Nike Dunk Low “Pure Platinum” Gets A Release Date

One of the most iconic silhouettes of all time would have to be the Nike Dunk Low. Overall, this is a sneaker that will never die. It has been relevant for decades at this point, and fans still love it. Moreover, it should be noted that this silhouette is having a resurgence of sorts. Although this resurgence has been going on for a while now, it is still awesome to see. The youth are appreciating shoes from the 1980s, and that is a sight to behold. From here on out, it will be interesting to see what other old silhouettes continue to draw people’s attention.

That said, the Nike Dunk Low has been receiving a plethora of colorways this year. In the first three months of the year, we have probably seen over a dozen new offerings. This is in line with Nike’s plan to flood the market and see what sticks. Even if you don’t love every single color scheme, there is probably going to be something for you to see, at some point. In the images above and below, you can find a Nike Dunk Low offering that is equal parts clean as it is neutral. Overall, this is one of those shoes that is perfect for the summer. Although, good luck keeping the first off of them. This model is called “Pure Platinum,” which is definitely an appropriate nomenclature. Firstly, the shoe is mostly covered in white leather. Secondly, the Nike swoosh on the side has a grey look to it, which is then matched by the grey outsole. All of this comes together to form a shoe that is simply exceptional.

As for the release date, you will be able to grab these as of Tuesday, April 25th for a price of $110 USD. If you need something that is going to shine during the summer months, then these are going to be it. Let us know what you think of these, in the comments below.
