2K has announced exciting changes and additions to MyNBA* and The W* modes in NBA 2K24 for PlayStation® 5 (PS5
) and Xbox Series X|S. The forthcoming game aims to provide an enhanced gaming experience for fans of both modes.
MyNBA: Embracing the LeBron Era and MyNBA Lite
MyNBA introduces the LeBron MyNBA Era, allowing players to immerse themselves in the basketball history of the 2010s and team up with the iconic LeBron James. Additionally, MyNBA Lite streamlines the franchise mode, making it more accessible for casual players. The Lite version empowers newcomers to quickly engage with features like trades, contract extensions, and draft class insights.

The W: Empowering WNBA Players
In The W mode, players can now choose their path to WNBA stardom, entering the league either as a college standout or an international talent. A new feature, “In Pursuit of Greatness,” challenges players to measure their skills against WNBA stars. The mode also offers pick-up games for badge perks, replacing last year’s Contact Challenges.

Players in The W can also expect new rewards, content, and the option to compete in casual 3v3 street games.
