Air Jordan 1 “Across The Spider-Verse” Drops In 2023: On-Foot Images

If you are a big fan of the Air Jordan 1, then you have been spoiled over these past few decades. Overall, the Jordan 1 is seen as the flagship shoe of Jordan Brand. It is the first signature sneaker Michael Jordan ever wore, and it remains a fan-favorite.

Over the years, the Jordan 1 has had its place in pop culture. Most recently, we got to see the shoe in Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse. The main character, Miles Morales could be seen wearing the Jordan 1, and the shoe ended up being released to the public.

Air Jordan 1 Goes Spider-Man…Again

Now, however, a new Spider-Verse movie is coming out called Across The Spider-Verse. Fans are very excited to watch this new movie, and as you could guess, a new Air Jordan 1 will be released. The shoe has the same name as the movie, although the aesthetic is much different than you would expect. Either way, the shoe is very unique.

In the on-foot photos from @yankeekicks, you can see just how wild this model is. Firstly, we get the typical white leather on the toe box and side panels. The overlays are all over the place as we get red with various unique patterns. Red dots, yellow and blue passages, as well as some brown spots, grace the overlays. From there, the Nike swoosh and cuff are black.

This is a shoe that will definitely not be for everyone. Having said that, some are going to enjoy these a lot. After all, polarizing shoes have their place, and can easily become classics later on.

Air Jordan 1 “Satin Bred” Drops This Year: Details

There have been a ton of amazing Air Jordan 1 variations over the years. Overall, this is considered to be one of the greatest sneakers to ever be created. Having said that, it only makes sense that Jordan Brand would constantly be looking to improve upon the sneaker.

If you remember, in 2016, Jumpman came through with a special Air Jordan 1 “Satin Bred.” They took the iconic Bred color scheme and added Satin materials to it. Although some might find this basic, the shoe proved to be a hit. Additionally, it didn’t hurt that only 501 pairs were made.

Air Jodan 1 “Satin Bred” Returns

According to the Instagram sneaker insider @zsneakerheadz, the “Satin Bred” colorway is officially going to make a return. We have gotten satin “Royals” and Satin “Shattered Backboards.” Now, however, it seems to be time for a full scale return of the “Satin Bred.”

Firstly, this shoe contains red satin on the toe box, Nike swoosh, and back heel panel. Secondly, the side panels and cuff are all black. This black also extends to the laces and tongue. Moreover, we get white on the midsole, as well as red on the outsole.

When you bring all of these elements together, you are given a shoe that definitely impresses people. Anything satin is going to jump out at you, and this is especially true with this latest offering. Hopefully, the satin look is here to stay for the not-so-distant future.

Of all of Tinker Hatfield’s Air Jordan models, people tend to gravitate towards the Air Jordan 4 the most. It is easily one of his best and most accessible creations. The silhouette itself is very clean, and overall, there are just so many fantastic colorways of it.

Thanks to the Instagram sneaker insider @zsneakerheadz, it has been revealed that the colorway will be called “Neapolitan.” If you are a big ice cream fan, then you know exactly what to expect from this sort of colorway. Based on the photoshop rendering below, this could prove to be a hit.

Firstly, this shoe opens up with a predominantly white upper. From there, we have pink patent leather that wraps all the way around the shoe. Moreover, the Jumpman branding on the back appears to have some bronze stitching, which completes the Neapolitan aesthetic. Overall, Jumpman did a good job thinking this one through.

Women’s exclusive colorways have been steadily improving over the years, and this is another example of that. Now, it will be up to the sneakerheads to decide whether or not they want to spend their hard-earned cash on these.

Christopher Wallace x Air Jordan 13 To Be Auctioned At Massive Prices

Christopher Wallace, more commonly known as The Notorious B.I.G., is one of hip-hop’s biggest legends. He was a larger-than-life personality who completely changed the genre. Overall, his legend still lives on, and he is always honored for his contributions to music.

Interestingly enough, Jumpman created a Christopher Wallace-themed Air Jordan 13 back in 2017. This was meant to pay homage on his 45th birthday. Now, however, Jumpman is celebrating the 50th anniversary of hip-hop by auctioning off this iconic sneaker.

Jumpman and the Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation will be selling off these kicks through Sotheby’s. As you can imagine, there aren’t very many of these to go around. In fact, only 23 were ever created. Needless to say, this is going to be a truly incredible collector’s item.

In the images provided by Sotheby’s, you can see how the sneaker has a predominantly black suede look to it. B.I.G.’s face can be found on the tongue, while red surrounds the tongue and inner lining. Overall, it is a very cool look that is most definitely going to entice potential collectors.
