LeBron James’ “First Game” Nike Air Zoom Generation Set To Return

LeBron is easily one of the two best players in the history of the entire NBA. It is easy to say that now because James just broke the record for most points in NBA history. Overall, this is a truly stunning achievement that needs to be celebrated by everyone. Moreover, it is impossible to diminish anything James has done for the game of basketball. Once you have a record like this, people need to start respecting you as one of the GOATs. Hopefully, fans are now finally getting that message.

As for his sneaker output, there is no doubt that this is also a legendary part of his story. Firstly, LeBron burst onto the scene with the Nike Air Zoom Generation. This was his first signature shoe, however, it didn’t have his name in the nomenclature. Eventually, with the Nike LeBron 2 and subsequent models, his name became more present. Either way, with James breaking the all-time scoring record, there is a ton of nostalgia surrounding him right now. That has consequently led to some retros that are supposedly going to be released, very soon.

Among the first retros to be shown off is this “First Game” Nike Air Zoom Generation. Interestingly enough, James did not wear this shoe during his first-ever game in the NBA. Instead, he wore it during his fourth-ever game. However, this game was his first at home with the Cavaliers, so at least there is something consistent here. Firstly, the shoe has a white leather upper. Secondly, we get some red mesh on the sides, with blue interspersed throughout. Overall, it is one of those colorways that just works well. Red, white, and blue are colors that have always paired well, and that will never change.

As it stands, this retro is being slated for a March 21st release date. However, this date is subject to change as we are still over a month away. Having said that, stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest news and updates from around the sneaker world. Additionally, let us know what you think of these, down in the comments section below.
