Karrahbooo Claims She’s Been “Silenced” Since Beefing With Lil Yachty

Karrahbooo is bigger than ever, though not for ideal reasons. The rapper decided to leave Concrete Boys, and despite things initially seeming cordial, the fallout has been messy. Secondhand accounts state that Karrahbooo was dissatisfied with Lil Yachty’s leadership. Yachty didn’t appreciate that, and proceeded to call out Karrahbooo on Instagram Live. Things died down after the IG Live blow up, but it looks like Karrahbooo is ready to put the past behind her.

The rapper hopped on Instagram Live on September 12. She clearly wanted to share more than she was saying, but she made it clear that there were two sides to her Lil Yachty feud. “There’s two sides of the story,” she asserted. “There’s truth and there’s cap.” Karrahbooo started to get into the specifics of the truth and cap, but she cut herself off. “I’ve been silenced,” she claimed. “Three months.” She doesn’t go into much detail about why she’s been silenced. One gets the sense that the silence is close to being broken, though. The fact that Karrahbooo said anything at all is ample proof.

Karrahbooo Thanked Fans For Their Continued Support

Karrahbooo went on IG Live earlier in the day and gave fans a more earnest side. She didn’t mention Yachty by name, but she thanked the fans for continuing to support her throughout the feud. “Thank y’all, for coming to my Live,” she stated. “Everything is fine, and I’m okay. Love y’all.” It’s the first time she has addressed the Lil Boat situation on video since the latter claimed to be her ghostwriter. Yachty even leaked the reference track for the On the Radar freestyle he said he wrote for Karrahbooo.

Karrahbooo challenged these claims with a written response via her own Instagram. She also made it clear that she didn’t want anything more to do with the rapper or the Concrete Boys. “Put it on yo kid I ain’t write these songs miles,” she wrote. “Stop bullying me big dawg I never said anything you letting random fans get in yo head man up.” Hopefully Karrahbooo’s Instagram Live is a sign of positive things to come for her career.

Playboi Carti Announces New Album “MUSIC” And Teases Release Date

There’s a Twitter meme that circulates whenever new Playboi Carti music is teased. Or rather, when new Playboi Carti music fails to be released. “One day,” the tweet reads. “Carti will release an empty CD and tell his fans to imagine the music. They’ll be like ‘I hear it.’” The rapper didn’t drop an empty CD, much to the benefit of everyone. He kind of did the announcement equivalent, though. He told fans to expect an enormous announcement at 9:30 pm ET on September 12. They did, and what they got was info they’d already had.

Playboi Carti announced that his next album will be titled MUSIC. He confirmed that the album will be coming out very soon. He also dropped pre-order links for the box sets that will come with the album. “Album release date to be announced,” Carti’s statement read. “Digital album will be available near the release date, no later than six months from April 18th, 2025.” So, basically, fans got confirmation on the fact that Playboi Carti is dropping an album soon. Playboi Carti Confirmed That A Release Date Is Imminent

Adin Ross, who’s had his complications with Carti in the past, commented on the rapper’s Instagram announcement. He voiced what a lot of fans were feeling after the pre-order pump fake. “Can I have my money back,” Ross wrote.

There is good news for Playboi Carti fans, though. The rapper may have built things up and let fans down with his album announcement, but his lead single, “All Red,” is dropping September 13. “All Red” was first teased in 2023, so it’s been a long, long time coming. The release will not kick off the official MUSIC era for fans, but it will provide a proper introduction for the deeper voiced Carti that we’ve all been curious to hear more from.

Azealia Banks will say just about anything. She says it with conviction, and has torched a few dozen celebrities in the past as a result. She’s also been on the wrong side of Twitter beef, and been called out for problematic behavior. It subsequently makes it difficult to determine when she’s telling the truth or not. Azealia Banks had an absolute explosive Twitter rant on September 11. She went after a number of targets, but the most shocking accusations were leveled at Kanye West. Banks stated, as though she knows for a fact, that West physically abuses his wife, Bianca Censori.

The whole rant took place in the early hours of the morning. Azealia Banks posted a screenshot of a termination notice issued to Milo Yiannopoulos. Yiannopoulos previously worked for West, but has been increasingly vocal about his opposition towards the rapper’s various antics. Azealia Banks laid into the controversial Yiannopoulos, calling him names and making bold assertions about his personal life. It’s when the focus shifted to Kanye West, though, that the rest of Twitter locked in.

Azealia Banks Claims Ye Threw A Chair At His Wife

Azealia Banks claimed that the former Ye employee had implicit knowledge of the domestic abuse going on behind closed doors. “Tell the world about how Kanye is Beating up Bianca Censori,” she wrote. “And how he threw a chair at northwest the other day big mouth.” Banks didn’t provide context, as she was too busy throwing out other accusations, but this bold claim definitely stood out. Kanye West has never been formally accused of domestic abuse, but he has been attacked for perceived “emotional abuse” towards Censori in the past. Yahoo! News ran an entire article on the public backlash to Censori’s appearances in public, and how the rapper treats her like a “piece of meat.”

As was previously stated, though, Azealia Banks is not a reliable source. She also has criticized Kanye West for years. She dubbed the rapper a “fat smelly loser” when he was beefing with Nicki Minaj in 2023. Banks also roasted West’s album Donda on Instagram Live in 2021. “Two f*cking years,” she noted. “To drop this redundant sh*t? Gosh. Is this a Kanye West record or what?” It’s unlikely there will be a follow up on Banks or West’s part regarding the allegations, but they are admittedly alarming.

He really had fans going there for a second. Playboi Carti set the music world on fire for a couple hours on September 12. He dropped a link teasing a major announcement at 9:30 pm ET. Immediately, the fans went wild with theories. Is Playboi Carti finally dropping a single? Could he be dropping a release date for the new album? Maybe even the album itself! The possibilities were endless. Then 9:30 rolled around, and we discovered what the announcement was.

Playboi Carti decided to release box sets to accompany his unreleased album. Well, scratch that. He released pre-order links for the box sets for the unreleased album. One of them comes with a hoodie, another comes with a t-short, the last one with a hat. All three pieces of clothing have the logo for his upcoming album, MUSIC, emblazoned on them. It’s not a bad thing in a vacuum, but Playboi Carti had everybody scrambling for something big. The hype leading up to the announcement did not meet the announcement itself. Fans were not happy.

Playboi Carti Teased An Impending Release Date

The meme machine was swift and efficient. Carti fans fired up the old standbys, like comps of bricked shots and that one image of the guy applying clown makeup in the mirror. “F*ck you playboi carti and ur mysterious sh*t we all know ur just sum normal a*s mf fake as f*ck,” wrote one particularly angry Twitter user. Others were less aggressive, and simply tired of being given the runaround. “Playboi Carti. We are tired,” another user tweeted. “We are sick of this. Please give us what we want.”

There is some silver lining to be gleaned from the pre-order drop. Well, sort of. Playboi Carti issued a statement confirming that the release date for the album will be “announced soon.” An announcement for the announcement. Like we said, sort of. Big Sean is a humble guy. He brags a lot in his raps, but he’s generally considered to be one of the coolest rappers of his generation when it comes to personability. He’s deferential to the people who inspired him, even when they aren’t reciprocating (i.e. Kanye West). Sean has always held Eminem in high regard, especially given their shared hometown of Detroit. Big Sean and Em collaborated on the single “Tobey” earlier this year, and the former made it clear that it was a huge deal for him.

Big Sean talked about the collaboration on the VMA’s red carpet. Eminem performed at the event, and Sean Don took the time to give the Detroit legend his flowers. “I’m happy to be a part of that album as well. For sure, for sure,” he told Billboard. Sean also revealed that The Slim Shady LP was the first album he ever bought. He idolized Eminem, and felt that working on The Death of Slim Shady was a nice bit of symmetry for him personally. “It was the first album I bought from Costco with my birthday money,” the rapper recalled. “That was way back. To be on The Death of Slim Shady was a full-circle moment.”

Big Sean Claims The Slim Shady LP Was His First CD

A lot has changed in the 25 years since The Slim Shady LP dropped. Sean has had a stellar career, one that Eminem himself has praised. Em cited Big Sean, alongside J. One of the posts claimed that her team had “devastating news” about the personality, and the other revealed that she was in the ICU. Of course, some fans were immediately suspicious, as her death has been faked in the past. Despite this, whoever’s running her X account insists their claims are legit. They shut down a community note claiming that her health scare was a hoax today.

“This community note is by a random kid, the note is extremely immoral and hateful,” Lil Tay’s account wrote. “Especially as Lil Tay is dealing with a life-threatening emergency.” They went on to retweet a supportive post from one fan, who said Lil Tay hinted at having a condition in a merch drop a few months ago.
