Air Jordan 3 “Wizards” Officially Unveiled

One of the best sneakers to ever be worn by Michael Jordan is the Air Jordan 3. Overall, this is a fantastic shoe that is now 35 years old. In fact, this is the shoe that helped save Nike in a way. At the time, MJ wanted to leave the brand, however, Tinker Hatfield came through with a design that he could not refuse. Subsequently, this shoe went on to be one of the biggest successes in the history of the brand. Moreover, Hatfield continued to designs Air Jordans for the ensuing decade.

When Jordan came back to basketball in the early 2000s, he played for the Washington Wizards. This was at a time when their primary colors were blue and gold. Of course, this led to some very interesting sneakers. Additionally, Jordan was known to wear some of his old models during this time. The Air Jordan 3 was part of this, and the Wizards PE that Jordan wore became infamous. After years of yearning, sneakerheads are now going to have a chance to cop this shoe. Over the weekend, the official images became a reality.

As you can see from the images both above and below, you can see how this shoe resembles the OG quite perfectly. Firstly, we have white leather that adorns the entire upper. Secondly, the shoe has a blue midsole with some blue up near the laces. Furthermore, the elephant print hits are found at the toe box, as well as the back heel. Lastly, the tongue has a gold Jumpman logo in the middle, for good measure. When you put all of these elements together, you get a shoe that is certainly going to please a whole lot of people.

The shoe is going to be dropping on April 29th for a price of $210 USD. However, pairs will be available through GOAT and Flight Club, so do not worry about potentially missing out. The colorway in question is called “Game Royal,” which is a staple of Jordan Brand at this point. On the Jordan 6 Rings, it certainly maintains a very nice look to it. Firstly, we get hit with some black leather that appears on the toe box and wraps all the way around. Secondly, white mesh is placed all the way up the sides. From there, game royal is placed throughout such as the tongue and even the outsole. When you put these elements all together, you get a shoe that will definitely impress.

Air Jordan 4 “Thunder” Gets Critical Release Update

Tinker Hatfield developed a ton of amazing shoes for Michael Jordan, including the Air Jordan 4. Overall, this is considered by some to be his best shoe. Although, there are plenty of others who will make a case for the Air Jordan 3. Either way, there is no denying that you cannot go wrong with this piece of history. It is a shoe that was created about 34 years ago at this point, and it has proven that it is actually timeless. Consequently, it continues to get some brand new color schemes.

Additionally, Jumpman likes to hit this shoe with its fair share of retros. Retros are when you take an old colorway and rerelease it to the masses. Sometimes, this can come with some sort of twist. However, other times, the shoe is just exactly the same as it used to be. This year, one of the Air Jordan 4 retros that will be released is the “Thunder” model which can be found below. While this model released about a decade ago, it still continues to impress sneakerheads and even casuals.

Jordan Stadium 90 To Drop In Clean Teal Color Scheme

If you are a fan of Jordan Brand and their hybrid line, then you may have heard of the Jordan Stadium 90. While we have been bringing you updates on the Jordan MVP, there have been other hybrid sneakers in the works. The aforementioned the Stadium 90 is a very unique shoe in the sense that it isn’t necessarily a basketball shoe. Instead, it is more of a tennis shoe that is meant to be worn casually. Overall, it has various references to the brand’s historic past. Moreover, there are plenty of references to Tinker Hatfield and his tremendous work with Michael Jordan.

The Jordan Stadium 90 has a nice sleek design to it. Additionally, it is made with the Formula 23 cushioning in the midsole. This is then paired with leather and mesh on the top. Needless to say, the brand tried to do something different here. The result definitely works out as the shoe pays homage to the legacy of both Michael Jordan and Tinker Hatfield. Subsequently, we now have a new colorway for this shoe to present. It is a fairly, clean offering that won’t offend the senses of even the most hardcore sneakerheads.

Overall, the shoe simply goes for a heavy dose of white and teal. Firstly, the sneaker begins with a white leather base. From the side panels to the toe box, there is a nice coat of white. Secondly, the outsole, midsole, Nike swoosh, tongue, and even the laces all have that aforementioned teal. There is also teal in the inner lining of the shoe, which helps bring the look together.
