Nike Air Max 1 “Clear Jade” Officially Revealed

When it was initially released in 1987, the Nike Air Max 1, also known as the Air Max ’87, revolutionized the footwear business. Nike designer Tinker Hatfield created the visible Air cushioning technology, which later became a distinguishing characteristic of the Air Max series. The Air Max 1 was the first shoe to utilize this technology. Also, when Hatfield visited Paris, he drew inspiration from the unique architecture of the Pompidou Centre. The building’s exposed structure gave him the idea to create a shoe with a visible Air unit, challenging the convention of hidden cushioning.

When the Air Max 1 first came out, both athletes and sneakerheads showed interest in it. It became an instant hit thanks to its ground-breaking design, which combined performance and style. The visible Air unit made a visual statement that reflected Nike’s ingenuity and technology breakthroughs in addition to offering improved cushioning and support. This Air Max 1 is dressed in a uniform of neutral gray, clear jade, white, and black. This model utilizes mesh, suede, and leather materials in its construction. With a white mesh foundation and grey suede overlays, aqua-colored leather Swooshes, mudguards, and “Nike” branding on the tongue labels, insoles, and embroidered heels, this sneaker has a distinctive look. A white midsole sits on a black rubber outsole, completing the pattern. The item will come in men’s and elementary school sizes.

Sneaker Bar Detroit reports that they will release the Nike Air Max 1 “Clear Jade” on July 21st. Nike Dunk Low “Clear Jade” Coming Soon

One of the best Nike shoes to ever be produced would have to be the Nike Dunk Low. Overall, this is just an incredibly classy shoe. It can be worn pretty well on every occasion, and that is why fans love it so much. Although it may be 40 years old at this point, it is not going away. This is one of those silhouettes that has survived a whole plethora of trends over the years. It would take an astronomical shift in fashion for this shoe to not be relevant anymore. However, we do not foresee that happening, at least not anytime soon.

That said, there have been plenty of new colorways for the Nike Dunk Low this year. Overall, this is a trend that will definitely continue for years to come. Moreover, with the summer coming very soon, we have seen a lot of official images for new offerings. Since the summer is almost here, the colorways we are seeing are very bright and vibrant. This is in stark contrast to the neutral tones that we see in the Fall and Winter months. For the most part, these bright colorways have gone over well.

The latest color scheme to be revealed is this “Clear Jade” model, pictured above and below. Firstly, this sneaker has your typical white leather base to it. Secondly, the sneaker then has some teal overlays. This teal look extends down to the outsole. Moreover, it also extends to the inner lining and even the tongue.

For now, this shoe does not have a release date. However, we do expect it to come out very soon for a price of $110 USD.
