Of all the beefs that rappers have these days, Boosie Badazz’s ongoing tension with Instagram may take the cake. The rapper has been a polarizing figure in the industry for decades, but in recent years, his online antics have caused him a bit of backlash. His fans have stood beside him through each controversy, from Lil Nas X backlash to being banned from Instagram. Of the latter, Boosie has regularly surfaced with threats of lawsuits but despite his anger, the IG gods aren’t budging.
There was a time when Boosie was making waves on Instagram Live as he featured half-naked women showing off their goods, and in some cases, things were reportedly close to becoming X-rated. Instagram officials took a stand and deleted his account, but later, Boosie was confronted with being banned permanently.
Still, Boosie has continued to return to the platform. He seems to exist there without concern for a few months or so before Instagram shuts him own. Earlier this morning (December 17), the Louisiana rapper attempted to log in, only to discover that he was axed yet again, so he trotted over to Twitter where he angrily called out Instagram.
