Nike Air Max 97 Gets Clean Spring-Ready Colorway

One of the best sneakers to ever come out of Oregon would have to be the Nike Air Max 97. Overall, the Air Max line is extremely iconic. However, the 97 is one of those shoes that you cannot deny. Compared to other Air Max models, it has a fairly unique look to it. Moreover, this shoe is just timeless. You could have worn it in any era since its release, and it would have looked good on your feet. That is the sign of a great shoe, and it seems like Nike will always support this shoe, regardless of what the trends might be.

Of course, this is a shoe that was dropped back in 1997. Consequently, you can probably deduce that this sneaker celebrated its 25th birthday in 2022. Subsequently, this led to a ton of amazing colorways. Additionally, it led to some great retros that fans were quite fond of. In 2023, Nike is continuing its run of amazing Nike Air Max 97 colorways. We have reported on quite a few of them, and below, you can find the latest color scheme. This model incorporates Pure Platinum, as well as Wolf Grey.

One of the best sneakers ever created when it comes to Air Max models would be the Nike Air Max 97. Now, however, there is a brand-new version of this shoe, called the Nike Air Max 97 Futura. Interestingly enough, Futura is a type of shoe that Nike has been developing over the last little while. There are multiple iconic Nike shoes with the Futura aesthetic. However, it is certainly about time that a shoe like the Air Max 97 gets this kind of designation. After all, it is an incredible model with a ton of history.

Now that the Nike Air Max 97 Futura has been announced, there has to be some sort of initial colorway. Fans have been wondering what kind of colorway would Nike go with. Maybe the “Silver Bullet” would work? Additionally, they could even try the “Gold Bullet” which is just as popular. However, the brand has decided to go in a much different direction that is most definitely going to surprise people. Below, you can find a green, white, and pink model that is very bizarre at first glance.

Nike Air Max 97 Futura Has Arrived

Firstly, the shoe is covered in a plethora of different materials. Green is the predominant color here as the shade is all throughout the silhouette. Secondly, we get a nice dose of white on the midsole as there is a big green Nike Air Max unit in the middle. Lastly, the outsole is majority white, however, there are some pink elements poking through that add to the overall look.

Nike Air Max 97 “Red Satin” Coming Soon: Photos

There are some very iconic Nike sneakers that have been released over the last 30 years, including the Nike Air Max 97. Overall, the Air Max 97 is one of those shoes that has truly taken off in recent years. Back in 2017, Nike celebrated this shoe’s 20th anniversary with a ton of great retros and new color schemes. Just last year, this shoe had its 25th birthday. Needless to say, there have been a lot of fun times for this shoe to celebrate. Nike will continue to celebrate these landmarks, and hence, the Air Max 97 lives on.

While 2023 isn’t exactly a celebratory year for the shoe, it remains clear that Nike is looking to give this shoe some new offerings. Why wouldn’t they? After all, this is a great silhouette that is absolutely timeless. You can do pretty well anything with this model, and Nike is very aware of that. That said, this shoe has been around a while, which means sneakerheads are always looking for you to do something unique.

“Red Satin” Nike Air Max 97

With this latest Nike Air Max 97, Nike has done just that. As you can see in the images below, the shoe is called “Red Satin” and for good reason. All throughout the upper we are blessed with some red satin material. Moreover, the shoe has a white strip that goes all the way around the shoe. Additionally, this sneaker has a white midsole and some black lining on the inside of the shoe. This color scheme works perfectly, and it is another one of those Air Max 97s that could be granted classic status.

At the time of writing this, it doesn’t appear as though this shoe has a release date. However, it should be dropping on the market soon for a price of $185 USD.
