Kevin Durant has come through with some pretty incredible sneakers over the years, including the Nike KD 3. Overall, Durant has 15 signature sneakers to his name at this point. Of course, right now, Durant is more focused on the Nike KD 15 which is the shoe that dropped this past year. However, Nike is now looking into giving some of his older models some retros. The KD 3 is one of the shoes on the docket for Nike, and so far, they have come through with models like the KD 3 All-Star.
Throughout 2023, fans can expect the Nike KD 3 to get plenty more great offerings. Moreover, it should be noted that the teasers are on the horizon. Whenever Nike decides to give attention to a particular sneaker, the leakers are all over it. This is when sneakerheads can expect to find a whole host of new updates and teasers for what might be on the way. Consequently, the KD 3 is experiencing this right now. Nike KD 3 “Aunt Pearl”
The shoe we are talking about is the Nike KD 3 “Aunt Pearl.” Aunt Pearl is a shoe that KD has worn quite a bit over the years. It is a mostly pink color scheme that pays homage to his late aunt who died of cancer. Most KD shoes have had “Aunt Pearl” colorways. However, the KD 3 “Aunt Pearl” has never actually been released. In the Instagram post above from sneakerfiles.com, you can see how this shoe will look. Firstly, it is covered in light pink from head to toe. Secondly, the sides are darker pink with a white Nike swoosh added for good measure. This is a great look that fans are definitely going to love.
For now, it seems like these are set to drop during the Holidays for $130 USD. However, this release date has not yet been confirmed.
