Yung Miami Shared When City Girls’ Next Album Will Drop And Promised ‘It’s Gonna Hit Different’

Nobody generates a headline quite like Yung Miami. Her talk show Caresha Please has been responsible for the “Pee Diddy” nickname, imagined a world where Missy Elliott and Trina dated, and featured an especially playful exchange between Miami and Megan Thee Stallion.

But the City Girls rapper didn’t need Caresha Please to spark intrigue today, April 19, as she was unveiled as the cover star of a “special issue” of The Cut:

First she confirmed that she and Diddy are no longer together and clarified her “golden shower” comments on Caresha Please that got “Pee Diddy” trending.

“I never said he was the one I did that with. Sex is a part of life. I’m grown, and maybe I talk about it too much, but everybody’s got their personal experiences,” Yung Miami told the publication. “Some people get sh*tted on. Some people live life on the edge, some people boring as f*ck. I watch a lot of porn, b*tches get peed on. If we grown and we in the house just chilling and want to talk about sex, what’s wrong with that?”

Later in the interview, Yung Miami was asked when fans can expect a new City Girls album from her and JT. “Girl, I ain’t even gonna tell!” she replied. “I don’t know, like, it is coming, and it will be sometime this summer — for real, for real, for real. When you doing a project, it takes time. We’re trying to sit through it and make sure that that’s what we want to put out. It’s gonna hit different.”

Yung Miami told as much to Rachel Lindsay for Extra in January:

City Girls performed at the 2023 Dreamville Festival at the start of this month, just as Hulu’s RapCaviar Presents premiered on March 30. (City Girls are the subject of the docuseries’ second episode.)

City Girls are scheduled to perform at Rolling Loud Miami on Saturday, July 22, so what better time to drop an album?

Yung Miami Shoots Down The ‘Pee Diddy’ Golden Shower Rumor — And The Couple’s Unofficial Relationship

Yung Miami and Diddy’s relationship has been the subject of fascination across the internet for months, but the City Girl really caused a stir in January after making a salacious confession on her podcast Caresha Please. When Miami told her guest Trina that she enjoys the occasional “golden shower,” fans dubbed Sean Combs “Pee Diddy,” assuming that he shared her proclivities.

However, in a new interview with The Cut (with thanks to Billboard for the spot), Miami shot down the rumor — and seemingly confessed to the end of the relationship, just three months after the couple went “Instagram Official” in January.

“I never said he was the one I did that with,” she explained. “Sex is a part of life. I’m grown, and maybe I talk about it too much, but everybody’s got their personal experiences. Some people get sh–ted on. Some people live life on the edge, some people boring as f*ck. I watch a lot of porn, b*tches get peed on.”

But regarding the wider implications of her and Diddy’s recent public gallivanting, she was a little more circumspect. “We’re still friends!” she stressed. “We’re still good friends! But we’re single. That’s not my man. We had our own situation, I’m not gonna put a title on it. We were f–king with each other hard. We were together every day at one point. He supported me, I supported him. I’ll let the internet call it whatever they want to call it.”

Diddy has yet to respond, but as he’s an active Twitter user, a statement may not be too far off.

Yung Miami Confirms Split From Diddy

It looks like Yung Miami and Diddy are no longer together. In a new interview with The Cut, the “Act Up” star dived into her budding acting career, business ventures, and personal life. Though she and Diddy were becoming “relationship goals,” journalist Danya Issawi found out where the two stand these days. “No,” she succinctly stated when asked if they were still together. The couple was undoubtedly open about their relationship with one another, even if they didn’t put labels on it. However, Yung Miami confirmed that they’re still in good standing.

“We’re still friends! We’re still good friends! But we’re single. That’s not my man. We had our own situation, I’m not gonna put a title on it,” Yung Miami added. “We were fucking with each other hard. We were together every day at one point. He supported me, I supported him. I’ll let the internet call it whatever they want to call it.” Given the rapid success of Caresha Please, it wouldn’t make sense for her and Diddy to mess up a bag due to their own personal relationship with each other.

Yung Miami & Diddy’s Relationship Started With Business

Apparently, their relationship developed from Diddy’s initial interest in Yung Miami’s appearance on Justin Laboy’s show. She explained Diddy attended the shoot and later approached her about a potential podcast. “After the interview, he came to me, and was just like, ‘What’s your number?’ He wanted me to meet him at his house in Miami,” Yung Miami explained. I met him at his house, and he was like, ‘I think you should do a podcast. You’re good at it. You’ve got a strong personality.’ So that’s how it came about.”

Ultimately, it seems like she and Diddy were already on the cusp of splitting up as recently as March. Even though they began showing up more and more since the beginning of 2023, she revealed that she wanted a monogamous relationship, which may have been impossible with Diddy since he has Nick Cannon-like aspirations. “I’m not sharing my next ni**a!” she tweeted last month. Ultimately, it seems like Yung Miami will truly be living a City Girl summer.

Yung Miami Is Summer Ready With New Gym Routine

Yung Miami does not shy away from her past cosmetic procedures. The Florida rapper has gotten a breast augmentation, veneers, and a fat transfer. As she continues her journey into talk show host supremacy, she is taking her weight loss seriously. Miami has been hitting the gym and taking her fans on the ride along with her.

The 29-year-old has been sharing glimpses of her workouts on social media. In an Instagram post this week, she celebrated her progress. “Look at the body!” Miami exclaims while in the gym. She pulls down her leggings just enough to show off her newly sculpted stomach. With so many new endeavors, it’s imperative that Miami looks her absolute best.

Yung Miami Is Looking Her Best These Days

In just a few short years, Miami alongside her City Girls member JT, has gone from underground artist to superstar. The mother of two was semi-solo during JT’s incarceration. She kept the group name alive while welcoming her second child. After JT’s release, the ladies would go on to executive produce Issa Rae’s Rap Sh*t on HBO. Additionally, they’ve both enjoyed gold and platinum singles. Miami added interviewer to her resume with her Caresha Please podcast on Revolt TV. The popular show has featured guests such as G-Herbo, Megan Thee Stallion, Kevin Gates, Trina, Saucy Santana, and JT with more to come. The go-getter recently added actress to her portfolio with a guest role on Starz BMF series. Many criticized her for her acting skills, but that has not stopped her.

Miami’s proximity to Diddy sparked dating rumors early on. They both confirmed that they were dating casually. She even sat down with him during a Caresha Please episode. During the chat, both joked about their relationship but didn’t share the juicy details that fans wanted to know. Her love life didn’t come without drama. One of Diddy’s ex-flings exchanged words with the QC signee on Instagram. She also had to endure fans calling her a side chick after Diddy revealed he fathered another child. There was so much backlash that Diddy himself had to step in and defend his good friend. Before her situationship with the Bad Boy mogul, Miami welcomed a daughter with producer Southside. She has a son from a relationship that predated fame. Despite her romantic connections, she continues to persevere and is looking great doing it.

Yung Miami Reveals Her Gym Routine Ahead Of Hot Girl Summer: Watch

Hot Girl Summer has yet to officially begin, but we’re already seeing a slew of thirst traps take over social media. 56-year-old Halle Berry caused some controversy with her tasteful nude over the Easter long weekend, though she was quick to clear her hater with a funny response. While many starlets are already proudly flaunting what they’ve got for the camera, others, like Yung Miami, are still working hard in the gym, making sure their figures are looking right for bikini season.

In a video reposted to her Instagram Story on Monday (April 10), the City Girl and her trainer showed off a few of the moves she uses to stay in shape. One of them is squat jumping jacks, which Caresha looked less than pleased to be completing while being recorded. After completing her set, she turned around to check the time remaining on the clock behind her. “There’s still a minute left,” a voice behind the camera tells her, “and you only did ten drop squats.” As any fitness mogul would, he urges Miami to push through and exercise until the timer runs out.

Yung Miami is Up in the Gym, Workin’ on Her Fitness

When sharing the funny clip on her own Story, the “Twerkulator” hitmaker urged her trainer to “post [her] real workout videos” so Instagram can see just how serious she’s being about Hot Girl Summer this year. Just a few days ago, the mother of two gave us a preview of what’s to come as the weather continues to warm up, capturing a clip of her posing in a stunning gold bathing suit on her IG feed. “I’m telling y’all RIGHT NOW! 😮‍💨😮‍💨 whew,” Caresha wrote in the caption, obviously gassing herself up.

While she only gives us a view of the bikini’s look from the front, it’s evident based on her curvaceous figure that the back looks “real bad” too, as Yung Miami would say. See for yourself below, and let us know if you’re eager for the impending Hot Girl Summer thirst traps to come in the comments below.

Mariah The Scientist Denied Coming For Yung Miami’s Acting On ‘BMF’

Yung Miami‘s role as Deanna Washington on Starz’s hit series BMF has everybody talking. In a recent episode, Deanna asks Demetrius Flenory (played by his real-life son, Demetrius Flenory Jr.) where her husband is, to later find out he has been murdered.

Before Deanna receives the news, she asks Demetrius, “Meech, where’s my husband?” The line has since become the subject of memes and internet jokes.

Yesterday (March 31), R&B singer Mariah The Scientist shared some words on Twitter, which some fans read as shade toward Miami’s acting.

“I feel like I could’ve said meech where is my husband,” said The Scientist.

Miami later caught wind of the tweet, which, it appears, she found confusing.

“I’m tryna figure out what this mean,” said Miami.

Fans immediately came to Miami’s defense, sending angry messages to The Scientist. The latter later took to Twitter to clarify that she was not trying to diss Miami’s acting.

“Stop trying to put words in my mouth,” she said in a Tweet, “I liked the role and the show.”

She continued, saying, “Y’all want me 2 be controversial so bad.”

The Scientist later went on Instagram live to clear the air, saying that she was not intending to start any beef.

“Why every time I tweet anything, off top, it’s a problem,” Mariah said. “It don’t matter what I say, period. I walk around all day long saying, ‘Meech, where’s my husband?’ All day, every day. I’m truly convinced y’all always gotta make some beef with me no matter what. One hundred percent. Why is that? I’m convinced y’all just don’t like me. I’m sorry to hear that.”

Mariah The Scientist Denies Dissing Yung Miami With “BMF” Quote

A simple tweet has caused Mariah The Scientist to face off against Yung Miami’s fans. The public can scrutinize anything you say or do when you’re a famous figure. In our ever-growing, social media-driven culture, online posts receive the same attention—and even the innocent can become wrapped in controversy. This is what happened to Mariah The Scientist today (March 31) when her tweet referenced Yung Miami’s appearance in BMF.

The City Girls hitmaker recently guest starred in the series, and although brief, it created conversations. The internet quickly turned Miami into a meme, and critics poured onto platforms with less-than-stellar reviews of the rapper’s acting skills. Yung Miami took it all in stride and didn’t seem bothered. However, she did notice when Mariah wrote, “I feel like I could’ve said meech where is my husband.” That was Yung Miami’s line in BMF.

Mariah The Scientist Returns With A Denial

Social media users quickly accused Mariah of attempting to shade Miami’s addition to the series. “I’m tryna figure out what this mean [thinking face emoj],” the “Act Up” rapper replied in a retweet. After finding her mentions flooded with reactions, Mariah returned with an update. “If I said I feel like ‘and I seen u skate, so that tells me everything I need to know about a man’ y’all would say I’m shading Lauren London like c’mon now.” She was referencing London’s role in ATL.

This explanation didn’t seem to placate the public. It also didn’t explain her initial tweet, and the public let her know. When Mariah The Scientist isn’t kicking up dust with City Girls fans, she often shares messages of support to her man, Young Thug. The incarcerated rapper began dating the singer before being arrested on RICO charges. Thugger has been behind bars awaiting trial for about a year, and it could take months before it begins. The jury process has been arduous, and Mariah is ready for Young Thug to come home. However, prosecutors allege he is the leader of a street gang and are determined to take him down. We’ll keep you updated on the case as it unfolds. In the meantime, check out Mariah The Scientist further explaining her tweet below.
