Don Q Delivers Fresh New Album, “Double Or Nothing”

New York’s Don Q hasn’t released a project since 2018, but the 31-year-old has been keeping his fans fed with singles and features from Benny the Butcher, Lil Uzi Vert, and 50 Cent. Now, the Don is back with Double Or Nothing – a 10-track project that includes just one feature from B-Lovee on “Come Find Us.”

Along with the album that dropped on Friday, Don Q handed over a video for “Say That,” which shows him kicking back and relaxing by the pool while hanging out with tons of beautiful models.

Prior to All Or Nothing’s release, the NY rapper shared “True King” as the debut single on October 8th. He’s actively been promoting the new project on Instagram, and even asked his followers to share their favourite track with him.

“Say That but I need to be on the remix,” Derrick Milano commented, fresh off of the release of his collab with Ty Dolla $ign on “Control.” From the looks of the replies, many fans seem to be loving “Light Today,” “Outta Here,” and “Some N*ggas” as well.

NorthsideBenji Makes His Triumphant Return With “The Extravagant Collection”

It’s been nearly three years since NorthsideBenji unveiled, Caviar Dreams. With singles like “Confessions” and “Levels” ft. Houdini, Benji cemented his name as a leader of Toronto’s new generation of artists. He later followed it up with the Frienemy EP. However, he’s maintained a lowkey presence since then, releasing a handful of singles and some solid guest appearances, as fans eagerly anticipated his return to the fold.

After hopping on DJ Charlie B’s latest hit, “30,000 ft” and dropping “Keep Runnin,” NorthsideBenji delivers his latest body of work, The Extravagant Collection. The project is described as a “miscellaneous collection of recordings curated by Northside,” boasting 13 songs in total. Benji’s signature melodious stylings take front and center over moody yet opulent production.

While Benji does hold down the project on his own, he enlists the help of both Vory and Melii on the tracklist.

Comethazine Is Content With Being A Lone Wolf On “Comethazine The Album”

A grainy photograph of Comethazine, smiling menacingly as he stands in front of a dark cityscape, serves as the cover art for his latest full-length effort, Comethazine The Album, and it couldn’t be more on-brand for the 2019 XXL Freshman. Led by the previously heard singles “Spinback” and “Six Flags,” Comethazine’s new project finds the East St. Louis-native fully in his element.

On the project’s intro, Comethazine raps, “I-I-I-I-I don’t need no help, mmm/Them niggas been slept, mmm,” and over the course of the following 17 tracks, he aims to prove that his success can’t be attributed to anyone else. Like its predecessors Bawskee 4PandemicBawskee 3.5, and Bawskee 2Comethazine The Album comes without any guest features or high-profile producers attached to it, allowing Comethazine to welcome his fans back to a sonic world of his own.

At 18 tracks, Comethazine The Album clocks in right under 33 minutes, so fans of Comethazine’s short, spirited tracks will be in familiar territory. Listeners can also expect a potent mix of charismatic lyrics, violent subject matter, and overall raucous energy that’s undeniably infectious.

Lancey Foux’s “LIFE IN BOREDOM” Makes Its Way To Streaming Services

Back in April, Lancey Foux released his EP, LIFE IN BOREDOM on Soundcloud. The 3-track project quickly received praise from fans of the artist, but unfortunately it wasn’t made available on services like Spotify and Apple Music – until today, that is. Now, fans of the 26-year-old can stream “Drowning,” “Losing My Ego,” and “Killing Me” anytime that they’d like.

When the EP first dropped earlier this year, listeners were quick to share their thoughts on a Reddit page dedicated to Foux. “This shit is beautiful,” one person wrote. “Hope this comes to Spotify,” another added, with someone clarifying that, because of a sample used on “Drowning,” the project would likely never reach the platform.

“F*ckin beauty, wow! Lancey is really on his own wave,” another Reddit user praised the East London native’s work.

According to Instagram page, Foux also uploaded an unheard album and visual to an app called ZOME. “HOPE YOU FIND IT. YOU WILL NEED THIS FOR THE SHOWS NEXT WEEK,” the artist captioned his photo dump.

The “GHETTO YOUT” singer will be performing two shows in London before the month is up; one at Village Underground on October 27th, and the other at EarTH in Hackney on October 29th.
