Consequently, there are always plenty of great releases to talk about. However, it is also true that these models come with a considerable amount of hype. Air Jordan 5 “Aqua”
One of the best releases of the past year has certainly been the Air Jordan 5 “Aqua.” Overall, this is a shoe that is very easy to like. Firstly, it has that nice black suede base that creates a solid foundation. Secondly, we get some light blue and yellow aesthetics all the way throughout. These elements come together to form a shoe that pays homage to the Air Jordan 8. For the summer, these are going to go hard on the court.
AJ 12 “Black Taxi”
When it comes to the Jordan 12 “Black Taxi,” you cannot go wrong. As a whole, this is a shoe that contains very basic elements. However, when you put these elements together you get a shoe that is truly special. From the black leather all over the upper to the gold highlights, this is a shoe that has some flash to it. If you are a fan of black and gold Jordans, these are going to be an absolute must-cop.
Air Jordan 1 “Heirloom”
One of the more lowkey releases from 2022 was the Air Jordan 1 “Heirloom.” This is a shoe that has some unique neutral colors to it. Despite this, it still flashes in its own unique way. Firstly, we get the black canvas base which goes from the toe box to the side panels. From there, the shoe has tan leather all the way around it. Overall, it is a cool color scheme that is grossly underrated.
Air Jordan 7 “Afrobeats”
This Air Jordan 7 “Afrobeats” offering was one of the biggest surprises of 2022. Unfortunately, it fell victim to a lack of hype surrounding the Jordan 7. No matter, however, as this amazing shoe is currently going for under retail. If there is any shoe you should check out, it is this one. From the tan leather upper to the purple and gold highlights, this is a model that is truly unique. In a time where some designs have grown stagnant, Jordan Brand continues to innovate.
Jordan 5 “Mars For Her”
Last but not least, we have the Air Jordan 5 “Mars For Her.” As the name suggests, this model is a women’s exclusive. This is a shoe that immediately pops out thanks to the bright red suede all over the upper. Moreover, this shoe has some orange and red that create a flame effect on the black midsole. Lastly, the sneaker has that iconic silver 3M tongue that the Jordan 5 is synonymous with.
