neither focused on the facts nor the law — rather, it is solely focused on advancing the Attorney General’s political agenda.”

“It is abundantly clear that the Attorney General’s Office has exceeded its statutory authority by prying into transactions where absolutely no wrongdoing has taken place,” she continued. “We are confident that our judicial system will not stand for this unchecked abuse of authority, and we look forward to defending our client against each and every one of the Attorney General’s meritless claims.”

Trump called James’ lawsuit a “witch hunt” on the Truth Social platform, with his former attorney general Bill Barr dismissing it as a “political hit job” as well. He told Fox News that he believes this case will garner sympathy for Trump, as it’s just another example of “Trump derangement syndrome,” and that James does not have enough evidence to bring a criminal case forth. “I don’t think it’s going to go any further,” he expressed.

These wrongdoings merely “scratch the surface of the misconduct,” James said. Other restrictions that the New York Attorney General’s Office seeks to impose are a permanent ban from directorship of any local company for Trump and his three involved children. In addition to coughing up $250 million to reverse fraudulent profits, she wants to bar Weisselberg and Jeffrey McConney, Trump Organization controller, from having financial control of any New York company. Finally, she wishes for an independent monitor to provide oversight for the next five years, as well as audited annual financial statements of Trump’s net worth to be distributed to companies that previously received statements of his financial condition. All these restrictions must be approved by a judge before they are put into effect.

James began investigating the company in 2019, after Trump’s ex-personal lawyer Michael Cohen made some of these claims to Congress. She filed suit in 2020 based on claims that Eric Trump and the company were stonewalling the investigation. The AG office has also rejected at least one settlement offer from Trump’s team, stating Wednesday to reporters that they “rejected settlement offers that they submitted and [their] doors are always open.” A spokesperson for the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York also said Wednesday that they were aware of the suit, but provided no further comments.

This lawsuit follows Trump’s legal woes in Florida’s Mar-a-Lago resort, which FBI officials raided on August 8th to determine whether he was unlawfully hiding classified legal documents. While he’s claimed that the documents were declassified before they were moved, Trump lawyers were in Brooklyn federal court on Tuesday as Judge Raymond Dearie determines which of the 11,000 documents seized could warrant attorney-client or executive privilege.

The Trump Organization will also face trial next month for tax fraud charges, where Weisselberg is scheduled to testify against the company as part of a plea deal with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, in response to James’ suit, said that their criminal investigation is “active and ongoing,” as officials determine whether the organization helped top executives downplay their government compensations for 15 years in order to avoid income taxes. Trump is not personally charged in that suit.

Lil Baby Attends Jayda Cheaves’ Birthday Party

Lil Baby and Jayda Cheaves’ relationship hasn’t always been the best. The two dated for nearly six years and, throughout that time, produced a son named Loyal, traveled the world, and bought each other expensive gifts. While everything appeared to be fine between the two, infidelity ultimately ended their companionship.

Pierre Suu/Getty Images

The two called it quits in March this year when they exchanged words via social media. After the two went back and forth for a little while, Jayda let the world know that she was “finally standing up” and leaving the rapper alone for good.

Of course, internet users took her statements with a grain of salt, as the two were infamous for breaking up to make up. However, less than a month later, the mother of one assured everyone that she was not doubling back on her word.

Since then, the two haven’t had any more disputes on social media, forcing everyone to believe that they had cut ties. But, recent video footage alluded that they still share some sort of bond.

In celebration of her 25th birthday, the Georgia native threw a celebration filled with music, liquor, and friends. Throughout the night, the partygoers snapped pictures and recorded videos to cherish the moment later. While a lot of the content was posted online, one video, in particular, caught the attention of social media users.

In one clip, the camera bounced back and forth between Jayda dancing and Lil Baby standing on a wall in the rear of the building. Check out the video below.

Lil Uzi Vert’s Artist Lotta Cash Desto Killed During Houston Drive-By Shooting

Hours after it was reported that Dallas rapper FBG Straap was killed in a local shooting earlier this week, another artist has been shot and killed in a Texas drive-by incident, according to SNBC13.

The recently deceased is Lil Uzi Vert’s artist, Lotta Cash Desto, who was riding around in an SUV with others in west Houston early on Saturday (September 24) morning. Police say that the driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene of the crime, while two others (reported to be men) were injured.

Around 2:40 AM, the Houston Police Department responded to a shooting reported near 5500 Richmond Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located a solver Porsche SUV facing in the direction of westbound traffic on Richmond, just before the Chimney Rocks area.

Those who were discovered inside the vehicle suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and though the driver couldn’t be saved, the passenger was transported to the hospital for treatment. A man who was also suffering from gunshot wounds was discovered nearby and brought to the hospital in a private vehicle.

At this time, HPD suspects there was more than one gunman due to the position of the bullet fragments inside the Porsche.

Further details have yet to be released, though it’s been noted that authorities continue to determine the circumstances and motive surrounding the deadly tragedy.

Tributes have been pouring in for Lotta Cash Desto across social media as the news continues to make rounds. Check some of them out below, and tap back in with HNHH later for any updates.

Ice Spice Performs At Rolling Loud New York, Twitter Reacts

Ice Spice hasn’t been in the game for long, but she’s still managed to become a success after her single, “Munch (Feelin’ U),” garnered much attention. Within a couple of months, the New York native has been co-signed by Drake, gained thousands of social media followers, and earned a spot on B-Lovee’s tour.

Her accomplishments don’t stop there; yesterday, Ice took the stage at Rolling Loud in New York. For three days, numerous esteemed artists perform in front of thousands of fans. The hip-hop festival has always been a big deal, featuring headliners like Nicki Minaj and Future to guest entertainers like Lil Baby and Key Glock.

During Fivio Foreign’s performance, he brought Ice on stage. She rapped her hit while on stage and got the crowd hype for her famous line, “You thought I was feelin’ you? That n*gga a munch. N*gga a eater, he eat it for lunch. B*tch I’m a baddie I get what I want like. You thought I was feelin’ you?”

While the crowd seemed to be appreciative of her set, social media users were dissatisfied with her lack of performance skills. Many claimed she did not do the best job, citing her low energy and lack of involvement with the crowd.

Masika Kalysha, reality television star, agreed with the latter. She took to Twitter and shared, “I’m not a hater I want everyone to win I really do… soooooo can someone please get ice spice some stage presence coaching & breath control training please.”

Hilary Duff Recreates Infamous “That’s So Gay” PSA 14 Years Later: Watch

While many former Disney Channel stars have been faced with endless drama and scandals throughout their early adulthood, one who has maintained her place in the public’s good graces is Lizzie McGuire alumn, Hilary Duff.

The 34-year-old actress has been involved with several projects in recent years, including hit shows like Younger and How I Met Your Father, and although her Disney+ reboot of LM never came to be, the mother of three did use social media earlier this week to share an iconic recreation video she made with some friends in which she revisited a 2008 role.

At the time, Duff had been cast in a “Think Before You Speak” PSA in which she reminds viewers of the harms that can come with using homophobic slurs.

While the original ad starred the Houston native alongside other teenage girls, this time around she tapped Pentatonix member Scott Hoying and his fiancé Mark Manio to assist her. “That’s so gay,” one of the men tells the other as he tries on a top. “Really?” the other responds.

“Yeah, that’s so gay,” Maino states again before Duff enters the chat, saying, “You know, you really shouldn’t say that.”

After Hoying asks, “Say what?” the child starlet claps back, “Well, say that something’s gay when it’s bad. It’s insulting. What if every time something was bad, everybody said, ‘Ugh, that’s so girl wearing a skirt as a top?… Those are cute jeans, though.”

After uploading the clip to her TikTok page, Duff offered an explanation in the comments as to why she opted to reimagine the moment nearly a decade and a half later. “@Scott Hoying & @markmanio410 tying the shirt on as a skirt/top made me say yes,” she wrote.

“Also 14 years later – still holds up.” Check out Twitter’s reaction to the comedic pop culture crossover below, and tap back in with HNHH later for more news updates.

Latto Salutes Cardi B & Yung Miami For Balancing Motherhood & Rap

Being a mother is always a hard task, but even more so when you need to worry about feeding the baby, taking your kids to school, and releasing your next big hit. Latto wants to recognize the women in rap that are able to balance their careers with their family lives, and gave credit on the Caresha Please podcast to its host, City Girls member Yung Miami. The “Act Up” star has two children, and Latto gave her and Cardi B their due flowers for their hard work.

The “Big Energy” MC opened up about her hectic schedule and the value of a healthy work-life balance, which is what led her to commend Miami and Cardi.

Astrid Stawiarz/Getty Images

“I really salute you,” she said to Miami. “I always use you and Cardi as an example. Y’all give us a new meaning to ‘boss b***h.’ You know how they always try to make it seem like, ‘Oh, no. You can’t have a baby yet. It’s not possible. You’re gonna slow down. You’re gonna stop.’ B***h, I swear to god, I’ll be like, ‘Miami didn’t stop. Cardi didn’t stop.’ I swear to god, I go to y’all every time. Y’all just re-wrote the story for us … That s**t be motivation for somebody like me.”

Cardi B heard about the praise coming her way, and thanked Latto via Twitter.

While the Ohio artist doesn’t have any kids of her own, she said a child “ain’t too far away… I’m ready… I ain’t gon’ lie. Maybe, like, a year or two.” She went on to emphasize the huge respect she has for mothers, starting with the woman that had her when she was just 15.

“I respect the f**k out of women… On Mother’s Day, I don’t play. I send every mom I know flowers, edible arrangements, all that stuff. Women who have kids, that’s the boss b***h. The boss b***h is being a mom. That’s the ultimate boss b***h. It don’t get more feminine than bringing a life into this world. I’m really obsessed with motherhood.”

No baby showers yet for the 777 rapper, it seems, but she did tell Yung Miami and co-host Saucy Santana that she’s had a secret boo for about two years. She’s been rumored to be with 21 Savage with neither side confirming a fling, but the hints that Yung Miami asked for do fit the Atlanta artist’s profile.

“He a real n***a,” Latto laughed about her mystery man. “He a rich n***a. He that n***a… Everything about our life is so exposed, so I feel like I have something real and I want to protect it from the world. This ain’t no PR s**t.”

Kanye West Plans To Run For President Again: “[Last] Time Wasn’t In God’s Time”

Kanye West’s failed 2020 presidential run was one of the more chaotic parts of that year, and though he lost by a staggering margin, taking home just over 70,000 votes when all was said and done, the father of four isn’t letting that hold him back from pursuing more politicking in the future.

Earlier this week, the rapper sat down with Good Morning America to open up about everything from his parenting methods and his faith to his future aspirations of leading the country and his thoughts on his ongoing feud with Adidas and GAP.

When asked if he has plans to dive into politics further in the future, West answered, “absolutely.” Speaking on his tumultuous attempt at taking over the White House from Donald Trump in the last election, he added, “That time wasn’t in God’s time.”

It’s no secret that the Yeezy founder is a highly spiritual person, and from the sounds of things, he firmly believes that the Lord will make his dreams come true in divine timing.

Elsewhere in his chat with the ABC News crew, Ye shared his point of view amid his tensions with executives at both Adidas and GAP. “It was all kind of a disregard for the voice of something that I co-created. I co-created the product at Adidas. I co-created the product at GAP,” he explained.

“That means that I was there for some specific agenda, not for Yeezy GAP to be everything that it could be, or this dream that I had about what the GAP could be. It’s time for me to make my own thing.”

According to West, learning the ins and outs of the business in more detail is his current plan of attack. “We had to level up. Really show ’em who’s the new boss in town, that I’m the boss of me. I’m no longer just the man ridin’ atop the polo horse,” he declared.

“I’m not just a mascot in the middle of the games, gettin’ the crowd hyped up sayin’, ‘Hey, wear this, do this,’ but you know, just learn financial engineering. Learn how to – learn how to really run a company.”

Check it all out in the interview below, and tap back in with HNHH later for more pop culture news updates.
