The Aaron Rodgers injury with the New York Jets has pulled up all types of names for a potential replacement. One of which is Colin Kaepernick, whose agent contacted the Jets.
According to NFL Insider Jordan Schultz, Kaepernick is looking to don the Jets green, following a seven-year hiatus after protesting racial injustice during the national anthem.
Kaepernick is now 35 years old and keeping himself in shape. In July, Kaepernick spoke to Sports Illustrated and said, “I’m going to keep fighting for it because I know I can step on the field and play.”
