Young Dolph Was Reportedly Unaware Of Any Ongoing Beef When He Arrived In Memphis

As the world continues to mourn the untimely death of Young Dolph, more and more information regarding the shooting that took the rapper’s life has come to light. According to TMZ, the Memphis native was “unaware of any ongoing beef” when he made the trip to his hometown, which makes the circumstances of his death all the more confusing to those that he left behind.

Sources close to the “Drip Like Dis” artist say that he was excited to be back in Tennessee, and had even lined up a week full of charity events to give back to his community. In the wake of his untimely death, some of Dolph’s friends continued to host a turkey drive, providing hundreds of people in need with food for the forthcoming holiday.

The gossip site notes that the 36-year-old had “no fear of hitting the streets of Memphis without security guards,” which unfortunately resulted in him being ambushed by two gunmen at one of his favourite local spots – Makeda’s Cookies. Following the incident, the bakery has reached out to the public asking for help to get back on their feet while recovering from a prior robbery as well as Dolph’s shooting.

Photographs of the two suspects have been released to the public, showing them dressed down in sweatpants with hoods up and masks covering their faces – for now, they remain at large. After the attack on Young Dolph, authorities also headed to Yo Gotti’s restaurant in the area out of fear of more violence. Luckily, the location was left untouched.
