Megan Thee Stallion Twerks To “Plan B” After 1501 Lawsuit Settlement: Watch

Seeing a rap diva twerk isn’t exactly revolutionary, but this far into her career, Megan Thee Stallion and her knees still know how to drive the crowd wild. It’s been a busy week for the Houston hottie, and after finally settling her lawsuit with former label 1501 Certified Entertainment, she couldn’t help but do some booty shaking to celebrate. Though she often shows off for fans on TikTok and Instagram, Thee Stallion’s latest antics took place during a live performance of her 2022 hit single, “Plan B.”

“You know I suck it good, real hood when you wake up / You know her head weak if she ain’t f**kin’ up her makeup,” the song blares as the black-haired beauty drops it low and tantalizes us with her hourglass figure. As she stands up, Thee Stallion confidently spits, “D**n, I can’t believe I used to let you f**k me / I’d rather be in jail before a broke ni**a cuff me,” clearly putting plenty of feeling behind her performance.

Megan Thee Stallion’s Knees Are Working Overtime

With everything that’s unfolded between her and Carl Crawford this year, it’s understandable to see Thee Stallion finally letting out her pent-up frustration. After the industry executive attempted to have the “Big Ole Freak” hitmaker sanctioned for hiring someone to monitor his label’s finances, they finally came to a mutual agreement that left both parties satisfied. Now, Meg can pour all of her energy into her next project, which she’s been speaking openly about as of late.

While Megan Thee Stallion continues to celebrate the end of her years-long legal battle with 1501 Certified Entertainment, the internet continues to react to Blueface’s confession about their alleged hook-up. The MILF Music founder claims to have seen the rap diva’s gunshot wounds from her incident with Tory Lanez, and that he “might’ve got some head” from Thee Stallion. Read more about that at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Megan Thee Stallion Details Her Second Album: ‘At First You Was Twerking, Now You Might Be Crying’

When Megan Thee Stallion first previewed the scathing “Plan B” at Coachella, fans were excited about the new, brazen sound that Megan appeared to be experimenting. The Houston-native rapper is hard at work on the follow-up to her 2020 album, Good News, and in an interview with Rolling Stone, she revealed that she would be taking a more personal approach with her craft.

“I want to take you through so many different emotions,” she said of the upcoming album. “At first you was twerking, now you might be crying.”

Megan previewed several new songs to the magazine, including one called “Gift And Curse,” produced by Murda Beatz. On the song’s chorus, she raps, “A b*tch like me, yeah, I know my worth / F*cking with me is a gift and a curse.” When speaking of the song’s creation, Megan said, “I can take care of myself. I’m so emotionally strong. I’m so independent. You know how easy it is for me to dismiss you, because I don’t need you.”

In addition to “Gift And Curse,” Megan also previewed a more upbeat song called “Pressurelicious.” “Pressurelicious” features Future, who Megan says is “unapologetically himself.”

“I appreciate that about anybody who gets up and has to do anything in the public eye,” she said of Future. “Anybody who has to read about their life online every day and deal with so many energies and can put it out into their music and do it gracefully, I feel like you deserve your flowers.”

At the time of the interview, Megan had “25 to 30” songs she was narrowing down for the album’s final tracklist. She hopes to have the album out before the end of the summer.

Megan Thee Stallion Leaves Little To The Imagination In Her Striking ‘Plan B’ Video

So far, a lot of skin has been involved when it comes to Megan Thee Stallion’s single “Plan B.” First, she announced the tune by posing naked in a bathtub. Then, promo images shared in the lead-up to the video’s premiere saw Meg wearing more clothes this time, but not a lot more. Now, the “Plan B” video has arrived and it stays on theme.

The clip is aesthetically uncomplicated, as it’s mostly Meg in a dark room, showing off her physical assets in lingerie and sometimes less. It’s striking, though, and she also makes use of water and more for some intriguing visual moments.

Lyrically, the tune sees Meg opting to not be tied down to a man, as the first verse begins, “Dear f*ck n****, still can’t believe I used to f*ck with ya / Poppin’ Plan B’s ’cause I ain’t plan to be stuck with ya.” The song’s release came after Meg debuted it live at Coachella, which she teased by saying, “I got this song that I recorded and every time I play it for a woman they start jumping and clapping. I think I wanna perform it at Coachella for the first time before I actually drop it.”

Megan Thee Stallion Makes Her BBMA Debut With Performances Of ‘Plan B’ and ‘Sweetest Pie’

Megan Thee Stallion delivered another reminder that her knees were created in a laboratory in her performance debut at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards. The Houston artist graced the stage sporting a thong bodysuit and lace-up boots with an initial solo rendition of “Plan B” before her backup dancers joined the fun. She then transitioned into “Sweetest Pie” sans co-star Dua Lipa.

The 27-year-old walked away from the night with the Top Rap Female Artist award, a form of recognition she’s already familiar with having won it at the 2020 BBMAs. She also previously won the 2019 Billboard Women In Music Powerhouse award.

Megan Thee Stallion has been riding a huge wave of momentum over the years, seeing much success due to collaborations with Cardi B (“WAP”), Beyonce (“Savage Remix”), and Nicki Minaj (“Hot Girl Summer”). She’s taken home a Grammy at each of the last three shows and set Guinness World Records for being the first Female Lead Rapper to win Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance. She last released Something For Thee Hotties back in October 2021, following up her debut album Good News in November 2020. Revlon and Essence took to Twitter to salute Megan for her 2022 BBMAs victory, which likely will not be her last.

Megan The Stallion Refuses To Let Any Man Tie Her Down On The Cut-Throat ‘Plan B’

Last summer, Megan Thee Stallion announced a break from social media and it came a little over six months after she released her debut album Good News. Two months later, Megan announced her return as Tina Show with a cryptic tweet. Nearly a year after that return, we’ve received Megan’s first offering from her latest era as Tina Snow. The Houston native arrives with “Plan B” and it’s a feisty and cut-throat record that her Hotties will love. Megan uses the track to declare that no man will tie her down as she’ll pop a Plan B pill to make sure she stays on track in life.

The new track is one that Megan premiered during her thrilling set at Coachella last weekend. Prior to that, she shared her excitement to perform it in a tweet before the performance. “I got this song that I recorded and every time I play it for a woman they start jumping and clapping,” she said. “I think I wanna perform it at Coachella for the first time before I actually drop it.” Megan did just that and her fans absolutely loved the record. Thankfully, she didn’t make them wait too long to get their hands on it.
