That’s just how massive the place is. “55,000 square feet when I bought it. It was on 280 acres and then I bought an additional 89 acres that was on sale on the backside,” he said. “They say it’s so many bedrooms and rooms and all that. I’m not sure because I’ve never counted all of them rooms. I doubt if anybody ever has, there’s too many.”
