Trump Blasts Fox News for Using ‘Big Orange’ Picture of Him with ‘Chin Pulled Way Back’

Donald Trump Hints at Possible 2024 Presidential Run

Donald Trump is facing four separate indictments, but he is worried about the images used of him in the media.

Hitting Truth Social, Trump typed, “They purposely show the absolutely worst pictures of me, especially the big ‘orange’ one with my chin pulled way back. They think they are getting away with something, they’re not.”

The picture in question is below.

Former president Donald Trump and his 18 co-defendants will be booked into Fulton County Jail. According to WBSTV, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has said the 19 charged will have until Aug. 25 to turn themselves in.

In addition to Trump, Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, and more will be booked at the jail on Rice Street. That includes Trevian Kutti, who once was a publicist for R. Kelly and Kanye West. All charged party members will be fingerprinted and have a mugshot.

“Unless somebody tells me differently, we are following our normal practices, and so it doesn’t matter your status, we’ll have a mugshot ready for you,” Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat said.

Earlier this week, Donald Trump received his fourth indictment, a RICO charge, in the state of Georgia for attempting to overturn election results in the state to stay in power. Trump, his advisors, and staff are accused of organizing a “criminal enterprise” against official election results. A grand jury handed down the indictment.

A new 100-page indictment names Trump and 18 others as charged with lying to Georgia legislature and state officials, creating a fake pro-Trump slate for the Electoral College, harassing election workers, engaging in a cover-up, and four more crimes. There are officially 41 counts. Of those indicted are Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, and Kenneth Chesebro.

The leading charge against Trump was issued under the RICO law, short for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations, originally set to target the mafia and organized crime. The RICO law has been notable throughout Hip-Hop, specifically regarding the YSL chase involving Young Thug. The charges against Trump and Thugger were both brought forth by Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis.

Trump and his co-defendants now have until Aug. 25 to surrender to Fulton County, GA. “We look forward to a detailed review of this indictment, which is undoubtedly just as flawed and unconstitutional as this entire process has been,” Trump’s legal team said in response.

According to The New York Times, once Trump is arraigned, a judge will be assigned who will schedule the trial.

Returning to Truth Social, his Twitter/X alternative, Trump blasted the charges by issuing, “So, the Witch Hunt continues!” Trump also attacked Willis, writing she is an out of control and very corrupt District Attorney who campaigned and raised money on, ‘I will get Trump.’”

Mob Members Reportedly ‘F—in Thrilled’ Rudy Giuliani Indicted on RICO Charges

Rudy Giuliani Reportedly Hospitalized After Being Diagnosed With COVID-19

Rudy Giuliani is one of 19 defendants in a RICO charge in the state of George over Trump-led attempts to overthrow the election. The former mayor of New York City was the subject of an interview with The Messenger with mafia lawyer Murray Richman. Speaking on the RICO indictment, Richman stated some of his clients are happy about the case.

“You can quote me to say, ‘They’re fucking thrilled,” said Richman. “I don’t want to say the language, but they really ripped Rudy a new asshole.”

Complex notes Giuliani used RICO cases to indict crime figures during his NYC tenure with the desire to “wipe out the five families.” Richman revealed the jailed mobsters love Trump but are “unified in their position of hating fucking Rudy.”

Former New York City Mayor and attorney to former President Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, faces a significant legal hurdle as he confronts RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) charges. This move by authorities highlights the complexity and seriousness of the case against him.

RICO is designed to combat organized crime by targeting individuals involved in a pattern of racketeering activity through an enterprise. It allows prosecutors to charge defendants for being part of a criminal organization, even if they didn’t directly commit the crimes themselves. This framework makes it possible to prosecute those who have aided, abetted, or conspired with the organization in any capacity.

To prove RICO charges, prosecutors must demonstrate that a defendant participated in an enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity. This requires linking a series of criminal acts committed over a specified period. The challenge lies in proving the activity pattern and the defendant’s knowledge and intent to engage in it. RICO charges, typically used to target organized criminal enterprises, have been invoked in this case due to the complex and interconnected nature of the alleged activities.

Giuliani’s organized crime charges in Georgia under the state’s Rico law stem from Trump’s alleged involvement in a scheme to influence the 2020 U.S. presidential election by pressuring Ukrainian officials to investigate Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden. Prosecutors claim that Giuliani acted as a conduit for foreign interests, including Ukrainian officials, to interfere in the election illegally.

Prosecutors are exploring whether Giuliani’s actions amounted to a pattern of illicit behavior characterized by fraud, bribery, and other offenses. RICO charges signify the government’s intent to prove that Giuliani’s actions were not isolated incidents but rather part of a broader scheme. While RICO charges are typically associated with traditional organized crime syndicates, they have been applied in various cases involving financial fraud, political corruption, and white-collar crime. Giuliani’s situation exemplifies the broad application of RICO to encompass a wide range of criminal activities.

The burden of proof in a RICO case is demanding, requiring the prosecution to demonstrate the existence of an enterprise engaged in a pattern of racketeering and the defendant’s involvement in the enterprise and their knowledge of its illegal activities. This can include activities such as bribery, extortion, money laundering, and fraud.

Giuliani’s legal team will likely challenge the charges by scrutinizing the government’s evidence and attempting to prove that his actions did not meet the criteria for a RICO charge. They might argue that he acted as an attorney and engaged in legitimate activities rather than a criminal enterprise.

As the legal proceedings unfold, the Giuliani case will undoubtedly draw attention to applying RICO charges in non-traditional contexts and the extent to which political figures can be held accountable under these statutes. Regardless of the outcome, this case could set a precedent for future prosecutions involving individuals accused of manipulating the political landscape for personal gain.

Enes Freedom Says He’d Put Up Ridiculous Numbers In The WNBA During Anti-Trans Rant

NBA journeyman Enes Freedom has become something of a Fox News regular in recent weeks. Born Enes Kanter, Freedom changed his surname to protest the government of his birth nation of Turkey. However, Freedom doesn’t believe that certain other people should be afforded that same right. He was on Fox News this week to fearmonger about trans athletes.

“I’m 7-foot, 270 pounds,” he said. “And, if I decided to identify myself as a woman and decided to play in the WNBA. Would that be fair to all the women who have been chasing their dreams since they were a little kid? “If I am allowed in, I will average 60 points and 30 rebounds. I will break records. Men do not belong in women’s spaces,” he said. “Restrooms, locker rooms or sports. Everybody knows we are bigger, stronger, taller, more muscular,” he added. “It’s just not fair. It’s just not fair, period.” Kanter later posted trolling images with a similar message on social media.

What Enes Freedom (And Right Wing Media) Gets Wrong About Trans Athletes

Firstly, it’s very telling that Freedom, a career 11.2/7.8 player, believes that his stats would nearly sextuple in ppg and more than triple in rpg if he joined the WNBA. It’s a very common idea that the WNBA’s quality is so bad that even mediocre players, like Freedom, would be unto gods in the league. Of course, it’s wrong. The WNBA is the best women’s league in the world. Furthermore, comparing the WNBA and NBA is folly because who would do that in a serious context? Additionally, it’s interesting that Freedom chooses to bash a women’s league by talking about how utterly dominant he would be as a way of explaining why it needs to be “defended”. It’s a common trope found in right-wing media, exaggerating feminity fragile to make trans women seem like monsters.

Additionally, the ignorance on display in Freedom’s comments is staggering, if unsurprisingly for a right-wing commentator. Due to the exact scenario that Freedom is described, you cannot simply declare yourself a woman and demand to play in the WNBA. The WNBA implemented a gender policy in 2016, requiring hormone testing and legally-binding medical testimony from certified professionals. This is very similar to pretty much every other level of professional sport, which has similar regulations. Lia Thomas, the right’s go-to trans villain in the sports world, sat out for a year to ensure compliance with the NCAA’s own policy. Once again, the right is trying to fearmonger about trans athletes without the slightest clue what they are talking about. For the record, there are currently zero trans women playing in the WNBA.

Donald Trump Hints at Possible 2024 Presidential Run

President Donald Trump and his 18 co-defendants will be booked into Fulton County Jail. According to WBSTV, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has said the 19 charged will have until Aug. 25 to turn themselves in.

Kanye West’s Former Publicist Indicted In Donald Trump’s Election Case

Kanye West’s former publicist, Trevian C. Kutti, was among the names listed in the 41-count indictment unsealed by Fulton County, Georgia D.A. Fani Willis, regarding Donald Trump and fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Counts in the indictment accuse Kutti of “conspiracy to commit solicitation of false statement and writings” and “influencing witnesses,” among other charges. The indictment cites a recorded video of Kutti trying to pressure Ruby Freeman, a frightened Georgia election worker, into implicating herself in election fraud.

Count 30 accuses Kutti, as well as Stephen Cliffguard Lee and Harrison William Prescott Floyd, of “unlawfully conspired to solicit, request, and importune Ruby Freeman, a Fulton County, Georgia, election worker, to engage in conduct constituting the felony offense of False Statements and Writings, O.C.G.A. § 16-10-20, by knowingly and willfully making a false statement and representation concerning events at State Farm Arena in the November 3, 2020, presidential election in Georgia…with intent that said person engage in said conduct; and TREVIAN C. KUTTI traveled to Fulton County, Georgia, and placed a telephone call to Ruby Freeman while in Fulton County, Georgia, which were overt acts to effect the object of the conspiracy, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.”

The timeline of Kutti and West’s relationship is unclear, but their names began popping up together in 2018, after Kutti stopped working with R. Kelly. In December 2021, a spokesperson for West told Reuters in a statement that “Trevian Kutti was not associated with Kanye West or any of his enterprises at the times of the facts that are reported in these articles or since these facts occurred.” The Reuters report noted that in 2021, Kutti’s online biography said she was a “publicist to Kanye West” in 2018 and served “as West’s Director of Operations.”

All in all, Donald Trump is facing four criminal indictments. Two of the indictments are in the states of New York and Georgia while the other two are on federal charges. Be on the lookout for further updates on each case on HotNewHipHop.

A publicist for Kanye West was charged in the Donald Trump indictment after being found tied to intimidation of election workers, prosecutors say.

Trevian Kutti was charged for allegedly pressuring Fulton County election worker Ruby Freeman in January of 2021.

The 51-year-old went to the Georgia election worker’s home to persuade her into admitting baseless election fraud accusations – or face arrest within 48 hours, prosecutors claimed.

She introduced herself as a ‘crisis manager’ who sent by a ‘high-profile individual,’ to manage crises.

The 62-year-old election volunteer said Kutti arrived unexpectedly at her door and introduced herself but didn’t say she worked for West, a longtime billionaire friend of then-President Trump.

Kutti – along with former president Trump – was among the 19 people charged on Monday in Fulton County, Georgia, for their alleged role in trying to overturn the 2020 election.

When Kutti arrived at Freeman’s home on January 4, 2021 – two days before the US Capitol riots in Washington, DC – Freeman called 911. By then, Freeman said, she was wary of strangers.

Kutti told Freeman that she worked ‘for some of the biggest names in the industry.’

Bodycam footage obtained by Reuters revealed Kutti offering to ‘move’ and ‘secure’ Freeman.

‘We have probably have 48 hours in which to move you,’ Kutti explained.

She said she would put in place a way to move Freeman from what ‘may be secured over the next 48 hours.’

Young Thug & Donald Trump Indicted On RICO Charges By The Same District Attorney

You might’ve never expected it, but now Young Thug and former president Donald Trump have something in common. Moreover, both faced RICO charges headed by the same District Attorney, Fulton County’s Fani Willis. Of course, you most likely know about Thugger and YSL’s RICO case already, which has been one of the biggest rap stories of the past few years. However, amid already mounting legal trouble for No. 45, he now faces a 41-count indictment for election interference in 2020 in Georgia. Furthermore, this is now Trump’s fourth criminal case he was indicted on, and comes amid his run for president in 2024.

Now, he has until August 25 to turn himself into authorities, and so do the other 18 codefendants in the indictment like Rudy Giuliani. These specific charges claim that Trump engaged in organized criminal activity to tamper with the last election process in the state. Apparently, a crucial bit of evidence in the case relates to a January 2, 2021 phone call between Trump and Giuliani, plus several of the former’s lawyers. They allegedly spoke to Georgia’s then-Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, pleading for him to look into claims of voting irregularities and find more votes for Trump.

Fani Willis Brought Charges Against Both Young Thug & Donald Trump

What’s more is that this mounts Donald Trump’s accountability that he attempts to dismiss amid another run for the White House. One of them relates to alleged hush money payments to Stormy Daniels prior to the 2016 election, and that falls under New York state jurisdiction. However, another two cases are based on federal charges. There’s his scandal relating to classified documents after he left office in 2021, and accusations of tampering with the 2020 election related to the January 6 Capitol riots.

Meanwhile, with Young Thug’s RICO case as complex and in limbo as ever, this means that Fani Willis’ office has a lot to handle. While this is a curious connection between the two, there’s obviously very different implications and public perceptions at play in these cases. Regardless, people will continue to keep an eye on these legal battles, and maybe there are more similarities to come. On that note, log back into HNHH for more news on Donald Trump and the latest updates on Young Thug.
