Chrisean Rock’s Pregnancy Journey Takes A Turn: “I’m Not In The Mood For None Of The Baby Traditions & Shit”

Chrisean Rock has been proudly showing off her baby bump in recent weeks. Though the 23-year-old has been glowing in many of her latest posts, she told fans on Instagram Live this week that she no longer feels excited about the journey she’s on. Her pregnancy journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster so far, with her baby daddy, Blueface, regularly throwing shade online, along with his mother. Aside from the relationship drama, Rock has also heard millions of people online share their opinion on her plans for her body. Some of them even encouraged her to terminate until she’s had more time to grow into the role of a mother figure.

For the most part, the Maryland native has been showing plenty of growth, though there have been slip-ups along the way. While she seemed to be back on top of the world after debuting a new look featuring a fake tooth to conceal her gap and bold blue hair, that’s since changed, as she told us during her weekend stream. “I wish I wasn’t pregnant,” Rock admitted as comments and questions poured in from viewers. “I was excited at first, but now I’m just like, ‘Oh…’”

Chrisean Rock Updates Fans on Her Pregnancy

When asked when she plans to do a gender reveal for her and Blueface’s little one, the Crazy In Love star admitted she wasn’t sure, and hasn’t exactly been in the mood for normal festivities that come along with pregnancy. “That’s how I feel, I’m not in the mood for any of the baby traditions and shit,” Rock said. Aside from her words, sadness was evident in the embattled entertainer’s energy as well. Instead of her usual upbeat self, she sounded drained and unconcerned with the lead-up to her first child’s birth.

While Chrisean Rock has been airing out her feelings on Live, her on-again-off-again lover also spoke candidly about his first impressions of her. To say the least, they’re very unflattering, with Blueface stating that he “hated” his second baby mama when he first met her, though he still wound up signing her. Famed So So Def legend Da Brat confirmed that she is expecting her first child in an Instagram post today(February 21) with her wife Jesseca “Judy” Harris-Dupart. Da Brat will be carrying the baby as. shown in the picture which she captioned, “BLESSINGS all 2023 ❤❤❤.”

Da Brat and her wife gave an exclusive interview about their pregnancy to People Magazine, where the couple revealed since Jessica already had three children prior to their marriage, they agreed that it was only right that the “Funkdafied” rapper experience pregnancy as well.

Young Thug Trial Faces Bump As Lawyers Of Two YSL Codefendants Are Pregnant

The Young Thug and YSL trial recently took a turn as two lawyers of codefendants are now pregnant. Now, both YSL members potentially face separate trials at a later date that could keep them incarcerated for longer. Moreover, prosecutors filed a motion this week to eliminate Tenquarius Mender and Kahlieff Adams from Thug’s trial. Furthermore, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that prosecutors referred to “impending and imminent personal leave of absence.” However, the pregnant lawyers in question dismissed these notions and maintained they can fully represent their clients.

“I don’t think pregnancy should be treated as a disease or a disability,” Nicole Fegan, who represents Mender, told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “If Rihanna can do it, I’m sure that we can both adequately represent our clients.” While Thugger’s trial could last from six to nine months, it’s unclear how far along each lawyer is in their pregnancy. Interestingly, Fegan requested the judge to sever her client from the RICO case, and the court denied said motion. Following that, now she objected to the state creating a separate trial. From her statement, she seemed to specifically highlight that jury selection is already underway. As such, any initial plans she had for severance would now hurt the process too much.

“I think at this point, trying them separately would be expensive and potentially prejudicial because the jury selection process has already started,” Fegan remarked. “We’ve been on this case since May, and in May I wasn’t pregnant.” On the other hand, neither Mender nor Adams expressed desires for new lawyers after this revelation, at least as of writing this article. Moreover, the court will hear this motion on Tuesday (February 21) at the earliest.

Meanwhile, jury selection for YSL’s case already faced several delays and could take a while to complete. Considering that, these developments only mean more time and money for the court, and months behind bars for defendants. For example, after excusing many jurors for varied health and circumstance reasons, the court sought out an additional 300 potential jurors. Whether these pregnancies pose an obstacle for the collective remains to be seen. However, prosecutors seem keen on focusing in on the meat of the case and setting precedent for later convictions. Chrisean Rock Deadlifts Over 300 Pounds, Blueface’s Mom Says She’s Not Pregnant

Since her initial rise to fame, the world has seen Chrisean Rock get into various physical altercations. Prior to that, she was a hard-working athlete in high school. As a result, the 22-year-old’s strength has never really come into question. Still, earlier this week, she reminded the world just how powerful she really is during a training session with Blueface and Bradley Martyn.

In a TikTok posted on Wednesday (February 8), the “Lit” rapper joins her beau and the fitness guru in the gym. As the video begins, Rock bends over, preparing to do a deadlift that weighs nearly 315 pounds. While there was an obvious struggle in her attempt to get the bar off the ground, Rock made an impressive effort. She ultimately slams it back down on the ground as the men around her erupt in applause.

“She’s built for this,” Martyn wrote in the caption of his post. “Is that 310?” the Baddies starlet asked afterward. “315,” her beau confirms. “I said 300, y’all,” Rock claps back, seemingly hinting that the men added more weight than she was expecting. “I didn’t want that shit! I’m gonna be hurting in the morning.”

While some are praising the Baltimore native for her impressive lift, others are expressing concern for her pregnancy. As you may recall, Chrisean confirmed that she’s expecting with Blueface last month. However, the 26-year-old’s mother doubts she’s with child if she’s going so hard in the gym. On her Instagram Story, Karlissa Saffold shared her thoughts on the situation.

“Absolutely not pregnant,” she wrote over a repost of Martyn’s video. “That man would lose his license for allowing such an exercise.” On another slide, the “Thotiana” hitmaker’s mom pleaded with his baby mama Jaidyn Alexis not to leave her son. “It ain’t over lol,” she publicly said to the mother of two.

Ne-Yo’s Baby Mama Speaks On Getting Pregnant During His Marriage

Ne-Yo has written some beautiful love songs throughout his career, but that doesn’t mean they’re inspired by his romantic life. Unfortunately for the R&B artist, the last year has been a tough one for his personal relationships. Last August, his wife, Crystal Renay filed for divorce from the vocalist. At the time, she claimed he welcomed a child with another woman.

Those allegations have proven to be true in recent months. While he and his ex were able to finalize their separation a few days ago, the other woman in his life is venting her frustrations about the situation on social media. In a recent upload, she reflected on the pain of finding herself pregnant with Ne-Yo’s baby while he was married to someone else.

Recently, @itsbigsade shared maternity photos on her feed, along with a lengthy message airing out her feelings. “Angel of mine,” she began. “Coming to terms with the delicate circumstances. When I felt like I just couldn’t take on another load, especially at the expense of another person’s happiness… Sometimes even my own… Wasn’t the easiest decision.”

“However, I have to choose me,” the expecting mother went on. “Therefore, I have to choose you. The JOY Braiden gives me every day strengthened me and let me know I can do this gracefully.” She adds that her intention is to go through pregnancy with “love, compassion, and penitence” for her wrongdoing.
