Charles Barkley is easily one of the most famous former NBA players. Overall, this is due to the fact that he is a commentator on Inside The NBA alongside Ernie Johnson, Shaq, and Kenny Smith. Although Barkley can say some wild things at times, it is ultimately why folks love him so much. He speaks his mind, and he does not care whom he may offend. However offensive he may be, he has still been able to secure himself some massive contracts. For instance, he will soon be going to work for CNN.
In the Fall, he will host a weekly talk show with none other than Gayle King. At this point, no one knows how this is going to go. Moreover, no one really knows what kind of direction this show will go in. No matter what, it promises to be extremely entertaining. After all, Charles Barkley says what he wants, and that would certainly work in a political setting. That said, not all of his TNT colleagues are super excited about him going off and doing the whole news thing.

Charles Barkley & Wayne Gretzky

Additionally, it seems like Gretzky was hoping for Chuck to come and do hockey coverage. However, Barkley made light of it all, saying “apparently I’m jumping on the Titanic.” Of course, Barkley was just joking, and he had some praise for his new co-host, Gayle King.
With Charles Barkley going to CNN, we will absolutely be watching. If only he could bring Shaq to the show with him. Those two in the political realm would absolutely be hilarious.
