Young Thug Fans Think He Shaded Gunna With His Recent Tweets Post-Prison Release

Young Thug recently broke his silence after his release from prison via a series of very interesting tweets. “Real plea deal jack!” he posted, referencing the plea deal he took in the YSL RICO case that resulted in 15 years on probation. “Wham let’s drop one on these rats peter,” Thugger added on Sunday (November 3), seemingly teasing a collab with “Wham,” better known as Lil Baby. With these two brief but highly consequential messages, many fans out there think that he sent shade Gunna’s way. The Drip Harder duo seemingly sent shots each other’s way over the past two years or so over allegations that Wunna “snitched” by taking a plea deal almost two years ago. He’s denied those accusations and continued to advocate for his mentor’s freedom.

However, this beef speculation doesn’t make a lot of sense for some fans, since Young Thug – via his lawyer Brian Steel – asked in court to keep collaborating with Gunna during his plea motion, even though the conditions of his probation bar any contact with YSL affiliates. For the record, the judge approved this. “He’s a phenomenal artist,” Steel stated of the One Of Wun MC. “[They[ are contractually obligated. And they frequently perform music together.”

Young Thug Tweets Cause Gunna Diss Speculation

As for fans’ theories, some think that Young Thug’s reference to a “real plea deal” takes shots at Gunna’s own plea deal. Elsewhere, the mention of “rats” and “peter” could also reference him, as fans thought the same of his “pushin’ Peter” lyric on the 2023 album BUSINESS IS BUSINESS, on which the track “Parade On Cleveland” with Drake features a jail call seemingly with Thug and Drake. Various other YSL sources gave other conflicting remarks on this, though. For example, Jeffery’s father has defended the “fukumean” artist on various occasions.

Regardless, fans look forward to new music addressing all of this, theorizing how Young Thug could return to the mic considering his probation conditions. Maybe this is all just a reach and there actually aren’t any issues with Gunna, or the call to continue collaborating was a false flag. Azealia Banks is still posting about Lil Nas X on X (formerly Twitter) after he fired back at her for claiming he “fell off” on Sunday night. In her newest posts, Banks labeled him a “terrible lyricist” who was trying to avoid that topic by sharing a patronizing response about her.

She wrote: “Where, are, your, bars… we are not going to use patronization to circumvent the topic here… the topic is that you cannot f*cking Rap son. @LilNasX. You’re a terrible lyricist with pedestrian musical sensibilities. We need to come to a consensus on where your talent is. Fine, we can agree that your a little piece of eye candy for these desperate old white homo’s in fashion… but where is your music b*tch?”

Overall, this latest war of words between Offset and Cardi B is not a good look. Both of them are going out of their way to publicly expose some sensitive information about one another. It’s horrible to see a mother and father bashing each other so ruthlessly, and it makes you wonder the kind of home that their kids are growing up in. They are co-parenting, but still, it’s something that should be talked about.

Things started off last night with Cardi B calling Offset needy and provided evidence of said claim with some NSFW texts from him. He’s been returning the favor by saying that she was having sex with other men during her pregnancy. There’s also been some threats of going to court and settling things from both sides. Cardi claims to have been talking to other guys since June 24, about a month and a half before the divorce reports. This set him off (no pun intended) on a rapid-fire series of responses which were attempts to further expose this allegation from her. He essentially labels her as a h*e, saying, “The thing is u just get f***ed 3 kids a lil too late”. He also responds to a fan of his ex-wife who says he should have been faithful regardless of what she was up to. Set replies, but encouraging the X (Twitter) user to give that advice to Ms. Cardi. Offset, then caps things off in a sly manner by posting a picture of Future. There’s no caption, but if you remember the viral meme of him talking about women who are outside, you’ll catch on to what Set is doing with it.

Swifties have gone absolutely wild for tweets from around 2010, when Kelce was playing at the University of Cincinnati. “I just gave a squirle a peice of bread and it straight smashed all of it!!!! I had no idea they ate bread like that!! Haha #crazy,” reads one tweet from March 2011. Many other fans pointed to highlights such as Kelce repeatedly posting about “Chipolte”, presumably a misspelling of Chipotle.

Meanwhile, other fans teasingly compared Kelce’s squirrel tweet to Swift’s music at the time, namely her more philosophical songs such as 2012’s “All Too Well”. However, overall, Swifties have appeared to have found a new reason to love Kelce through his very grounded and intensely human social media footprint. Of course, some aspects of Swift’s fandom are unhappy with the relationship but on the whole, Swifties appear to love Kelce.

Kelce And Swift’s Parents Expected To Meet Next Week

Meanwhile, not only will this week’s Monday Night Football game see Kelce face off against his brother, but his parents are also expected to meet Swift’s parents. While plans aren’t fully confirmed, Andrea and Scott Swift are expected to share a luxury box with Donna and Ed Kelce, according to ET. Taylor’s father is reportedly a massive Eagles fan, although Travis claims to have converted him to the Chiefs fandom.

This claim, made on the Kelce Brothers’ podcast, New Heights, prompted Jason to shoot Scott Swift a DM. “What are we doing, Scott? You’re gonna let this man’s devilish good looks and relationship with your daughter sway you from a lifetime of fandom, Scott? Ridiculous,” Jason’s message to Swift read. However, it’s unclear if Taylor herself will be in attendance. She is due to perform in Rio de Janeiro for the three nights preceding the game. However, much like Kelce did to come see her in Argentina, she might pull a marathon trip to make the game.

Although some felt as though Meg was lying, she ultimately got vindicated thanks to Tory’s conviction. If you recall, prior to the trial, Tory Lanez was feeling very confident that he would not end up being convicted. Overall, this was probably a big mistake as the judge said Tory’s post-shooting actions led to a hefty sentence. Regardless, there is no doubt that it has been a fairly tough road for him. He has been very open and honest about his struggles. Additionally, he has been hit with some snitching allegations. He immediately took those allegations seriously and began denying it. Since then, many have just dropped the subject altogether.

Now, however, Ralo is in the news for other reasons. Recently, it was revealed that former 1071 artist Lil Wop was laced with some fake pills. Overall, this can be extremely dangerous and life threatening. In the post from Say Cheese!, a picture of Lil Wop in the midst of their gender transition was shown. Lil Wop had revealed that they would be transitioning into a woman months ago. That said, Ralo felt the need to speak on this, completely unprompted.

Although a lot of people felt this was too far, others felt like this was the best way to approach a Drake diss. In the end, Drake’s career continued to thrive, while Pusha has continued to give us fantastic music.

However, there have been some lasting effects in relation to this feud. A great example is how some Drake fans cannot get over the fact that he ultimately lost. Sure, he still sells more than Pusha, but that was never the goal of the beef. No matter how you frame it, Pusha T won, and some Drake stans simply cannot handle that. Consequently, Drake fans were in the crosshairs of social media over the weekend thanks to a truly bizarre Twitter phenomenon.

It was all very random, and many were confused by what was happening. Although, this subsequently led to speculation that Drake and his supporters were behind it.
