However, the other way to look at this is, “How will this affect The Boy”? The feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar has been a major talking point all year for a lot of reasons.

Pretty recently, the Canadian rapper was indirectly offering up a round two to K-Dot. However, the latter seems to be pretty uninterested based on his pretty obvious response in the announcement video. “You know it’s only one opportunity to win a championship. No round two’s“. Since that earth-shattering move, Drizzy has been silent on the matter. But according to MAL of New Rory & MAL podcast, he’s got some tea to spill direct from the source.

MAL revealed he allegedly spoke with Drake casually, but the Super Bowl announcement came up as well. Rory asked his co-host if he could reveal any of what was said between them; however, MAL went against providing any details. However, what he did say was “A lot of it was just laughing, man. It’s just like ‘word this is what y’all want to see? Like okay’”. Based on what MAL had to say, it seems he’s against the choice and is team Drizzy all the way. His co-hosts argued against MAL’s claims that no one wants to see Lamar, using Nicki Minaj as the example of being the entire internet. Trick Daddy shared a throwback photo of himself and Yung Miami on Instagram on Monday without clueing fans into the identity of the young girl. “I’ve taken so many pics thru out my career but who can guess who these kids here!!” Trick asked in the caption of the post. When The Shade Room reshared the image, Yung Miami hopped in the comments section to reveal she’s one of the girls. “Fr shaderoom delete me,” she wrote with laughing emojis. “That’s me and my sister yall @itsmekcee25 we was to ugly omg.”

Other fans in the comments made plenty of jokes about the image. “Trick looking like he finna beat up the cameraman after he get done taking pictures,” one user wrote. When one user replied to her post claiming Republic Records called her up, she countered: “LOLLLLL they did? Today? If they did call me I def didn’t get the call chi. Maybe they left a vm. You must rlly not know Oniqua hungry pie. This rly just shows that you’re caged & have never been able to simply do & say as you please w/o any fear (other than the fear of GOD) stopping you.”

Blueface Makes Institutional Transition Following Sentencing Decision

Authorities have reportedly transferred Blueface to North Kern State Prison in Delano, California, where he will serve out his four-year sentence for violating the terms of his probation. He had been behind bars at Los Angeles Men’s Central Jail since his initial January arrest. The probation stemmed from a 2021 case for assault.

Despite the lengthy sentence, Blueface expects to spend significantly less time in the California prison. Speaking with Gina View and DJ Hed for a recent interview on their radio show, Effective Immediately, he explained: “I got a year credit, so that goes down to three years. And I gotta do 33 percent of that.” He noted that he thinks March or April of next year is a realistic timeframe for his release. As for how he’s doing, he added: “I’m chilling, man. I’m in my environment…It’s like a little break from responsibility…I cut all my hair off I’m about to get the weight cracking. I’m like 180 right now; I’ve never been 180 before. I’m getting sized up, I’m about to bounce out looking like a dalmatian.”

In addition to Blueface, the mother of his youngest child, Chrisean Rock, was also arrested for a probation violation. Despite being able to get out of jail while awaiting her next court date on September 27th, Rock ended up missing her son’s first birthday. “Missing a significant event like a first birthday can bring feelings of sadness or regret, but it’s also an opportunity to reflect on the continuous love and care you provide every day,” she wrote on Instagram. “The forgiving ourselves. Moving forward, cherish the moments you have, and remember that God’s grace is sufficient for every need.”
