Aaron Rodgers Is Reportedly Down To Two Options

Aaron Rodgers is someone who is always making headlines. Overall, the quarterback is in a unique situation. He can either stay with the Green Bay Packers, or he could go elsewhere. Additionally, he could even just retire and go to the woods to do shrooms. The possibilities are truly endless for the Green Bay Packers quarterback. However, as we already know, Rodgers is someone who is truly indecisive. He never knows what he wants to do, and it makes it difficult for his team to prepare for the future.

This past week, Rodgers met with the New York Jets. The Jets are a team that is in need of a quarterback, and Rodgers fits the bill. Overall, many from the Jets organization were confident following their meeting. Furthermore, the Packers and Jets have reportedly agreed to a potential trade in case Rodgers decides he wants to go to New York. Although, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Rodgers still hasn’t made his decision. This is problematic for the Jets, who could lose out on other free-agent QBs if Rodgers ultimately decides not to go to New York.

Aaron Rodgers: The Decision

Additionally, based on Schefter’s reporting, it seems like Rodgers has just two options. Those options are to go to the Jets or to retire altogether. The Packers are already talking about Rodgers in the past tense, which showcases how they are ready to move on. After all, they have Jordan Love who is ready to begin his journey as the team’s starting quarterback. Either way, Rodgers is taking up a lot of space right now, and many are sick of it.

The Jets were a great team this past year, however, their quarterbacks were awful. If they had someone like Rodgers, they could easily get back to the postseason. Until then, they will be destined for 8-9 and 9-8 finishes within the AFC East. With free agency off to a hot start, it will be interesting to see where Rodgers shakes out.
