Air Jordan 12 “Cherry” Drops This Fall: First Look

If you have been paying attention to Jumpman over the past couple of years, you may have noticed the increase in Air Jordan 12 colorways. Overall, this is a sneaker that is finally getting the love it deserves. The Jordan 12 is incredibly unique, and it has its place in history. It was the shoe Michael Jordan won his fifth title in. Additionally, it gave way to the “Flu Game” color scheme that everyone knows so well at this point. Regardless of how you feel, it is impossible to deny just how much this shoe means to Jordan’s sneaker legacy.

Throughout 2022, this shoe got a lot of releases. This was mostly due to the fact that the shoe was celebrating its 25th anniversary. However, in 2023, Jordan Brand is doing everything it can to keep this party going. We have seen some teasers for some new shoes, and fans are very happy with what they’ve gotten. With the releases being spread out throughout the year, the hype levels will remain constant. Furthermore, it helps that Jordan Brand has plans to bring back models like the Air Jordan 12 “Cherry.”

“Cherry” Air Jordan 12

Thanks to @zsneakerheadz and @xcsnkr on Instagram, we now have our first look at this model. Of course, this is a retro for an OG colorway so this is something people have seen before. Although, the people want to know if the original aesthetic will be respected. Based on these images, we can safely say, “yes.” Firstly, the sneaker is covered in white leather on top. Secondly, we get a nice red overlay on the sides that extends over to the toe box. Lastly, there is some black throughout the shoe, particularly on the back heel and the insole.

As for the release date, this shoe is expected to drop on October 28th. Moreover, it will be coming out in sizes for the whole family. Whether or not these are high in stock, remains to be seen.
