Taylor Swift Chiefs Jacket Designed By Wife Of Niners Player

The designer of Taylor Swift’s custom Chiefs jacket has been revealed to be Kristin Juszczyk, wife of Niners fullback Kyle Juszczyk. Juszczyk’s work was worn by Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes at the Chiefs’ wild card win over the Dolphins. Additionally, it later popped up at the Lions’ win over the Rams. Actor Taylor Lautner rocked a custom Aidan Hutchinson jacket. However, Juszcyk revealed that the inclement weather around the country almost spelled disaster.

Lautner’s jacket arrived in Memphis the night before the game in Detroit. However, it remained stuck there due to the weather. After reaching out to the FedEx higher-ups, another truck was sent to pick up the parcel. But then that truck broke down. Despite this, a third truck was sent out and able to make it to Detroit. The jacket was delivered to Lautner on the sidelines. “That whole thing should be a Super Bowl commercial itself,” Kyle Juszczyk said.

Meanwhile, the Bills have prepared a special welcome for Taylor Swift and the Chiefs at Highmark Stadium. The Bills host the Chiefs’ first road playoff game of the Patrick Mahomes era on January 21. The Bills, through their food service provider Delaware North, have added two Swift-themed menu items to the available concessions for the game. The first is the Bad Blood Waffle Fries. This a “2-foot display of spiced waffle fries featuring each city’s culinary specialty. Topped half with Buffalo chicken and blue cheese and half with Kansas City Cattleman’s BBQ pork, cole slaw and bread-and-butter pickles.” The other item is the Karma Quesadilla. Delaware described it as “chicken tenders, bacon and cilantro ranch in a triple-stacked quesadilla, topped with pork-belly chaser.”

“Our culinary team has again designed a great menu for the Divisional playoff game this weekend, with several new items for fans as they cheer on the Bills. We had a lot of fun with this week’s menu – adding a few new options that celebrate this incredible rivalry with the Chiefs and their star-studded fans,” said Andy Altomare, Delaware North’s general manager at Highmark Stadium. Furthermore, other menu items for the game include the Kansas Bowl of Tears BBQ (“A generous portion of mac & cheese, pulled pork, jalapeño, roasted corn, cornbread croutons and pickled red onion”), Boozy Hot Chocolate, and Mulberry Meatballs.

The South African claimed the middleweight title after a bloody back-and-forth that could have easily gone the way of the defending champion. Furthermore, the bout was the fourth middleweight title fight to see the belt change hands. Drake would have won $1.4M if Strickland had been able to defend his title.

However, it’s also the second consecutive fight in which Strickland has lost Drake money. Previously, he lost $500,000 when Strickland stunned Israel Adesanya at UFC 293. Drizzy would have walked away with a cool $920K if Adesanya had won. However, Strickland pulled off what many are calling the greatest upset in UFC middleweight history.

However, there were also layers to Drake‘s vlog. He tagged Drew Walls, a lifestyle influencer who is often seen going to Target in his videos. This is seemingly another shot at Yasiim Bey, who recently said that Drake’s music is the sort of music that’s perfect for a Target run. That is what made the inclusion of the more ambient “Virginia Beach” so notable, given the recent criticism aimed at that sort of Drake track. Run-D.M.C. Documentary “Kings From Queens” Gets First Trailer

The first trailer for Kings From Queens, a documentary about Run-D.M.C., has been Threleased online. The trailer for the Peacock series features a wealth of hip-hop royalty discussing the impact of the pioneering rap group. “They’re the reason that hip-hop is as big as it is right now,” Ice Cube asserts. “They changed the sound of music, the audience for rap music,” Mike D of the Beastie Boys adds.

The series is not just another documentary about an influence group, however. The series is being executive produced by Rev Run and DMC themselves. “This documentary series will reach, teach and educate people on the Run-D.M.C. dynamic. I know people will see themselves in our journey and I am hopefully that the next 50 years of hip-hop will be a movement of positive improvement and creativity, in the same way we changed music and the world,” DMC said in a statement. The series will drop later this year.

Steph Curry Producing Mac Dre Documentary

However, Kings from Queens is far from the only hip-hop documentary in the works. Last year, Steph Curry‘s production company, Unanimous Media, has begun work on a documentary about Bay Area music icon Mac Dre. “Mac Dre is a cultural icon who made a tremendous impact on the Bay Area and beyond through his music and pioneering creativity. We’re honored to work with Mac Dre’s incredible mother, Wanda, to tell her son’s life story with respect and dignity for fans, the Bay Area community, and music lovers alike,” Curry and Unanimous co-founder told Billboard.

Meanwhile, the aforementioned Wanda also spoke with Billboard. “I look forward to sharing how from Andre’s dreams of rapping emerged a blueprint that not only inspired a generation but also became a guide to conquering obstacles and fulfilling their entrepreneurial dreams,” she told the outlet. Mac Dre was a pioneer of the Hyphy movement of the early 2000s. However, he was shot and killed in a drive-by attack on Route 71 in 2004.

Hailing from the iconic era of ‘90s Hip Hop, Onyx was a formidable rap group in the industry. They are renowned for their gritty sound, unapologetic lyrics, and energetic performances that left an indelible mark on the rap landscape. As the years have rolled by, the members of Onyx have taken diverse paths in their personal and professional lives. However, the group remains active, with two of its original four members carrying on as Onyx.

With iconic albums like Slam, the group became popular for their hardcore, fire sound. As a result of their drop in popularity over time, listeners have lost track of the group. Nonetheless, Fredro Starr, Sticky Fingaz, and Sonny Seeza progressed, even if many fans aren’t aware of their whereabouts. Here’s what they have been up to over the years.

Onyx: A Hardcore Rap Group

The rap group Onyx was originally formed in 1988 by three of its members who were schoolmates. Following the release of their first single in 1990, “Ah, And We Do It Like This,” Fredro Starr, Sonny Seeza and Big DS welcomed Sticky Fingaz into the fold in 1991. Subsequently, the group’s debut album, Bacdafucup, dropped in 1993. Since then, Onyx has released many additional studio albums. However, none were quite as successful as their debut.

Former member Big DS left the group in 1994 to start a solo career. Likewise, in 2009, Sonny Seeza said farewell to Onyx, deciding to focus on a solo career. This left two members in the group — Fredro Starr and Sticky Fingaz. While they could have dissolved the group completely and focused on their solo rap careers, the two decided to keep Onyx alive. They have continued to release music together, dropping several bodies of work over the years. Some of their most recent projects are Onyx 4 Life (2021), Blood On Da X (2023), and World Take Over (2023).

Fredro Starr

One of the founding members of the Onyx, Fredro Starr has kept busy over the years. Not only has he stayed a member of Onyx, but also built an impressive solo career over the years outside of the rap group. Starr has been releasing solo albums since 2001, and so far, has four solo studio albums to his name. His last album, Firestarr 2, dropped on March 9, 2018, and contains some seriously impressive tracks, including “100,000 Miles” and “Private Jet 2 Heaven.”

In addition to his musical career, the hardcore emcee has also racked up acting credits in many films and TV shows since 1993. Some of the films and series he has starred in are, Deceitful (2013), CSI: Miami (2009), and Bust Down (2022). The 52-year-old is a father of three and has been married to model Korina Longin since 2007.

Sticky Fingaz

Although Sticky Fingaz joined Onyx last, he has been a dedicated member of the rap group since 1991. With his cousin Fredro Starr, he makes up the current lineup of the group. Just like Starr, Fingaz dropped his debut solo album in 2001. Since then, he has released two additional studio albums, the most recent being It’s About T.I.M.E. (2019). Like his cousin, the rapper has an impressive filmography and has appeared multiple times on-screen over the years. Since his acting debut in 1993, Sticky Fingaz has starred in Breaking Point (2009), The Night Of (2016), and Empire (2016 – 2017), among others.

Sonny Seeza

Soon after he left Onyx in 2009, Sonny Seeza released his debut solo album Tytanium (2009). His sophomore studio album, Bridges, dropped in 2016, and he hasn’t released any new music since. While he appeared in two movies in the ‘90s, the rapper has not starred in any movies or shows since 1998. He owns an online clothing shop, Allskool Shop, where he makes and sells original Onyx merchandise and art.

Big DS

As aforementioned, Big DS was the first member to drop out of the rap group Onyx, leaving in 1994. As a solo act, he released one album, Demo Tape, in 1994. Sadly, he passed away at the age of 31 in 2003. The hardcore rapper died as a result of lymphatic cancer.
