One of the best sneakers out right now has actually been the Air Jordan 2 Low. Overall, this is a shoe that had largely been forgotten by sneakerheads. However, Jumpman has been bringing it back slowly but surely. Impressively, fans have showcased just how much they like the shoe. There has been a recent influx of colorways, and Jumpman seemingly has plans for a whole lot more. Needless to say, this shoe has made it back from the dead.

Additionally, the OG Air Jordan 2 has also been seeing a lot of success as of late. Jordan Brand is making sure that these two models get their love. That said, it is hard to think that this shoe had so much trouble getting off the ground back in the day. Perhaps the fact that it was sandwiched between the Air Jordan 1 and the Air Jordan 3 is what hurt it. Regardless, there is no doubt that fans absolutely adore this sneaker now. In fact, fans can behold a brand-new color scheme dubbed “Melon Tint.”

This brand-new “Melon Tint” model is part of the new Air Jordan 2 Low “Craft” series. The craft series is interesting as it takes the OG version of the shoe and adds some unique materials to make it more interesting. With this version, there is a nice mix of leather, suedes, and plastics. Firstly, the base of the shoe is white, specifically on the toe box, mudguard, and even the tongue. Secondly, we get some grey suede on the side panels. Lastly, orange can be found throughout on the outsole, inner lining, Wings logo, and even the sides.

As far as the release date is concerned, you can expect to grab these on March 24th for a price of $150 USD. Air Jordan 2 Low “UNC To Chicago” Release Date Revealed

Over the last few decades, the Air Jordan 2 Low has been largely forgotten. The same can be said its older brother, the Jordan 2. However, in the last two years, Jumpman has been giving these silhouettes a ton of great and unique colorways. Overall, this is definitely good news for sneakerheads as it creates more options on the market. Not to mention, with the increase in colorways, fans are starting to realize how great these kicks actually are. The silhouette is seeing a rise in popularity, and Jumpman could not be any happier.

Throughout 2023, fans can expect plenty of new Air Jordan 2 Low offerings to make their way to the market. Jumpman knows exactly what it is doing here, and some of the new colorways being shown off are fantastic. Initially, we were getting a lot of teasers from the usual suspects on Instagram. “UNC To Chicago” is an aesthetic we have seen in the past. Overall, this is meant to be a nice homage to the fact that Michael Jordan went from UNC to the Chicago Bulls. With this colorway, you can certainly see how both teams intersect. Firstly, the sneaker is covered in white leather. This white extends to the laces, midsole, and also the tongue. Secondly, there is a red line on the sides that brings in the Bulls colors. Lastly, the back heel is powder blue which is a reference to the University of North Carolina.

All-in-all, this is a very clean colorway that speaks to the history of Jordan Brand. Ultimately, we’re sure there are a lot of people out there who are going to love these. Air Jordan 2 Low “Black-Fire Red” Coming Soon: Details

Over the past year or so, the Air Jordan 2 and Air Jordan 2 Low have seen a huge resurgence. For the most part, these are two silhouettes that fans didn’t care that much about. Overall, the Jordan 2 had been overshadowed by the Air Jordan 1 and even the Air Jordan 3. Consequently, Jumpman wasn’t making a while lot of colorways to support the silhouette. However, that changed dramatically in 2022 as the Jordan 2 got a whole lot of love. Now, sneakerheads are paying the shoe its dues, and Jumpman is being given the green light to create even more new offerings.

Throughout 2023, the Air Jordan 2 promises to have a fantastic year. Additionally, the Jordan 2 Low will also be getting some new color schemes. This is definitely good news for all consumers as they will be able to choose between high-tops and low-tops. This can always be a hard decision to make, but now, Jumpman will be making it that much easier. Moreover, some new teasers are hitting the internet. Another Air Jordan 2 Low

As you can see from the photoshop rendering above, this is for the “Black-Fire Red” colorway. Overall, this is yet another shoe that plays into the Chicago Bulls aesthetic. This is an aesthetic that fans have always enjoyed and that is not going to change, anytime soon. Firstly, this sneaker opens up with a black upper. Secondly, the shoe then evolves into some red on the outlines throughout the upper. Moreover, we get some grey and then red on the outsole. When you put it all together, you get a shoe that is definitely going to turn some heads.

For now, it is believed that this shoe will drop during the Holiday season between October and December. However, there is no concrete release date right now. The Jordan 2 was a shoe that had a hard time gaining traction. This is mostly because the sneaker was sandwiched between the Jordan 1 and the Jordan 3. Regardless, fans are liking these right now, so it only makes sense for Jordan Brand to provide some new offerings.

Air Jordan 2 Low Returns

In the images down below, you can find a new Air Jordan 2 Low. This offering has been dubbed “Cherrywood” and was teased on Instagram recently. Once again, Jordan Brand is picking some fantastic colors for this silhouette. All-in-all, these seem like they could be an instant hit.

Firstly, the shoe consists of a white leather upper that extends into the midsole. Secondly, on the sides, we get a piece of grey suede. From there, the outlines and back heel are a shade of burgundy. Overall, this makes for a clean colorway that is easy to love.

With the Air Jordan 2 Low seeing such a resurgence, it is a safe bet that even more colorways are on the horizon. Jumpman typically likes to go all-in on certain models, and now, the Jordan 2 Low appears to be that silhouette. Only time will tell what they decide to create next.

Air Jordan 2 Low “UNC To Chicago:” Best Look Yet

With the Air Jordan 2 seeing some newfound success, it only makes sense that the Air Jordan 2 Low would get similar treatment. We have already seen some new colorways for this model, and they have been fantastic. Overall, Jordan Brand is aware of this, and they are continuing to make them.

Following a successful 2022, it appears as though 2023 is going to have some great Jordan 2 Low offerings. However, some of these are going to be women’s exclusives. This is great news for the ladies out there who have been clamoring for some offerings of their own.

The Next Air Jordan 2 Low

According to the accounts @zsneakerheadz and @brandon1an, the next AJ2 Low is being dubbed “UNC to Chicago.” For those who may not know, this is an aesthetic that we already got to see on the Air Jordan 1 High OG. Now, it is being implanted on the Jordan 2 Low.

Firstly, this offering comes complete with a white leather upper. If we had to make an estimate, we would say 95 percent of the shoe is white. Secondly, we have some red on the sides, while light blue makes its way to the back heel and the outsole.

Overall, this is shaping up to be a great offering. You can never go wrong when you mix two eras of Michael Jordan’s career together. However, some may be disappointed with the sizing for these. Either way, the Jordan 2 Low continues to impress.
