Air Jordan 37 Low “Nothing But Net” Officially Revealed

One of the best new basketball silhouettes on the market would have to be the Air Jordan 37 Low. Quite simply, this is a new variation on the Jordan 37 which came out late last year. Overall, this is one of those sneakers that consumers have immediately enjoyed. Consequently, Jumpman has been looking to bring out some new colorways. Moreover, the inclusion of a low-top version has also excited consumers. Now, Jordan Brand is trying to make sure as many customers are as satisfied as humanly possible.

For instance, there have been quite a few teasers hitting the internet. Just a few weeks ago, we saw product shots of the Air Jordan 37 Low “Nothing But Net.” It was immediately made clear that this was an homage to a Michael Jordan McDonald’s commercial from 1992. Overall, it is a great inspiration for a sneaker, and the images proved that. Subsequently, Jumpman has returned with some official images and even some updated release information.

As you can see in the aforementioned photos, both above and below, this shoe has a great look to it. Firstly, the upper is covered in various black materials that look perfect with one another. Secondly, the sneaker has a chunky white midsole with pops of color coming out from underneath. Purple, red, blue, and yellow all peak out and create a nice cohesive look. Once you bring it all together, you get a sneaker that is absolutely going to shine.

Every single year, Jumpman comes out with a brand-new Michael Jordan signature sneaker with one of this year’s shoes being the Air Jordan 37 Low. Of course, we first got the OG version of the Air Jordan 37. Overall, this shoe was an homage to the Air Jordan 7 which came out about 30 years ago. However, since that time, we have been blessed with a low-top version. Jordan Brand usually does this, and sneakerheads approve. Hoopers especially so as some prefer to play ball in low-top offerings.

Since the release of the first Air Jordan 37 Low, the brand has been steadily showcasing brand-new color schemes. This is always a good thing as fans appreciate having choices. Sneakerheads and basketball players have wide ranges of tastes, and Jumpman understands that they need to cater to a lot of people. That said, it should come as no surprise that Jordan Brand is preparing its offerings for the summer season. For instance, Finish Line has just revealed official images of the “Nothing But Net” model, below.

This shoe is a reference to a fit that Michael Jordan wore in a McDonald’s commercial back in 1992. It is an iconic reference at this point, and it certainly works on the Air Jordan 37 Low. Firstly, the shoe is mainly covered in black material. Secondly, we have a large white midsole that has some black near the back heel. Lastly, the tongue is where this shoe gets some color. Purple, blue, red, and yellow are all found throughout. Meanwhile, there is a white Jumpman logo right in the middle.

Air Jordan 37 Low “Team Red” Unveiled: Photos

With the Air Jordan 37 seeing a ton of success, it was only a matter of time before the Air Jordan 37 Low became a thing. Over the years, Jumpman has always created a low-top version of its signature MJ silhouette. Overall, fans have been fairly split between these two models. On one hand, you have the fans who like the high-tops. However, the other hand has everyone who prefers something that is a bit lower on their ankles. Both of these approaches and preferences are equally valid.

With that being said, Jumpman is giving just a bit more attention to the low-top variation as it is much newer. Subsequently, we are starting to see new colorways of the Air Jordan 37 Low. There are plenty of cool teasers being shown off, as well as some official images. For hoopers, this is definitely good news as they will have some new options just in time for the playoffs. First up is this “Team Red” model which is a women’s exclusive.

If you are familiar with Nike and Jordan Brand’s previous work, you know that “Team Red” is a motif we have seen a lot of in the past. That said, this latest shoe looks amazing. It is covered in bright red hues, and these are meant to pop on the court. Firstly, you can see the side panels and overlays get a nice bright red that really stands out. Secondly, the toe box up through to the tongue is burgundy. These two shades contrast well with one another and it also looks great with the beige midsole that brings the look together.
