Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday 2 includes some of her most introspective work to date, but that doesn’t mean the album rollout took place without any drama. In fact, after the new project landed on streamers this past weekend, the Trinidadian revealed to her Barbz that it was supposed to include a feature from another femcee who she previously made a record-breaking hit with. However, the unnamed collaborator allegedly refused because she was under the impression Minaj doesn’t like her – something the mother of one could only laugh at. While she didn’t drop names, many quickly assumed she was speaking about Doja Cat, who recruited Nicki to join her on the “Say So (Remix).”
“They said that it was a lot of different things, but you know, I didn’t realize, they said that they don’t think I like them,” Papa Bear’s mom recalled her conversation with the other performer’s team. “She passed on it,” Minaj additionally revealed in the comment section.” The internet has been eagerly waiting for a response from Doja, who surprised us by keeping things positive and even shouting out the “Did It On ‘Em” hitmaker during her recent show.
While performing her Planet Her hit, “Get Into It (Yuh),” the California-born creative said, “Thank you, Nicki! I love you… That’s right!” seemingly squashing any rumours of beef between them. As some are pointing out, this is actually part of the original outro of the song on her LP, so it’s not a huge surprise for her to include. At the same time, others are suggesting that Minaj was talking about someone else entirely.
As Doja Cat continues on her Scarlet Tour with special guests Doechii and Ice Spice, the Queen of Rap is tapping new friends to join her on the Pink Friday 2 tracklist. After sharing her highly anticipated LP this past weekend, she returned with a new 50 Cent collaboration that’s now officially streaming on DSPs. Read more about that at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.
Nicki Minaj got a lot of her fans jumping for joy after some juicy tweets from her account a couple of days ago. The Queens, New York-based rap legend sent out a string of messages hinting at a remix of one cut from Pink Friday 2. What was even more exciting was that it was going to be with yet another first-time collaborator. The first of the two was a response by Nicki to a fan account saying that “Beep Beep” and ‘Everybody” were fans’ favorite songs from the album.
She replied with, “Well wait til they hear Schfifty Schent verse on it next week. #GagCity we here.” Following that, 50 Cent then tweeted a happy birthday message to the Queen. She said back, “Send that verse in sir #QGTM.” Then, a day later, Nicki announced that “Beep Beep” would be receiving the remix treatment and that it would be available on her website.
Listen To “Beep Beep (Remix)” By Nicki Minaj And 50 Cent
According to the Genius notes, this track is part of a special version of the album. It is referred to as the Pink Friday 2 (D2C Version 1) and it was put on the site yesterday. It also includes an alternate vinyl cover. The artwork features a more minimalistic approach with darker shades of pink and Nicki Minaj in the center wearing a lighter pink outfit. As for the remix itself, it is cool to finally see these two New York giants rap together on a song after all of these years. We think it adds a little extra juice to an already short song. Stream it above.
What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new single, “Beep Beep (Remix),” by Nicki Minaj and 50 Cent? Do you think this remix was much needed, why or why not? Should these two collaborate more often down the road? Will Nicki drop more tracks from the recording sessions of Pink Friday 2? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest breaking news around Nicki Minaj and 50 Cent. Furthermore, stay with us for all of the best song drops throughout the week.
Quotable Lyrics:
If n****s ain’t there, they gon’ double back to finish it Say, we got some kind of beef, what kind of beef? Please remind me N****s all p***y, whole clique p***ni A lil’ bread with me, you can’t hide behind money Got a lot of this s***, I ain’t runnin’ out of this s*** Nah, nah, you don’t want to stop me, I don’t stop
Everybody is unpacking Nicki Minaj’s new album Pink Friday 2, including fellow celebrities and musicians. The one song everybody seems to be gravitating towards is “Everybody” which features Lil Uzi Vert. The track is already outpacing most of the rest of the record in Spotify streams and is going viral on platforms like TikTok. The same night the album released North West was already sharing videos of herself online dancing to the track. Earlier today, Lizzo tried her hand at a viral dance built around the track.
Another artist getting in on the “Everybody” hype is Fivio Foreign, though it may not have gone the way he intended. He posted a clip of himself listening to the song with the caption “When Nicki say ‘Fivi’ in her new song.” He’s referencing a sample that pops up often on the track, though it’s one that many fans interpreted differently from him. Many think the sample is meant to say “body” in reference to the title “Everybody.” Check out Fivio’s original video and some fan reactions to it below.
In the comments of a repost of the video to Instagram, fans didn’t hold back. “this my level of delusion that keeps me happy lol,” one of the top comments reads. That sentiment is expressed pretty much throughout the entire comment section. “he just as delulu as me,” and “I’m this delusional when it comes to her so I absolutely feel him!” While fans are certainly having a fun time clowning on Fivio, there’s no official liner notes for Pink Friday 2 that would reveal the actual lyrics yet.
Pink Friday 2 is Nicki Minaj’s first new album in 5 years. Unsurprisingly, it’s a massive undertaking that sports some high-profile features. J. Cole, Drake, Lil Wayne, Future, and Lil Uzi Vert are just some of the features on the massive 22-track album. The album is also making waves for reportedly calling out other rappers like Latto and Megan Thee Stallion. What do you think of Fivio Foreign’s interpretation of the new Nicki Minaj song “Everybody?” Let us know in the comment section below.

Nicki Minaj Delays Release of Pink Friday 2, Album Now Dropping on Her Birthday
Nicki Minaj has made a pivotal decision to postpone the release of her highly anticipated album, Pink Friday 2. As a result, eager fans must exercise patience as the album’s new drop date is set for Nicki’s 41st birthday, setting the stage for what could be an extraordinary birthday surprise.
‘A Very Special Date’
Nicki Minaj has decided to delay the release of her highly anticipated album, Pink Friday 2. In an Instagram live session with Twitch streamer Kai Cenat, the Queen of Rap revealed that the postponement was due to issues with vinyl records not being ready for the initial release date.
As a result, her fans will have to wait a little longer to get their hands on the album, which will now drop on December 8, coinciding with Nicki’s 41st birthday. During the live, the “Last Time I Saw You” rapper said:
“Thats my birthday so Kai, it’s a very special date and were weren’t able to get the vinyls for the [November] 17th.”
The Barbz Speculate
Cenat agreed that she should wait for the album to come out on her birthday so it could be more special. Users on X shared their thoughts on Nicki delaying her album release.
One user commented, “Pushing back bc vinyls is corny we rather have the album and wait,” and one other user commented, “Thought it was bc of Wayne dropping the same day.”
Interestingly, some fans speculated that the delay might have been influenced by Nicki’s Cash Money labelmate and friend, Lil Wayne. It was recently announced that Lil Wayne will be releasing his joint album, ColleGrove 2, with 2 Chainz on November 17.
However, there is no official confirmation that this was a factor in Nicki’s decision to push back her album release. Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday 2 will mark her first album release since 2018’s Queen.

The Queen of Rap recently confirmed her upcoming fifth album on her radio show, Queen Radio, which returned in February 2023. This marks her first album since 2018’s Queen, and fans eagerly await its release.
Nicki’s fans, known as the “Barbz,” have excitedly anticipated this announcement and have since taken to social media to express their enthusiasm.

The “Barbz” have taken to Twitter to express their excitement about the upcoming album and tour. One fan tweeted, “life is worth living again” while another tweeted, “WE WILL BE STREAMING.”

Nicki Teases World Tour
In a recent Instagram post, Nicki also teased a possible world tour, captioning the post with:
“Dear Barbz, If I were you, I’d be saving up for the next tour. Y’all ready.”
The rapper has not toured since her 2019 The Nicki World Tour, and fans are excited about seeing her live again.
The album and world tour news comes on the heels of Nicki’s cosign to Ice Spice, whom she recently crowned as “Princess of Rap” after they collaborated on the “Princess Diana” remix. She also signed the “Munch” rapper to her new label, Heavy On It.
Furthermore, Nicki’s hit song “Red Ruby Da Sleeze” recently took the No. 1 spot on the Apple Music charts, sparking a freestyle challenge among her fans.
Speaking of world tours, artists such as Beyonce, Drake, Lil Baby, and other high-profile artists are going on tour in summer 2023. Find out who’s gearing up to hit the road.
Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday 2 has been dominating the music industry for the past few days, and for good reason. This last month of 2023’s been busier than expected in that regard, but nothing was able to slow down this rollout and the debate between the Barbz about whether this project lived up to the hype. Based on pure sales projections, general fan reception, and all the support behind her, we’d argue that this has been a pretty satisfying release so far. However, given that the Trinidadian MC is always one to surprise and please her fans, then it should come as no surprise that she’s not done yet.
Moreover, Nicki Minaj just released a new remix of the album cut “Beep Beep” with none other than her fellow legendary Queens MC, 50 Cent, which they previously announced on social media. It’s available exclusively on her website for digital purchase, and hopefully it lands on streaming services soon– which is something that she’s already hinted at. Unfortunately for international fans, this version is currently only available to purchase for U.S. residents. Still, if you want to check the song out and aren’t in the States, you can find that here or wait for the streaming version.
Nicki Minaj’s Original Version Of “Beep Beep”: Stream
In other news, the 41-year-old recently blasted the music industry for contributing to what she believes is a weak state for female hip-hop right now. “Rap should sound like f***ing rap!” Nicki Minaj expressed on her radio show. “That’s y’all f***ing problem, and that’s why all of the record labels– not all, but some– are scrambling so bad because they about to go f***ing bankrupt. ‘Cause they was trying so bad to replace this one b***h. When you water something down, you lose the quality, which then loses the investors and investments. ‘Cause it’s not bringing back any profit.”
Meanwhile, she recently announced a world tour in 2024, which has fans bouncing off the walls with excitement. As for Fif, he made plenty of amazing contributions to albums as of late, so this verse is cold, emphatic, and engaging verse is no surprise. Hopefully this doesn’t start and end their collaborative run. For more news and the latest updates on 50 Cent and Nicki Minaj, stick around on HNHH.
Nicki Minaj finally shared her highly-anticipated new album Pink Friday 2 last week. Unsurprisingly, fans quickly dissected the album and a few select favorites have emerged online as big hits in the making already. The biggest breakout song of the bunch so far seems to be the track “Everybody” with Lil Uzi Vert. It’s outpacing nearly every other song on the record that wasn’t previously released with “Needle” featuring Drake as the sole exception.
Fans found “Everybody” irresistible pretty much immediately. The very night that Pink Friday 2 dropped North West was already sharing videos online of herself dancing to the song in a Barbie-themed outfit. Shortly after the album dropped Billboard ranked all 22 of the songs that appear on it. In their list, they had “Everybody” at the very top spot, which prompted a response from Nicki herself. Subsequently in a quote tweet, she explained that she originally wrote the song in just 5 minutes and that it was originally for her Call Of Duty collab. The song is already taking off on TikTok as well and one particular high-profile Nicki fan got involved. Check out Lizzo’s video dancing to the song below.
In a new video shared to TikTok, Lizzo tries her hand at a dance choreographed to “Everybody.” It may not be as elaborate as her usual choreography. She’s performing it at home by herself in some fittingly pink loungewear. As is the case almost any time the “About Damn Time” singer comes up fans in the comments discussed her weight.
“She’s working out” one of the top comment points out observing her noticeable weight loss. “Go head Lizzo. I see the weight loss,” another comment reads in support of the singer. Additionally, other comments referenced the biggest drama that Lizzo went through this year. A few months ago she was sued by some of her backup dancers for creating a hostile workplace for her employees. What do you think of Lizzo dancing to Nicki Minaj’s new song in a TikTok? Let us know in the comment section below.
