Drake is someone that has done a lot in the sneaker world over the years. Moreover, he has been a huge player in the streetwear game. Overall, Nike has given him some creative control, and it has made for a beautiful partnership. Subsequently, the artist has developed his own athleisure brand within Nike called “NOCTA.” NOCTA has released a ton of great collections, and soon, they will be dropping yet another. This one is called “Distant Regards” and it will be full of great pieces.

Moreover, it seems like this new collection will contain some sneakers. This news comes to us from SneakerBarDetroit. The NOCTA x Nike Hot Step Air Terra has been a staple for the brand. Overall, Drake has shown an appreciation for dad shoes, and that is what this model is. However, there are some amazing colorways in it. Moreover, with this “Distant Regards” collection, we get three new offerings that all have a “Snakeskin” aesthetic to them.

Drake Loves His Dad Shoes

Above, you can see the “Light Bone” colorway we reported on just a couple of days ago. Moreover, you can see the “Pink Oxford” model, as well as a “Light Pumice” offering. Overall, the “Light Pumice” version is interesting as it contains a nice light blue glow to it. All three of these offerings are unique in their own right, and we think fans will definitely be appreciative of them. Hopefully, NOCTA doesn’t drop the snakeskin look, as this is perfect for the silhouette.

The “Pink Oxford” and “Light Pumice” color schemes are dropping on May 15th, exclusively through NOCTA. Drake’s NOCTA x Nike Hot Step Air Terra Goes “Snakeskin”

Drake continues to be among the biggest artists in the entire world. Overall, it is impossible to actually deny this. If you tried, you would immediately be shut down by people smarter than you. Although he may not be for everyone, he has attracted so many fans that he could almost do no wrong. Moreover, he is expanded his brand well beyond just the music realm. Drake is doing everything the can to create an empire, and so far, it has been working out quite well for him.

One of his recent endeavors has been his very own athleisure brand with Nike called NOCTA. So far, there have been a ton of great NOCTA drops. Additionally, the brand has one signature sneaker silhouette that always seems to impress. Of course, we are talking about none other than the Nike Hot Step Air Terra. This silhouette was polarizing at first, however, it has become a hit. It has a chunky dad shoe aesthetic that is to die for. Moreover, there have been some pretty unique colorways so far.

The Drake Shoe Gets A New Colorway

In the official images above and below, you can find the Nike Hot Step Air Terra “Snakeskin.” Overall, we think this is a color that Drake can most certainly be proud of. Firstly, the main thing we get here is an upper covered in what appears to be beige, grey, and blue snakeskin. This goes over extremely well as the chunky midsole has that creamy beige look to it. Lastly, the sneaker has a gum outsole which really adds to the overall look. If you want something with a bit of flash, these are the way to go.

As for the release date, that is still unknown at this time. Either way, these are going to be a great shoe if you want to make a statement.
