However, that doesn’t stop others from speaking on LeBron’s name. During Tuesday’s episode of Undisputed, Sharpe came to the defense of “The King” once again. James has just finished up his 20th regular season in the league. That accolade alone is a testament to the player that he is. However, he didn’t just play, he put up another great year of statistics.

LeBron made league history this season. Becoming the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. However, James is still a focal point for the Los Angeles Lakers. A fact that Sharpe brought up in his GOAT discussion. “LeBron’s legacy is etched in stone. Jordan missed the playoffs the last 2 years of his career, do you ding his legacy?” Sharpe does make a good point when discussing the differences between James and Jordan. Michael Jordan’s legacy is one of one. But it wasn’t always the best of times for the Chicago Bulls superstar.

However, Sharpe doesn’t see how this would tarnish a legacy. Sharpe even added Jordan didn’t even make the playoffs in his final two seasons with the Washington Wizards. Although the situations may be different, what LeBron is doing is still an amazing feat.
