Firstly, it is impossible to talk about these shoes without mentioning the gorgeous red upper. This sneaker is covered in some incredible materials and it makes for an awesome look. Secondly, the midsole here is black, red, and white, which brings together that iconic Chicago Bulls style. The Jordan 2 was a shoe that had a hard time gaining traction. This is mostly because the sneaker was sandwiched between the Jordan 1 and the Jordan 3. Regardless, fans are liking these right now, so it only makes sense for Jordan Brand to provide some new offerings.

In the images down below, you can find a new Air Jordan 2 Low. This offering has been dubbed “Cherrywood” and was teased on Instagram recently. Once again, Jordan Brand is picking some fantastic colors for this silhouette. All-in-all, these seem like they could be an instant hit.

Firstly, the shoe consists of a white leather upper that extends into the midsole. Secondly, on the sides, we get a piece of grey suede. From there, the outlines and back heel are a shade of burgundy. Overall, this makes for a clean colorway that is easy to love.

Subsequently, it is now being said that a PE from 2018 will be hitting the market this year. The sneaker in question is the Nike Air Zoom Generation “Court Purple.” This is a shoe that LeBron wore during 2018 Summer League action following his signing with the Lakers.

Overall, the shoe is quite nice as it is covered in purple suede. However, don’t let the monochromatic nature of the shoe fool you. These are incredible shoes that will make you stand out on the court.

Air Jordan 11 “Neapolitan” Coming This Year: First Look

If you are a big fan of the Air Jordan 11, then the Holiday season is always a good time for you. This is because Jordan Brand typically comes out with a Jordan 11 for women and another one for all sizes. Air Jordan 11 “Neapolitan”

Thanks to the Instagram sneaker insider @zsneakerheadz, it has been revealed that the colorway will be called “Neapolitan.” If you are a big ice cream fan, then you know exactly what to expect from this sort of colorway. Based on the photoshop rendering below, this could prove to be a hit.

Firstly, this shoe opens up with a predominantly white upper. From there, we have pink patent leather that wraps all the way around the shoe. Moreover, the Jumpman branding on the back appears to have some bronze stitching, which completes the Neapolitan aesthetic. Overall, Jumpman did a good job thinking this one through.

Women’s exclusive colorways have been steadily improving over the years, and this is another example of that. Now, it will be up to the sneakerheads to decide whether or not they want to spend their hard-earned cash on these.

Jordan Brand to Celebrate The Notorious B.I.G. with Exclusive Air Jordan Retro 13 Auction

Jordan Brand is partnering with the Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation to auction off 23 rare pairs of the Christopher Wallace Air Jordan 13.

Initially designed in 2017 to commemorate The NOTORIOUS B.I.G.’s 45th birthday, the unreleased sneakers were kept under wraps until lately. The year 2023, which reflects Michael Jordan’s renowned jersey number and the 50th anniversary of hip-hop, serves as the cornerstone for the relationship, culminating with the Jordan Year 2023 Campaign.

Because of the NOTORIOUS B.I.G.’s effect on hip-hop culture and beyond, 2023 is an appropriate year to communicate a message of self-belief with the globe. The sneakers, which have the shape of Wallace on the tongue and slogans celebrating the rapper’s dedication, will be available exclusively at Sotheby’s.

The sock liner is made of a classic red and black checkered flannel design, a look synonymous with The NOTORIOUS B.I.G. The famed statements “It was all a dream” and “If you didn’t know, now you know” are written on the tongue tag. The aglet is imprinted with the word “dream” on the shoelaces.

“This Air Jordan 13 has been reinterpreted to celebrate the legacy of The NOTORIOUS B.I.G., someone who reached for the stars, had the boldest of dreams, with the work ethic to back it up,” explained Reggie Saunders, Vice President of Entertainment Marketing for Jordan Brand.

“This is just the beginning of a journey for us as a brand in 2023,” Shannon Watkins, Chief Marketing Officer at Jordan Brand, explained. “We want to use the power of our Jordan heritage to energize and accelerate self-belief all year long.”

From Jan. 23 through Feb. 3, 23 pairs of the Christopher Wallace Air Jordan 13 will be auctioned off in an exclusive online auction. The shoes will be offered with an estimated $2,300 – 5,200 and auctioned without reserve, which means that opening bids will begin at $1. The auction proceeds will go to the Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation, which aims to empower inner-city youth through educational learning instruments, sponsorships, grants, and community-based mentorship programs and campaigns, all by its motto, Think B.I.G. “Books Instead of Guns.”

Christopher Wallace, more commonly known as The Notorious B.I.G., is one of hip-hop’s biggest legends. He was a larger-than-life personality who completely changed the genre. Overall, his legend still lives on, and he is always honored for his contributions to music.

Interestingly enough, Jumpman created a Christopher Wallace-themed Air Jordan 13 back in 2017. This was meant to pay homage on his 45th birthday. Now, however, Jumpman is celebrating the 50th anniversary of hip-hop by auctioning off this iconic sneaker.

In the images provided by Sotheby’s, you can see how the sneaker has a predominantly black suede look to it. B.I.G.’s face can be found on the tongue, while red surrounds the tongue and inner lining. Overall, it is a very cool look that is most definitely going to entice potential collectors.
