Kid Cudi Teases Wiz Khalifa Collab

Seems like this year’s 4/20 might be shaping up to be a big one. Kid Cudi recently jumped on Twitter to tease a potential collab with Wiz Khalifa. The 39-year-old rapper has previously collaborated with many of the biggest names in the industry. He has lent his singular artistry to Ye and Travis Scott, among many others. A Cudi and Wiz collab has been teased before, but it has never come to fruition. Whether or not something will come of the tease this time remains to be seen. However, many fans would love to see the two rappers on a track together.

Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, better known by his stage name Kid Cudi, is a rapper and actor from Cleveland, Ohio. The overwhelming success of his 2008 single, “Day ‘n’ Nite,” was the catalyst for his rise to fame. The song was featured on his debut album, Man On the Moon: The End of the Day, and has gone 5x platinum. Since then, he has released six studio albums, many of which explore topics related to mental health. He has also made a number of noteworthy appearances in film and TV, including in Ti West’s hit horror film X and the HBO series How to Make It in America. Cudi’s distinctive style and reflective songs have brought him critical praise and a devoted following.

Cudi Plays It Close To The Chest

Yesterday, Cudi tweeted something that immediately had fans buzzing. “Got in contact w Wiz,” the tweet said, followed by a smiling devil emoji. The news is big, if true, but we’ve been burned before. In 2018, Wiz posed for a photo with Cudi, which was posted on his Instagram account. In the caption, he wrote, “DONT WORRY IM WAITING FOR THE MUSIC TOO.” Now, that may have just been Wiz’s way of saying that he is interested in working with Cudi. However, with this latest tweet, the possibility of a collab seems more and more likely.

Fans went off in the comments, showing their excitement for what one user described as the “stoner anthem”. Everyone knows that Wiz Khalifa is basically the poster boy for weed. While Kid Cudi did frequently reference it in his past music, he has since said that he no longer smokes weed. Still, it’s likely that regardless of the subject matter, whatever these two come up with will serve as an anthem for weed smokers everywhere. What do you think about the possible collab? Sound off in the comments below!

Wiz Khalifa Delivers New Single "Peace and Love" Ahead of Two New Tours

Wiz Khalifa Calls His New Signature Purple Gin “Smooth AF”

He may be showing off his gains in the gym, but Wiz Khalifa still likes to unwind with a cocktail or two. Rappers have long partnered with liquor brands—many even releasing their unique signature spirits—and Wiz has emerged with his own gin. Sovereign Brands was excited to link with the “Black & Yellow” hitmaker for the first line extension for McQueen and the Violet Fog Ultraviolet Edition. When he first tried the gin, Wiz was immediately taken aback by its vibrant, purple color. “Smooth AF,” he said amid laughter.

Sovereign Brands CEO Brett Berish added, “Where we distill and what botanicals we use—it’s all in an effort to create the most balanced, smooth, and drinkable gin. McQueen and the Violet Fog Ultraviolet Edition pushes the category even further. While you may be lured in by the color, the taste, I promise, is even better. This is like no gin on Earth.” The gin comes with all the flavors of the flagship paired with red berries and hibiscus.

Wiz Khalifa Hits The Road

Wiz will surely have his signature McQueen and the Violet Fog Ultraviolet Edition gin by his side throughout the summer. The 420-friendly rapper is embarking on a months-long tour that starts immediately after the Tortuga Music Festival in April. He said he couldn’t wait to have his crew get a first look at his aptly-colored purple liquor and to further promote the gin, there are even specially crafted cocktail recipes.

“Wow… Wait ’til I bring this around the dips,” the rapper joked as he held a drink in his hand. He then noted, “You get the berries jumping off of there… It still got that good citrus ginny.” Fans jumped into Khalifa and Sovereign Brands’ social media comments sections to say they needed the product ASAP. Others teased the rapper about purple kush, considering his longstanding love for marijuana and involvement in the cannabis business. Wiz Khalifa has continued to make his mark in music as an artist who stays on the road, continuously releases new music with his peers, and invests wisely. Wiz Khalifa’s Feet Disgust Social Media

When Wiz Khalifa shared some pictures of him chilling out in the studio, he probably didn’t expect so many people to make fun of his feet. Moreover, the Pittsburgh rap icon posted some pictures to Twitter of him smoking, getting a massage, playing Xbox, and scrolling through his phone in the stu. On the social media platform, people went absolutely ballistic pointing out how odd his feet looked. Whether it was for their cleanliness or for the tattoos on his feet, people shared some pretty hilarious reactions. While he hasn’t yet responded to the online jokes, it’s likely that he’s laughing along.

“You been kicking pancake mix my boy??” one user wrote hilariously. Another wrote “are you ashing on your feet bruh? cause damn.” Overall, responses varied between disgust, joking about ash, and joking about the Bob Marley tattoo on Wiz’s left foot. “Even Bob Marley wondering why his toes look the way they do,” one user tweeted. However, some people also pointed out that it could be the result of a medical condition. Even with jokes flying left and right in seemingly good faith, there are people clearly too noble for Twitter.

Wiz Khalifa’s Twitter Pics In The Studio

Still, Wiz seems unfazed by the comments, although to get a reaction from him could be potentially hilarious. Currently, he seems to be in a very positive and motivated headspace, enjoying the process as much as the result. “I don’t feel any pressure to top what I’ve done,” he recently tweeted. “Only keep adding on and staying authentic to where I’m at in my life. In a world full of formula driven records im making what feels good and what i feel people would enjoy. I wish this much peace and happiness on every artist cause it’s not easy navigating through a long term career. I’m showin all my Taylors what it looks like when done right.”

Meanwhile, he’s looking forward to his upcoming High School Reunion tour with Snoop Dogg, which beings in July. Furthermore, they’ll continue across North America with shows in cities like Toronto, Dallas, Sacramento, and more. All in all, it seems like they’re going to celebrate long careers of successful and creative artistry. Let’s just hope they find a pedicure out there. Wiz Khalifa Doesn’t “Feel Any Pressure” To Top Previous Releases

Wiz Khalifa recently confessed that he doesn’t “feel any pressure” to outperform or best his previous releases. Moreover, he made such statements candidly on his Twitter page in a series of small but poignant reflections. Of course, Wiz is one of those dominant early 2010s artists that continues to put out relevant material today. What’s more is that his status and star power remain as established as ever, so maybe his words seem a tad unnecessary. Still, it’s clear that with all that growth and experience, it becomes harder to stay satisfied with anything other than what you truly want to pursue.

“I don’t feel any pressure to top what I’ve done,” the Pittsburgh icon explained in a tweet. “Only keep adding on and staying authentic to where I’m at in my life. In a world full of formula driven records im making what feels good and what i feel people would enjoy. I wish this much peace and happiness on every artist cause it’s not easy navigating through a long term career. I’m showin all my Taylors what it looks like when done right,” he concluded in another tweet.

Some Great Artists Don’t “Feel Any Pressure”

After these remarks, fans expressed a lot of support for Wiz and showed him plenty of love in the replies. Also, they showed a lot of excitement and hype for his upcoming tour with the one and only Snoop Dogg. The two collaborators and kindred artistic spirits will go on the High School Reunion tour with Too $hort, Warren G, Berner, and DJ Drama. When they previously teased the tour, fans initially believed that they were working on a sequel film or album. Still, it’s not entirely out of the question.

Meanwhile, Wiz actually has plenty of live performances to look forward to. Furthermore, he’ll hit seven Midwestern cities on The Good Trip tour with Joey Bada$$, Smoke DZA, Berner, and Chevy Woods the week of April 15th to the 22nd. Maybe Wiz doesn’t need that extra pressure when he’s already doing so well for himself. Regardless, peep his other tweets below and check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates from Wiz Khalifa.

Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa Announce “High School Reunion” Tour

Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa just announced the “High School Reunion” tour, which will reach cities across the U.S. and Canada. Moreover, artists Too $hort, Warren G, Berner, and DJ Drama will join the collaborators on the road as well. The Mac and Devin Go To High School just dropped new music together, and will hit 33 cities total. Furthermore, they’ll start with a visit to Vancouver on July 7th and continue their run through the end of August. Citi pre-sale tickets go live on Tuesday (March 7), with regular tickets dropping on Ticketmaster on March 10 at 9 a.m. local time.

The rap group will also hit plenty of major cities including Toronto, Brooklyn, Atlanta, Phenix, Sacramento, Dallas, St. Louis, and many more. Finally, they’ll wrap things up in Irvine, California, a state where they’ll have plenty of shows around the tour’s end. While many thought that the duo teased a sequel to their film collaborations, those rumors might just be about this tour. “I’m hittin the road on the High School Reunion Tour with @SnoopDogg, @TooShort, @regulator, @Berner415, and Special Guest @DJDrama!” Wiz tweeted. “Tickets on sale March 10th at 9am Local. Can’t wait to see y’all. #HighSchoolReunionTour.”

Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa’s Tour Announcement

Meanwhile, their previous reunion teases didn’t specify what exactly they’d be reuniting for. “High school reunion comin summer 23 @wizkhalifa,” Snoop captioned a pic of him and the “Black and Yellow” rapper. On his end, Wiz called him and Snoop “the new Cheech and Chong” in an IG post of his own. Also, it’s not the only live trek Khalifa’s looking forward to. Before that, he’ll embark on the “Good Trip Tour” for seven cities.

Furthermore, the tour will also feature Joey Bada$$, Smoke DZA, Berner and Chevy Woods. Although it’s centered in the Midwest, it’s still an exciting opportunity if you want to catch many skilled rappers at once. Beyond that, Wiz previously spoke glowingly on his relationship with Snoop. “Snoop is my homie, my homie, my mentor, my partner, my brother,” he stated to Build in 2018. “It’s always good to have him involved and coaching me on,” adding that the most important thing he taught him was to be himself and not like anyone else. Let us know if you’re excited for the tour and return to HNHH for updates on Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa.

Wiz Khalifa Teases New Music With Anderson .Paak

Philly hitmaker Wiz Khalifa is back on a roll as of late. Aside from the rerelease 2008’s Star Power—now on streaming platforms—the 35-year-old is steady in the studio as he prepares to drop new projects. Fans have already received his long-awaited “#NeverDrinkingAgain” single, as well as a surprise track entitled “Mercury Retrograde.” Now it appears he has yet another song in the works, this time with a feature from Breezy Lovejoy, a.k.a. Anderson .Paak. This may be a result of their recent meeting at Warner Music’s Grammy party, held about one month ago.

The marijuana advocate took to Twitter to announce the music news yesterday evening (March 1). “We gotta banger on the way,” Wiz tweets with a photo as he stands next to .Paak in his smoky studio. The two reportedly had an early morning session, which fans will get to hear hopefully sooner than later. Anderson .Paak shared an image of the two alongside the track’s producer, Fred Wreck, in his Instagram Story. Their beatmaker alluded to the track on his own page, writing “Bending Frequencies with these two giants” in his caption.

Wiz Khalifa Announces New Collab On Twitter

The year also sees new collaborations from Wiz and rap legend Snoop Dogg. 2023’s “Cheech & Chong” unloaded “Don’t Text Don’t Call” this week, produced by fellow artist Ty Dolla $ign. The duo are also currently filming the sequel to 2012’s smoker’s classic, Mac & Devin Go To High School. Snoop alluded to the cult film’s revisit on Instagram, which is fittingly titled High School Reunion. The movie is rumored to release this summer, to the joy of their stoner supporters.

Anderson .Paak, on the other hand, is still reveling in the success of his tracks with rapper Cordae. J. Cole got behind the production of their “Two Tens” single, following behind 2022’s politic-driven track “RNP.” The three rap artists apparently have enough music to make an EP, according to Cordae. In an interview with Apple Music 1’s Zane Lowe, the soon-to-be father says they “got a mixtape full of joints” in the stash. “Well, we got an EP full of joints with me, .Paak, and Cole beats,” Cordae later expounds.
