Nike KD 4 “Galaxy” Set To Return Next Year: Details

Kevin Durant had a lot of basketball fans in a chokehold with the Nike KD 4. Overall, the KD 4 was part of the golden age of Nike Basketball. At the time, LeBron James was doing great things with the Nike LeBron 8 and 9. Moreover, every single KD sneaker was doing big numbers. At that point, the brand could truly do no wrong whenever it came to its athletes. While that does remain true to this day, you cannot discount what Nike was doing over 10 years ago.

During the 2012 All-Star Weekend, Nike dropped a ton of amazing sneakers. Although many of them are forgotten, there are others that remain beloved. One of those sneakers was the Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy.” As it turns out, this shoe is actually going to make a comeback in 2024. Overall, this is amazing news. However, it seems like plenty of other shoes from the 2012 All-Star game will be returning. This includes none other than the Nike KD 4 “Galaxy,” which can be found down below.

According to the Instagram sneaker insider @zsneakerheadz, this shoe is going to return alongside the Goamposite. Of course, this will be great news for sneakerheads as it means a second chance at copping these. Firstly, the shoe has a gorgeous silver upper with an orange Nike swoosh. Secondly, the shoe has a NASA-inspired graphic on the tongue. This is then followed up by the midsole which has a galaxy aesthetic. Overall, this is one of the best Nike KD 4 colorways ever, and we’re sure lots of fans would agree with that assessment.

Unfortunately, the release date for this new shoe has not yet been revealed. However, we do know that it should drop around the Spring, which means a March or April release. We could even see these as soon as February of 2024. Let us know whether or not you plan on copping a pair, in the comments section below.
