In a recent interview, rapper Kodak Black received a dance lesson from 13-year-old reporter, Jazzy. Appearing on the girl’s Jazzy’s World TV platform, the two also discussed some of Kodak Black’s favorite dances from when he was growing up. He also revealed that him and his friends would never participate in any of the latest dance crazes. The rapper shared that the Jook was a popular dance in his area growing up that he did enjoy.
“A lot of dances passed, but round my area, we wouldn’t do all that crazy stuff, all that crazy looking stuff,” he explained. “We’d Jook, we’d Jook till we dead. We gonna Jook and stick till we dead.” Kodak Black continued, “Like you pulling out a choppa with somebody and you dance like this, you dance like you shooting somebody.” He added, “Not saying that’s a good thing, but it’s just a dance.”

Kodak Black “Can’t Do All That”
When the young journalist tried to make him “Get Sturdy,” he quickly cut it off. After giving the dance a go briefly, he said “Oh I can’t do all that.” He confirmed, “I can’t do all that.”
Kodak Black took to Instagram last month saying he wants to be known as a philanthropist. “People care to be a gangsta,” he said. “They care for n-ggas looking at them like they some type of gangsta. I don’t give a f**k about that s**t you heard me?” The rapper continued, saying, “I don’t live for that. I’m a philanthropist, a good n***a, righteous, all that.” He revealed that “I only worry about being a good son and making sure my mom is proud of me. Making sure my family proud of me.” Kodak Black went on to explain that he wants to change his public image.
The rapper did share his wealth in September of last year, when he decided to cover the rent of 28 families facing eviction. “28 Families Was Bout To Get Evicted For Being Behind On Their Rent A Few Months,” he said on Instagram. “I Paid What They Owed And Also Paid Their Rents For The Next Few Months So They Good For The Remaining Of The Year.”
