DaBaby Brings Out Tory Lanez For Rolling Loud Set, Shocking Crowd In Miami

DaBaby shocked the Rolling Loud crowd in Miami, Sunday night, by bringing out Tory Lanez during his set. DaBaby was the next artist to perform after Megan Thee Stallion.

Lanez pulled up masked in a huge costume before the big reveal.

“I’ll give somebody out here a million dollars if they can guess who in here,” DaBaby told Rolling Loud crowd. “I got a million dollars right now if you can guess who… Who you think?”

After Lanez popped out of the suit, the two broke into a performance of their “SKAT” collaboration. The song was the initial cause of the rift between DaBaby and Megan, earlier this year. After Megan complained about DaBaby working with Lanez, the two unfollowed each other on social media.

Earlier this week, Lanez gave a shoutout to DaBaby during a freestyle, in which he also rapped about being framed in the alleged shooting of Megan.

“Shoutout to DaBaby, Roddy Ricch, and Lil Baby/What I’m about to say is gonna sound a little crazy/But it’s true so don’t play me/Y’all all would’ve got your awards if they didn’t frame me,” he rapped on Hot 97.

Damian Lillard Theorizes Why Team USA Is Struggling

Damian Lillard theorized why Team USA is struggling in such an embarrassing fashion, following their loss to France in the team’s first official game of the Tokyo Olympics. The Portland Trail Blazers star says foreign players step up their game when competing on the international level and that they’re given more freedom at the Olympics.

“And you know who we see each night sometimes in the NBA, they are completely different when they play for their countries,” Lillard said. “They got more freedom, and the comfort level is obvious. So we put ourselves in a dogfight, and they made plays to win it.”

Lillard was likely referring to Evan Fournier who, while is a respectable NBA player, dropped 28 on Team USA, Sunday, outperforming everyone on the court. He even hit a go-ahead three-pointer in the final quarter.

In addition to Fournier, France has four more NBA players on their roster including Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert, New York Knicks guard Frank Nilikina, Los Angeles Clippers forward Nicolas Batum, and Brooklyn Nets guard Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot.

On the other hand, Team USA boasts stars such as Kevin Durant, Bam Adebayo, Devin Booker, and more. The team is also coached by Spurs legend Gregg Popovich.

Lakers Have Offered Kyle Kuzma & KCP To “Almost Every Team”: Report

The Los Angeles Lakers have reportedly attempted to trade Kyle Kuzma and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to almost the entire league, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. The news comes amidst reports that the Lakers are nearing a deal to acquire Buddy Hield from the Kings.

“They have literally offered Kyle Kuzma and KCP to almost every team I’ve talked to in the league,” Woj said on the Woj & Lowe Free Agency Special, Sunday.

The Lakers hope moving Kuzma and Caldwell-Pope will free up some cap space to spend on resigning Dennis Schroder and Talen Horton-Tucker in the offseason or bringing in new talent

Despite averaging 18.7 points per game during his rookie season, Kuzma has fallen out of favor with Lakers fans in the years since after his p.p.g. dropped to 12.8 over the last two seasons.

Speaking with Bleacher Report’s Tyler Conway earlier this month, Kuzma blamed the lack of production on inconsistent playtime: “My biggest thing is I just want to play within a consistent role. If I have that ability, I’ll be able to showcase what I can really do.”

While he averaged just 9.7 points per game last season, Caldwell-Pope did shoot a career-high efficiency in three-point shots in 2020-21 with 41.0 percent.

Camila Cabello Defends “Don’t Go Yet” Performance After Blackface Accusations

Camila Cabello debuted her new song, “Don’t Go Yet,” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, earlier this week, and was met with backlash online after a backup dancer appeared to be wearing blackface for the performance. Cabello explained on Twitter that the dancer was actually supposed to be wearing a “terrible orange spray tan,” in line with the ’80s theme.

“Hey! so this dude was just supposed to be a white man with a terrible spray tan,” she said in a note she posted on Twitter, in response to the criticism. “We purposefully tried to pull together a multicultural group of performers, the expectation was not that everyone in the performance needed to be Latin. There are white people, African American people, Latin people, etc. and so the point wasn’t to try to make everyone look Latin either. There are a lot of people in the performance who are not.”

She added: “The point was to try to make each person look like an over-the-top 80’s character just like in the video, including a white dude with a terrible orange spray tan.”
