Although hybrid sneakers tend to get a bad rap at times, this shoe seems to be doing extremely well. This is because three iconic offerings are being combined here. As a whole, this includes the Air Jordan 6, Air Jordan 7, and Air Jordan 8. Subsequently, you can figure out that these represent Michael Jordan’s first three championship sneakers.

With the hype at an all-time high for the Jordan MVP, the brand has been showcasing a ton of great new colorways. Consequently, we have been writing about these colorways, because why wouldn’t we? In the images above and below, you can see how exactly this shoe represents the iconic “UNC” aesthetic. Firstly, the shoe is covered in black suede. This is definitely a reference to a similar colorway of the Air Jordan 6. Secondly, powder blue is found all the way throughout the shoe. This includes the midsole, back heel overlays, Jumpman logos, and even the inner lining. When you put this all together, you get a shoe that is perfect for any time of the year.

Air Jordan 2 Low “UNC” Revealed

In case you haven’t noticed, silhouettes like the Air Jordan 2 Low have been experiencing a massive comeback of sorts. Although its parent shoe, the Air Jordan 2 never really took off, it too is having a resurgence. People are starting to appreciate these shoes for what they are. Overall, this has led to plenty of new colorways that fans are really enjoying. Subsequently, Jordan Brand is going to be bringing you even more great Jordan 2 Low offerings. With the hype so high, it only makes sense for them to do this.

In 2023 especially, the Air Jordan 2 Low has provided us with a ton of amazing new color schemes. Jordan Brand has been knocking it out of the park with this sneaker, and that is not going to change. The teasers are continuing to drop, and with the summer on the horizon, that will not cease. At least not anytime soon. As you can see from these new images, this is a shoe that is incredibly clean. Moreover, it contains an aesthetic that is incredibly recognizable for most Jumpman fans. Firstly, the sneaker begins with a white leather upper all the way throughout. Secondly, the shoe has some light blue overlays that are very nice. This powder blue is a reference to Michael Jordan’s alma mater, the Tar Heels. Lastly, the inner lining of the shoe is powder blue, while the outsole is a nice shade of grey.

For those of you out there who plan on copping a pair, you will be able to do so as of July 22nd. Moreover, these are going to cost you a price of about $150 USD. Nike Dunk Low “UNC” Coming Soo

If you pay attention to the sneaker world, you know that the Nike Dunk Low has been getting a whole lot of shine. Ever since 2020, the sneaker has seen a huge resurgence. Although it never “died,” it wasn’t exactly on trend during the whole dad shoe crazy. However, it is back and better than ever. This has subsequently led to a whole lot of colorways that fans are always eager to cop. Some might say the shoe is overstaying its welcome, however, others are happy to see it thriving, once again.

Throughout 2023, we have seen this shoe truly do numbers. A lot of this has to do with the fact that Jumpman is constantly bringing out new colorways. Almost every single day, we are bringing you the latest news on what is making its way to the market. New offerings are perpetually being unveiled, and this is great news for consumers. Simply put, they have more choices than they know what to do with. Now, we have a new Nike Dunk Low to show off, this time called “UNC” for short.

Upon looking at this sneaker, you can immediately understand why the whole “UNC” nickname is being given here. Firstly, this Nike Dunk Low begins with a white leather base. Secondly, the shoe gets some nice navy blue overlays. This is then followed up by University Blue on the Nike swoosh. When you combine these colors, you get something that could definitely have been worn by Michael Jordan in the 80s. If you love this color combination, then these will certainly be a must-cop.

Air Jordan 5 “UNC” Officially Unveiled

One of the best shoes of the 90s is the Air Jordan 5. This is actually the Jordan Brand shoe that kicked off the infamous decade. The shoe received a ton of nods throughout pop culture, although it remains relevant to this day. As a result, new colorways are always being made.

Just a few years ago, this shoe celebrated its 30th birthday. Subsequently, Jumpman has continued to support the shoe. They know there is a huge appetite out there for this model, and it has led to a whole host of new offerings on the market.

Air Jordan 5 “UNC”

One of the many new AJ 5s to be revealed is this “UNC” color scheme down below. This is a shoe that had been teased by Instagram accounts online, however, Nike has dropped the official images. Overall, you will notice that this is a truly gorgeous model that fans will love.

Firstly, this shoe opens up with that gorgeous Carolina blue that represents the Tar Heels so well. This is a color that is synonymous with Michael Jordan, and it works so well on the Air Jordan 5. From there, the midsole is black and silver. Finally, silver is placed on the tongue which has that iconic Jordan 5 3M look to it.

All-in-all, this is going to be a colorway that will be loved by many. The “UNC” aesthetic has always been a safe bet for Jordan Brand, and this is further proof of that. Needless to say, 2023 is going to be a very good year for the brand.
