Saweetie Puts Quavo On Blast With Embarrassing DM

Quavo is having a rough week. The Migos rapper had to stand by while Chris Brown dropped the diss track “Weakest Link” to positive reception from fans. He clapped back with “Over Hoes & B*tches” on April 22, but it did not get the same love as Breezy’s. Some felt Quavo relied too heavily on the feature from the late Takeoff, while others thought the rapper failed to dig up any real dirt on Brown. It gets worse. The same day “Over Hoes & B*tches” dropped, Saweetie hopped on X (formerly Twitter) to disprove one of Quavo’s claims.

Saweetie has become a central figure in the Quavo versus Brown feud. While Karreuche Tran was previously the focus, due to the fact that she dated both artists, Saweetie has been referenced in both “Weakest Link” and “Over Hoes & B*tches.” In the former, Brown claimed to have slept with the rapper while she was still dating Quavo. In the latter, Quavo claims he doesn’t care. “I can take a model b*tch and make a Saweetie, n**ga,” he raps, with the implication being that she’s replaceable. It’s a less than stellar bar, and one that Saweetie was more than happy to upend.

Saweetie Shared Instagram Receipts With Fans

The rapper posted a screenshot of her Instagram DMs, and one of the messages left on read was from none other than Quavo. The entirety of the message is unclear, but the first couple words read: “Damn. We used to mean af to each…” Saweetie posted a withering caption with the screenshot, making it clear that she meant more to Quavo than he’s letting on. “Hopefully the model he turns into me replies,” she wrote. Saweetie and Quavo dated for three years before breaking up in March 2021.

Saweetie talked about their relationship during an appearance on Caresha Please. She skirted around the question of whether or not Quavo cheated on her, and ultimately chalked their split up to differences. “I thought we was gonna spend the rest of our lives together,” she admitted. “With him, I knew it was the one. It was different.” Ironically, the two rappers first connected when Quavo DM’d Saweetie on IG in 2018, which means this new DM drama brings things full circle. Like they say: all’s fair in love and war.

Colin Cowherd has some bold takes about Kevin Durant after game 1 of Suns vs. Timberwolves. Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns lost their game-one matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves 95 to 120. Anthony Edwards led the Wolves to their blowout win, scoring 33 points and grabbing 9 boards in a statement win. The young star made sure to let Kevin Durant know he had his way. KD just smiled and continued to hoop, obviously respecting Edwards’ smack talk. It’s game one of the playoffs, and you should never get carried away after game one of a seven-game series. Things can change pretty fast in the NBA playoffs.

On The Herd, Colin Cowherd had some hot takes about Kevin Durant after the Suns lost. Cowherd was not impressed by the performance and took shots at Durant. Cowherd believes Durant is in danger of becoming irrelevant because other players are eclipsing his accomplishments. Colin Cowherd Rips KD After Game 1

After watching two hours of Durant and the Suns get rolled, Cowherd is examining KD’s whole career. The sports talking head says he saw no fight or toughness from the Suns, and it all comes down to Durant. He goes on to list all the players that have eclipsed Kevin Durant, who he says a few years ago people argued was better than LeBron. Cowherd goes on to circle back to the subject everyone circles back to when discussing Durant: The Golden State Warriors. Cowherd criticized his decision-making, implying he really cared about winning. KD did leave a pretty perfect on-court situation in Golden State. He probably would have another ring if he stayed.

Since Golden State, Kevin Durant hasn’t been past the second round of the playoffs. His stop in Brooklyn ended unceremoniously. His Suns tenure has been erratic, and they haven’t lived up to expectations. The narrative could change if the Suns end up winning their series against the Timberwolves, which is very possible. The Suns face off against the Timberwolves on Tuesday.

While Beyoncé has been known to change up her hairstyle almost as much as she changes costumes over the years, she’s letting everyone know that her real hair is every bit as amazing as her singing talents.

On Sunday, Bey took to IG to show her full wash, dry, and style routine as part of a promotion for her haircare line, Cécred. The video begins with her stylist brushing out her hair and then washing and conditioning it with a variety of products from her line and then combing through with a detangling comb before drying, flat-ironing, and styling it. Throughout the video, she narrates some aspects of her routine (she uses medium heat rather than high heat) while also dispelling the myth that women who wear wigs and extensions don’t have healthy hair- addressing some of the criticism she has received over the years.

She captioned the minute and a half long video with the following:

The pair have been pretty low profile with their appearances, opting to be lowkey when attending big events.

Swift and Kelce were recently seen at Coachella. The two looked to have had a great time at the music festival. There is probably a good reason why Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are skipping the Met Gala. For Swift, the answer is pretty simple. The Grammy-winning recording artist is getting back on the road for her “Eras” Tour the same week the Met Gala takes place. Travis Kelce doesn’t have a scheduling conflict but is not going to show up without his partner. Kelce is someone whose profile outside of football has risen dramatically. He has been a star in the NFL for years but is now a pop culture figure in a much different capacity. The two seem to be genuinely together, so all the extra attention probably isn’t at the forefront of their minds.

Swift’s new album has been released, but internet music critics have panned it. They called it cringey and said the production was bland. Many are saying the rate at which Swift releases albums contributes to their quality. She releases albums yearly, and fans are saying it shows. Travis Kelce is chilling until the NFL training camp. So we will certainly see him by Taylor Swift’s side for the next few months. They just won’t be showing up to the Met Gala.

Kesha is waking up feeling a little different these days than she did in 2010. In light of the recent allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs (formerly “P. Diddy”), Kesha (who made her appearance alongside Reneé Rapp during the first weekend of the iconic music festival) made a major change to her famous line in the song ‘Tik Tok’ replacing “wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy” to “wake up in the morning like f*** P. Diddy.” She also held up her middle finger while doing so.

Kesha also doubled down on her sentiment on Instagram, where she shared a clip of the now-viral video as well as a series of photos from her Coachella experience along with the caption “WAKE UP IN THE MORNING LIKE FUCK P DIDDY” accompanied by two heart emojis.

Last month, Combs’ homes were searched by the Department of Homeland Security as part of a federal investigation into human trafficking and drug crimes. Combs has also been accused of sexual misconduct in five separate lawsuits. He has denied all of the allegations.

In 2014, Kesha sued her former producer Dr. Luke, alleging that he drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2005, as well as physically and verbally tormented her and made threats against her and her family. He countersued for defamation. The case was settled in 2023.

Fans have been waiting for this moment, especially after releasing single after single since 2018. We most likely have our next album single from Ray Vaughn called “Blasphemy.”

There is a chance that this is now the fourth teaser from the still unnamed project, with our last offering from him coming back in late March. The one that really caught a lot of people’s attention though is “Problems” with Pusha T. Both were bringing their A-game on that cut. But “Blasphemy” might be the one to overtake it.

Background

Reyna Roberts was born on August 15, 1997, in Alaska but was raised in Alabama. To aid her brain development, her parents fed her a steady diet of classic country tunes. From an early age, she displayed a natural aptitude for music. Roberts performed for the first time at age three, when her mother took her to a karaoke bar. Despite losing their home, her family invested in a storage unit to house her piano, enabling Roberts to diligently practice.

Reyna Roberts began her vocal training at 18 years old, under the guidance of the renowned vocal coach, Brett Manning. During her high school years, Roberts balanced her passion for music with her commitment to the wrestling team.
