Bre Tiesi has worked in the industry as a model for years now, but since welcoming her first child with Nick Cannon, the black-haired beauty has been offered more opportunities than ever before. When she’s not taking care of little Legendary Love, Tiesi appears on Netflix’s Selling Sunset, a reality series depicting the lives of luxury real estate salespeople. The mother of one is a new addition to the cast, but she’s certainly made her presence felt throughout the seventh season – particularly with her confession about sleeping with Michael B. Jordan.
“I could do that — and I’ve done that,” the 32-year-old spilled when a co-star admitted the Hollywood heartthrob was her dream celebrity hook-up. “Oh! Oh, my god! I wanna live through that vagina right now!” Emma Hernan giddily reacted to the news. Despite her jealousy, Tiesi shared on Wednesday (November 15) night’s reunion episode that her experience getting intimate with Jordan was surprisingly lacklustre.
While hooked up to a lie detector test, Tiesi answered questions from host Tan France. “Is Michael B. Jordan good in bed?” he eagerly inquired. “I’m going to be in so much trouble,” the multi-talent giggled before shaking her head and admitting, “No.” After examining the polygraph results, Bre was determined to be telling the truth. “I’m sorry, babe,” she apologized to those she disappointed with the news. “S**t. I crushed a lot of girls’ dreams today.”
Michael B. Jordan likely doesn’t plan on hitting up Bre Tiesi for another hookup anytime soon. However, now that his ex Lori Harvey is a single woman again, we’re curious to see if the Black Panther actor has any interest in spinning the block. He linked up with her step-father, Steve, a few weeks back, proving there’s at least no bad blood between the two men. Read more about that at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.
Following the success of the first season of The Rap Game, Season 2 involved a lot of anticipation and excitement about which teen was going to be the next rap star. This season also included more contestants than the previous season, so naturally, the stakes were high and the competition was strong. Each week, the contestants put their best foot forward for the chance to sign with Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def Label. While Mani was the winner of the second season, there were many contestants with great potential. Let’s see how far The Rap Game stars have come and what they are currently doing with their lives past season 2.
Mani (Amir Mitchell-Townes)
Not long after winning The Rap Game season 2, Mani released a debut single, “You Thought,” produced by Jermaine Dupri and featuring Phresh Ali, Latto & Deetranada. He remained active online and later, created his own record label, Fly City Entertainment, in 2016. In 2020, Mani released another single, “Get It,” after changing his stage name to Mani Da Don. The following year, he put out his debut album, Had A Talk Wit Da Streets, And I Forgive You. The South Central LA native has thousands of views on YouTube and an active following on Instagram, where he keeps his fans updated about his music. Finally, his latest single, “Brrkin & Heelz,” has more than 20,000 views on YouTube already.
Even before starring in Season 2 of The Rap Game, Lil Key music began making waves across Baltimore and the country. Lil Key originally became famous after the release of his 2013 mixtape, My Life Vol. 1. After starring in the show, he continued doing what he had always done – making music and remaining involved with his community. While the Baltimore-based rapper has not released a full album since he left the show, he has released multiple songs that have gone on to gather thousands of streams on various platforms. Some of his most popular songs are “Dub,” “Love 2 Hate Me,” and “Close Friends” ft. Luh Kel. Moreover, Lil Key maintains a following of over 400k on Instagram. His latest single, “Days Like This,” has thousands of views on YouTube.
Nia Kay (Nia Kay Neal)
Nia Kay is one of the contestants who have become even more popular after the show. Since finishing The Rap Game season 2, she has released multiple singles with millions of streams on Spotify and YouTube Music. The Duchess Of Chicago, as she is popularly called, released her first project in 2018– the EP Duchess. Some of her most streamed songs are, “Ignored,” “Go Best Friend,” and “Yeah H*e.” She also has about 1.5 million followers on Instagram, where she regularly uploads snippets of her music, and shows her progress as an artist.
J.I The Prince of NY (Justin Irvin Rivera)
J.I The Prince Of NY is another contestant who has made a name for himself in the rap scene. However, the New York-based rapper of Puerto Rican descent took a hiatus from rap after The Rap Game. Nonetheless, he came back even stronger in 2019, releasing a mixtape, Hood Life Krisis, Vol. 1. The following year, he followed up with Welcome To GStarr Vol. 1. Today, he has multiple projects that have done quite well. His biggest single so far, “Need Me,” has over 200 million plays across multiple platforms. Furthermore, he has collaborated with top artists like Lil Tjay, Lil Durk, and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie. “Need Me” also received an RIAA platinum certification in May 2021.
Jayla Marie hasn’t released a lot of music since concluding season 2 of The Rap Game. Regardless, she maintains a following of over 500k on Instagram and has 182k subscribers on YouTube, where she released several covers. On Instagram, she shares her latest music but also posts general lifestyle content, including fitness content. Her latest single, “Summer Crush,” has thousands of streams on Spotify and YouTube Music.
Mini Barbie (Manariah Nicole White)
Mini Barbie has not been involved in making music in a while outside of the release of 2021’s “Ruthless”. However, she has rebranded as a fashion entrepreneur on Instagram. The Atlanta-based entrepreneur and model regularly posts pictures of herself on social media and publicizes her business on various platforms. So far, she has amassed almost a million followers on Instagram and frequently collaborates with fashion businesses.
Tally Raps (Talia Sagginario)
Tally Raps is another former contestant who isn’t making a lot of music nowadays. According to her Instagram account, she recently got married and went to Mexico for her honeymoon. She’s also into beauty and fashion. In the past, Tally Raps made a lot of covers alongside her sister, Jasmine Sagginario. Together, they formed 2XO, an R&B group, and have released songs like “Summer Love” and “Blame It on You.”
The Rap Game is a reality TV show involving multiple contestants between 12 and 16 who want to become rappers. Premiering in January 2016, the show ran for five seasons and ended in 2019. In that time, it has brought multiple young rappers to the limelight. The Rap Game aims to teach and show young, aspiring rappers what it takes to become a part of the budding industry. These young talents learn various skills related to rapping and singing. Additionally, they also get to learn from already established acts in the industry, as several visitors come to the house where they are camped. Finally, the winner is offered a contract with So So Def Recordings, the record label of the show’s executive producer, Jermaine Dupri. But how well do The Rap Game contestants fare after the show? Here’s the rundown of what the contestants of the first-ever season are up to these days.
Miss Mulatto was the first-ever winner of The Rap Game, but she rejected the contract with Jermaine Dupri. In an interview with Vlad TV, she shared that the offer “wasn’t enough money.” She later changed her name to Mulatto, and then to Latto after the public criticized the derogatory meaning surrounding the term, “Mulatto.” Since winning the show in 2016, Latto has evidently risen to great success. The award-winning rapper immediately released her first mixtape, MulaMob, after she won The Rap Game.
Soon after, Latto received her first record deal, and in 2020, released her debut studio album, Queen Of Da South. She became even more popular after releasing the hit single, “Big Energy” in 2021. The track reached the third spot on the Billboard Hot 100 and won Song of the Year at the BET Awards in 2022. Latto also reached the top spot on the Hot 100 following her song with BTS member Jungkook. At the 2023 Grammy Awards, she was nominated for Best New Artist.
Lil Niqo (Niqoles Heard)
Lil Niqo gained national attention since his time on The Rap Game. However, since the show’s conclusion, he’s continued to perfect his craft. His social media pages reveal that he’s still actively releasing music. In 2022, Lil Niqo released an EP titled Lazer Focus. Months before, he dropped a short three-song pack titled Wait Is Over, which includes “20 P’s,” “Rah Rah,” and “While We Young.”
Supa Peach (Peach Aamonie Valero)
Like Lil Niqo, Supa Peach has continued to release music since season 1 of The Rap Game ended years ago. The rapper has almost 500k subscribers on her YouTube channel and continues to share her music on the platform. She’s also very active on Instagram, often uploading music video snippets and communicating with her fans through the social media site.
Supa Peach has released many singles over the years. In late October, she released “Hit You Different,” a follow-up to “Say Sum Else,” a song that marked her return after a brief hiatus in 2022. Supa Peach is still only 20 years old and has a long career ahead of her as a rapper.
Since the end of season 1 of The Rap Game, Young Lyric has maintained momentum, releasing back-to-back projects and singles. She already has six studio albums and, as a result, has achieved a lot more popularity. Her most recent album, Pretty And Highly Favored, is a collaborative project with Taylor McCants.
Young Lyric now has over 2 million followers on Instagram. Furthermore, her music has millions of streams across streaming platforms. She is also in a relationship with professional fighter Shakur Stevenson. The pair got engaged in 2022, and they share a child together.
Lil Poopy (Luis Rivera Jr.)
Lil Poopy has been rapping for more than a decade now. When he was nine, he had already gained notoriety for being in music videos that seemed inappropriate for his age. Not long after these events, he became a contestant on The Rap Game. Evidently, the reality competition show made him even more famous. However, unlike his other co-stars, Lil Poopy has not put out a lot of music since 2016. The 20-year-old often communicates through his fans through his Instagram page, posting videos of himself freestyling and rocking designer outfits. He also participates in challenges and keeps in touch with his peers in the industry.
Kim Kardashian fancies herself to be something of a Super Mom, though not everyone agrees with her methods. Plenty of backlash came for allowing North West on TikTok, and now, DailyMail reports that her co-parent’s new wife, Bianca Censori has some serious criticism after hearing the SKIMS founder’s comments about Ye on a new episode of her reality show. At the time, Kim and big sister Kourtney were discussing how their children live differently in one parent’s house vs. the other, with the former noting that North and her siblings seem to prefer staying with their dad.
During the scene, Kardashian claimed that West has no security, nanny, or private chef in the apartment where they sometimes reside with the rapper. However, sources close to the Yeezy architect are shutting down these comments, making it known that the couple “[does], in fact, have security, and no longer live in an apartment.” Censori is reportedly upset with how Ye’s ex is portraying him in a “negative” way, and wants the California native to “step back and mind her own business.”
Bianca Censori Expresses Concern for Her Step-Children
“Bianca thinks it was quite tacky of Kim to divulge this information on The Kardashians and, by doing so, she was actually putting her kids’ safety in jeopardy,” sources dished to DailyMail. “The public doesn’t need to know that their kids would be without protection at any time. She just wants Kim to stop talking about her husband Kanye in a negative light to try and make herself look better.”
Now that Ye has a new woman in his life to concern herself with the wellbeing of his family, Kardashian has also been trying to move on after her divorce. The 43-year-old hasn’t quite found her own Bianca Censori yet, though we’re sure it’ll only be a matter of time before she does. Read what TMZ had to say about the socialite’s Odell Beckham Jr. relationship rumours at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.
Despite Kanye West’s desire to keep his eldest daughter, North West, off of TikTok, the tween and her mom continue to create content that keeps the world laughing. Whether they’re trying out a delicious new recipe, or dancing along to an Ice Spice single, the duo is clearly all about positive creative expression. While she certainly has some of her mom’s energy within her, North undeniably resembles her rapper father, and she even has aspirations of following in his footsteps one day. Both Ye and his firstborn are Geminis, explaining their bold personalities that can – at times – come across as harsh.
Thankfully, Kardashian has had 10 years to get used to her daughter’s behaviour, which never fails to keep her laughing. During the latest episode of her family’s reality show, North casually threw shade at her billionaire mother, all while eating a raw onion as though it were an apple. “What do you think about the work your mom does?” one crew member asked the young girl while filming earlier this year. “What does she do?” West innocently asked.
It’s likely the content creator didn’t intend to hurt her mother’s feelings with her question. However, North did note during the interview for her first-ever magazine cover shoot that she hopes to own both Yeezy and SKIMS one day, proving she’s at least somewhat aware of what Kardashian spends her time doing outside of being a mother of four and a socialite. Later on in the episode, Kim proves there’s no bad blood between them by attempting to give her daughter kisses. Unfortunately, she was repelled by the little one’s “onion breath” that nearly caused her to cry.
North West has been teaching her mom lessons in patience for over a decade now, and it seems her little brother, Saint, isn’t far behind her. As of late, the young boy’s favourite activity has been flashing his middle finger at the paparazzi cameras who follow his family everywhere. See one of his recent devilish outings with Kim Kardashian at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.
Baddies East is still going strong, and with some new cast additions, it looks like it’s going to stay as wild as ever. Moreover, a couple of fresh additions to the team will make their debut on the reality TV show as members, as indicated in new episode previews for its next installment. These ladies are Sukihana and her bestie Sapphire, also known as “The C**chie Girls,” and Biggie- no, not that Biggie. In fact, as soon as the latter entered the household, Rollie immediately got into a scuffle with her. If you didn’t know by now, a lot of these women have history with one another.
Furthermore, the new Baddies East episode seemingly won’t just focus on these new people. For example, many of the housemates helped Smiley through her struggles due to a miscarriage, so that sense of community will help balance out the other confrontations. It seems like a couple of cast members aren’t looking forward to having Sukihana on, whether for her as a person or just because she’s one more girl to bicker with. Either way, we’re sure that the rapper will want to make her mark and make herself known among her peers… which might not be pretty.
However, it’s also clear that these new additions will also provide more power for the conflicts that are already present. After all, Natalie Nunn helped Sukihana and Sapphire make it to the show as replacements, which already isn’t the best sign if people are leaving. Regardless, you can bet that Nunn will want to protect them, show them a good time, and make them feel welcome. Whether that ends up panning out is another story, but it’s Baddies East; what else can we expect?
Sukihana & Sapphire Make Their Entrance At Natalie Nunn’s Request: Watch
Meanwhile, it looks like the go-kart shindig that Natalie invited Suki and Sapphire to didn’t end up being the most peaceful of outings. We’re sure that these upcoming episodes will continue to inform this and show us what other mishaps they got up to. Are you looking forward to seeing what happens next? If you are, then make sure to log back into HNHH for the latest news and updates on Baddies East.
It’s been over two months since MTV and Love & Hip Hop producers made the call to fire Erica Mena for calling her co-star, Spice, a “blue monkey” during filming. When the incident unfolded in real-time, the actress claimed she didn’t receive any sort of backlash from creators. Instead, she proceeded to fulfill her work obligations as per usual. When the episode finally aired, however, Mena was blasted by many viewers, causing her to ultimately lose her job. During a new interview with Carlos King, the 35-year-old addressed the situation. She noted that she thinks it could’ve been handled in a far more professional manner.
“When it happened, I knew I f**ked up that day,” Mena recalled. “But then I was filming for months and months. I knew it was coming, but I wasn’t expecting it to be this bad,” she added, reflecting on the non-stop headlines about her in the final weeks of summer. “What’s not okay is [that] if this is as bad as the network says it is, why wasn’t I let go of a long time ago?” the New York native asked the question on many people’s minds.
Elsewhere in her chat with King, Mena explained what was running through her mind during her infamous fight with Spice. “In that moment, when she mentioned my son, I was so f**king thrown off,” the embattled entertained vented. “Just months prior, when I found out about her situation, you know what was the first thing I thought about? Her kids. God forbid something happens to them.”
Some tired social media users are suggesting that it’s time to drop the topic of Erica Mena being let go from L&HH. Interestingly, that’s not the only old story the reality starlet is making headlines for discussing this fall. Her 2013 affair with DJ Envy has also come up in more than one conversation, and Mena was more than happy to detail her experience with the radio host. Read everything she had to say at the link below and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.
Tamar Braxton has undoubtedly paid her dues in the music industry. She has significantly contributed, alongside her siblings, to the growth of R&B. However, the veteran singer has not been as successful with love as with music. When it comes to romantic relationships, over the years, Braxton has opened up her heart several times.
Regardless, so far, only one of those relationships has stood the test of time. In October 2023, the singer’s most recent romance ended. Her engagement to Jeremy Robinson was called off after only a few months of being with him. Nonetheless, fans continue to root for her as she heals and eventually finds her perfect match. Until then, here are the times Tamar Braxton has taken a chance at love.
Darrell “Delite” Allamby (2000-2003)
Darrell Allamby is a Grammy-nominated record producer and songwriter. He and Tamar Braxton met in 2000 when the singer worked on her solo debut album, Tamar. While producing and co-writing “Money Can’t Buy Love” and “Once Again,” Allamby took a liking to Braxton. Evidently, Miss Braxton liked him back, and they started dating soon after. Thereafter, in 2001, the couple got married, and for two years, their relationship went strong. By 2003, however, the flame of their romance seemed to have burned out. They went their separate ways that same year and have stayed apart since then.
Vincent Herbert (2003-2017)
Vincent Herbert is a producer, songwriter, and record executive and, for a time, was Tamar Braxton’s manager. Given how long Braxton and Herbert were together, one would think or hope they would stay together forever. Well, that’s not how things played out, to the shock and dismay of some fans. After her breakup with Allamby in 2003, the stars seemed to align for Braxton when she fell for Herbert. They kicked their relationship off pretty smoothly, dating from 2003 until November 2008, when they got married.
Five years later, Logan Vincent Herbert was born, the couple’s first and only child. Meanwhile, in 2012, Braxton and Herbert premiered their reality TV series Tamar & Vince on WEtv. It was a spin-off of Braxton Family Values and ran for five seasons between 2012 and 2017. Throughout their time together, the two faced several challenges and experienced many rough patches in their relationship. However, it was in 2017 that they finally decided to call it quits. In October that year, before their ninth wedding anniversary, Tamar Braxton filed for divorce. Subsequently, their divorce was finalized in 2019.
David Adefeso (2018-2020)
Tamar Braxton and David Adefeso began dating in 2018 and often shared glimpses of their romance on social media. Adefeso, a Nigerian businessman and financial expert, gained public attention due to his relationship with the R&B star. Until 2020, when things ended between the two, things seemed to be going great. Unfortunately, it didn’t take very long to crumble. Following Braxton’s suicide attempt, it was Adefeso who found her. Braxton revealed on The Tamron Hall Show that her “household became very hard, and it was hard because I wasn’t happy at my job, and I hadn’t been happy for years.”
It all went downhill from there, even up to the point where Adefeso filed a restraining order against the singer for alleged domestic violence. Braxton has strongly denied the accusations, however, alleging instead that Adefeso cheated on her when they were together. Their relationship did not end on a good note, but they seem to have a cordial relationship nowadays. The businessman and singer have since shouted each other out on social media, causing speculations about them getting back together.
Jeremy “JR” Robinson (2023)
Tamar Braxton participated alongside Evelyn Lozada and Nivea in the recent reality TV show on Peacock, Queens Court. The series, which was created to help the three queens find true love, evidently proved successful with Braxton. The singer left the show booed up with finalist Jeremy Robinson. Although the lawyer has five children from four women, Braxton didn’t mind. She only cared about how she felt with him, and she felt good. In the finale of Queens Court that aired in March, the two got engaged.
Following their engagement, they seemed to be in a good place in the following months. However, in a surprising turn of events, it recently came out that their engagement was called off. On Monday, October 2, 2023, Robinson shared on an Instagram story that he and Braxton are no longer together. It is not yet known what exactly caused the termination of their engagement, but we do hope they both heal.
The conclusion to Brittish Williams’ long-running legal saga didn’t turn out great for the former “Basketball Wives LA” star. She was found guilty of committing fraud adding up to a grand total of $564,000. According to The Shade Room, there’s a variety of different kinds of fraud at play in the case. Additionally, tax fraud, bank fraud, insurance fraud, and three different pandemic fraud schemes were cited in the case.
Williams already pleaded guilty to 15 different felonies back in May. Included in that bunch are more counts of bank fraud, wire fraud, misusing a social security number, and making false statements to the IRS. As a result of all those crimes, she’s been sentenced to four years in prison. She’s also expected to pay back the full $564,000 and will be on supervised release for 5 years following the conclusion of her prison sentence. The full scope of the various frauds is difficult to even explain in full. Read all of the details shared following her sentencing below.
Consequently in the comments, fans had mixed reactions to the verdict. Some thought the sentence didn’t sound so bad compared to all the crimes. “For all the sh*t she was facing 4 years not bad her lawyer the goat,” one of the top comments reads. Others couldn’t believe that somebody who was already so successful needed to risk committing fraud. “Living a comfortable life & still engaging in risk taking activity is crazy. life’s good, why is you taking penitentiary chances,” they asked.
Earlier this year HotNewHipHop took a look at Brittish Williams to determine her net worth. At the time the estimate put her net worth at around $450,000. Unfortunately for the former reality star that doesn’t add up to the entirety of what she’s been asked to pay back in the fraud case. What do you think of Brittish Williams getting sentenced to 4 years in prison for her various fraud schemes? Let us know in the comment section below.
Fans have watched the Kardashian sisters stir up all kinds of drama for years. While all the women have their own quirks, Kourtney Kardashian usually stood out for being “different.” On several occasions, the eldest sister has expressed her discontent with excessive mainstream fame. On the other hand, the rest of the clan thoroughly enjoy their high-profile lives. This has led to many clashes between Kourtney and her sisters. The most famous Kardashian fight is Kourtney and Kim’s epic physical catfight. However, some shocking reveals over the phone may have taken the cake.
The internet went ablaze after a glimpse into the fourth season of The Kardashians. Why? Because of Kourtney and Kim’s heated discussion alluded to a serious crack in the Kardashian clan. Think pieces were tweeted, and conspiracy theories were shared on social media. However, it’s impossible to dissect the real reason for their rift. Nonetheless, it’s beyond Kourtney and Kim, as the former has also had issues with Khloé.
Kourtney Kardashian & The D&G Drama
Before the clip above was released online, fans already suspected a rift. Furthermore, their followers already believed that the sisters weren’t in each other’s good books anymore. The previous season exposed one of the initial sources of the drama. Kourtney wasn’t pleased with Kim joining forces with Dolce & Gabbana. The former is a favorite of the designer, and even decided to collaborate with the luxury fashion brand for her Italian wedding to Travis Barker. However, soon after that, Kim began her own partnership with the brand.
Kim & Khloe’s Parenting Styles
This Kim-D&G debacle isn’t the first time Kourtney seemed to be at war with her family. Earlier this year, fans believed Kourtney was dissing her sister’s parenting styles. In an Instagram story, she shared, “A child is going to remember who was there, not what you spent on them. Kids outgrow a toy & outfits, but they never outgrow time and love.” While this can be dubbed a “reach,” viewers of The Kardashians have noted that Kourtney often canceled plans because she would rather have spent time with her kids.
What Happened In Miami Stayed In Miami
In July 2022, Kim and Khloé went on a vacation trip to Miami and didn’t invite Kourtney. It was from then on that fans started to notice Kim and Khloé had stopped commenting on Kourtney’s Instagram posts. Kourtney also seemed to give Kim the cold shoulder during their mom Kris Jenner’s 67th birthday party.
During the event, Kim posted a video of Kourtney standing with Khloé and their sister, Kylie Jenner. Kourtney had her back to the camera, and Kim said, “Hey, Kourt. Turn around, let me see this. This is the Thank U Next…” Kourtney didn’t budge – her back was still to the camera. Kim tried again, saying, “This is the Thank U Next…” She eventually turned around, but fans caught hints of tension.
In the online video, Kourtney confronts Kim about the Dolce & Gabbana situation. She fired at Kim in a long rant, saying, “You’re talking about the bullsh*t details cause it’s all your egotistical, selfish mind can think about. You cannot stand someone else being the center of attention.” While Kim stayed silent, Kourtney continued. “You came to my wedding, you couldn’t be happy, you complained from the second you got there till the second you left… you couldn’t be happy for me, you couldn’t be happy that I was the center of attention.”
Kim then went on to talk about all of Kourtney’s friends and family complaining about her. In a shocking reveal, Kim told her older sister about a group chat they’d excluded her from. Particularly, the name of the conversation, “Not Kourtney,” caused a major stir. After a few more seconds of their heated back and forth, Kim asked Kourtney if she was happy. Kourtney responded, “Yes, but not when I’m on the phone with you.” She later added, “I have a happy life and that happiness comes when I get the f*ck away from you guys. Specifically you.” Later, in a joint confessional, Kim and Kourtney showed visible tension. Kourtney shared that Kim “was using any weapon that she could find to hurt me, almost like weaponizing everyone against me. I think we both got to a place that we weren’t proud of.”
In Conclusion
As is expected of many family dynamics, fights are meant to break out. However, Kourtney Kardashian just doesn’t have the luxury of privacy when dealing with her sisters. She has expressed her lack of interest in continuing on with reality TV but still manages to get roped back in. Fans have especially noted that she has had much fewer scenes than her sisters and is more often in the background these days. Yet, Kourtney did wish Kim a happy birthday last week, sharing her love for her sister. Nonetheless, it’s unsure what the future of their relationship will be, especially after Kourtney has shared in this new season that she doesn’t think she’s built for fame.
