Kali Uchis And Peso Pluma Sing Beautifully About A Strong Woman On “Igual Que Un Angel”

Kali Uchis’ star is always shining bright when she comes through with a new album. Her presence might be stronger than ever before on her fifth tape ORQUÍDEAS (ORCHIDS). It comes off the heels of her 2023 release Red Moon In Venus which featured the viral hit “Moonlight.” This new record that stands before us brings tons of diversity as we have come to expect from Kali.

The album is blowing up online already in just its second day being out. One of the reasons why is because of the collaboration with Peso Pluma on “Igual Que Un Angel” (“Just Like An Angel”). Believe it or not, this marks their first-ever collaboration. After hearing it, though, we are going to need more.

Blueface Brings Attention To Latest Arrest With New Project “Free Blueface”

Blueface was recently handcuffed once again. This time it is circling his partners Chrisean Rock and Jaidyn Alexis, according to HipHopDX, his mother, Karlissa Saffold, and numerous other sources. The California native, rapper, and MILF Music founder could face at least 12 months behind bars. His manager, Wack 100, posted an image that said “Free Blueface” on it with a previous mugshot to his Instagram yesterday. Reports are assuming this is surrounding his probation violation.

Fans were speculating that this was a project artwork. One commented under Wack’s post, “It looked like marketing for an album cover.” Another added, “Whole time it’s an album cover.” Well, those guesses were correct. Free Blueface features seven tracks with features from DDG, Kevin Gates, TruCarr, and YungMagnificent.

21 Savage And Travis Scott Bring Ridiculous Energy To Metro Boomin’s Beat On “Née-nah”

21 Savage has plenty to be proud of right now. That is mainly because he might have just come through with his strongest LP to date, american dream. Originally, it was thought of as a soundtrack to his upcoming biopic American Dream: The 21 Savage Story. For those who are wondering, that will drop on Independence Day. But, this project is his third solo studio album, so it is separate from the motion picture.

The tracklist is great from beginning to end and never fails to entertain you. One of the songs that perhaps brings the most energy is “née-nah.” Produced by 21’s most frequent producer, Metro Boomin, and maybe his best collaborator, Travis Scott, there is so much to like here. The great sample flip of Maclom McLaren’s “About Her” is a perfect compliment to the booming beat.

On the performance side, Travis opens things up with a very contagious flow without any auto-tune. His raspy and husky voice adds the right amount of grittiness. 21 cleans up the second half beautifully with his trademark violent lyricism. After hearing another fantastic collaboration from them, this requires a full album from them. “Niagara Falls,” “out for the night, (part 2),” “Ghostface Killers,” the list continues with “née-nah.”

What are your thoughts on this brand-new song, “née-nah” by 21 Savage, Travis Scott, and Metro Boomin? Is this the best track from american dream, why or why not? Where does this rank amongst the rest of the features from the record? Would you say this is 21 and Travis’ strongest collaboration? Who had the better verse and why? 21 Savage Calls Kai Cenat After “American Dream” Release, Streamer Shares His Rating

It’s been an exciting few months for 21 Savage, from touring with Drake to finally securing his green card. It doesn’t look like the performer is showing any signs of slowing down either, kicking off 2024 with a brand-new project. He unveiled his third solo album American Dream today, complete with several impressive features. He’s joined by Travis Scott, Metro Boomin, Doja Cat, and more on the 15-track LP. So far, fans are loving his latest effort.

To celebrate, 21 Savage recently gave Kai Cenat a call during one of the 22-year-old’s streams. During their conversation, Cenat praised him for American Dream, even giving it a pretty solid rating out of 10. “Bro, I was listening to this sh*t bro,” the streamer began enthusiastically, “You did your thing, gang.”

It’s first listen, it’s first listen… If I’m being completely honest with you bro, I’mma say 8.5.” 21 Savage seemed to be satisfied with Cenat’s rating, chiming in to say, “That’s good!”

“That’s hella good,” Cenat remarked. “I ain’t gon lie great album, bro. Deada**.” The new album isn’t the only thing 21 Savage has to be excited about these days, however. He also currently has a biopic in the works, American Dream: The 21 Savage Story. 21 Savage Takes Us Back To His Hometown Roots In “Redrum” Music Video

21 Savage is taking the music world by storm with his brand-new album american dream. It has been a long time coming for the UK-bred rap superstar. The last time we got a new project from him was back in December of 2018 with i am > i was. Fans are really enjoying what he is bringing to the record. While it is not a change-up from his signature murderous style, 21 has seemingly taken it to new and exciting heights. One of the songs that is deservedly receiving tons of positive feedback is the third track “redrum.”

It might be a bold take for how fresh this is in our minds, but this may be Savage’s best performance ever. “redrum” features a killer beat (pun intended) from London on da Track. It effortlessly weaves in a sample of “Serenata do Adeus,” which is a famous piece by Brazilian composer composer Vinícius de Moraes. According to fans, hundreds of singers have redone this classic. The one singing is Elizeth Cardoso or Elza Laranjeira. Regardless of who it is it sounds fantastic and haunting.

Watch The Music Video For “Redrum” By 21 Savage

It fits perfectly because “redrum” is a reference to one of the greatest horror flicks of all time, The Shining. 21 even incorporated Jack Nicholson’s iconic line “Here’s Johnny!” The music video above is also out now. It sees the multi-cultural artist head back to the streets of the UK. Some think it is a missed opportunity. That belief is going around because they feel he could have recreated the shots from the movie and its redrum hallway scene. Nonetheless, the track is doing numbers already. It is good to have 21 back in action.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new music video and song, “redrum,” by 21 Savage? Is this the best song from american dream, why or why not? Will this project be remembered as a classic in the next few years? Did he provide his all-time best rapping performance on this track? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding 21 Savage. 21 Savage Dissed Gunna On “american dream,” Fans Theorize

21 Savage just dropped his new album american dream to usher in what will hopefully be a very stacked year for hip-hop. It’s a very busy week, what with Kid Cudi’s INSANO and a new Lil Nas X single, but the introspection, consistency, and weight of this new project stands tall among the crowd. What’s more is that fans are already diving into the lyrics and songs here to pinpoint what exactly he’s trying to say here. As such, fans found a potential reference to the Young Thug and YSL RICO case in which the Slaughter Gang boss might’ve dissed Gunna. It’s on the track “letter to my brudda,” a cut about the hardships of street life that many interpreted as a Thugger tribute, who features on the preceding song off the LP, “pop ur s**t.”

Furthermore, here’s the first part of 21 Savage’s first verse. “Once you cross that line, it ain’t no trying to fix it, you want me to forgive you, let’s be realistic,” he raps. “I can’t kick it with your kind like I tore my meniscus, how you go from co-defendant to a f***ing witness? They’ll stand on couches with you, but won’t stand on business. Woah, I watched everybody turn on my brother like he ain’t have them out here flying jets and f***ing b***hes. This s**t ridiculous.”

21 Savage’s “letter to my brudda”: Stream

Meanwhile, here’s the second part, in which 21 Savage switches to talk about “his brother.” “I feel your pain, my brother, I know you from the struggle, I know how hard you hustled just to take care of your mother,” he spits. “I know you took clothes off your back for n***as you call brother, I know how hard it get in this jungle. Trying to prevail without being tried like you no sucker. Huh, life’s a motherf***er, yeah, I know ain’t nobody perfect. But what’s the point in making it out if all they do is cuff you?”

Of course, this could apply to a lot of different situations, and there’s nothing specifically tying this to the ongoing YSL case. Still, it’s hard for fans to hear this and not think of Jeffery, especially given his feature on the preceding song on american dream. Regardless, the most salient and important message delivered here is empathy for those in much tougher situations, something we could all use a little more of. Kali Uchis Creates A Gorgeous Atmosphere On New Album “ORQUÍDEAS”

Kali Uchis is one of the more versatile Latin music artists we have going right now. The 29-year-old singer is delivering the perfect mixture of vibes on her fifth overall project, ORQUÍDEAS. Rumblings surrounding this album began back in early August of last year. One of half of the City Girls, JT, had the internet talking when she landed on the single lead, “Muñekita.” Kali would then go on to release four other tracks.

One of them had people showering her with “congratulations” comments. That is because in the music video for “Tu Córazon Es Mio / Diosa” revealed that Kali was pregnant! She is dating rapper Don Toliver and has been for quite some time. Obviously, Kali has plenty to be thankful and happy for right now. “Tu Córazon Es Mio” refers to her relationship with Don in one of the most beautifully sentimental moments on the record.”

21 Savage Will Drop His New Album “American Dream” This Week

New pieces of 21 Savage news have been coming one after another recently. It started overnight when the rapper confirmed the impending release of a biopic called American Dream: The 21 Savage Story. Alongside the announcement, he also confirmed that Donald Glover and Stranger Things album Chase McLaughlin were involved in the project. Just a few hours later he shared a trailer for the biopic which made some pretty substantial revelations of its own.

The trailer revealed that both actors and Savage himself would be portraying the rapper across various points in his life. The trailer shows moments from the film touching on how 21 Savage first chose his iconic rap name and his notorious 2019 arrest by ICE. It also showed off the musical elements of the film with much of the trailer serving as a pseudo music video. Savage even raps along to a new song from an interrogation room as part of the video. How much of the new film is musical is yet to be seen. Check out the trailer for the film below.

But for fans, the biggest reveal of all might have been hidden in the description of the trailer. It included a link to pre-save an entirely new album of music based on the film. Subsequently, fans discovered that the project will arrive sooner than anticipated. According to NFR Podcast, the album is expected to be called American Dream and is due out for release later this week on January 12. It’s unclear if that’s also when the film will release or if it will be made available at a later date.

21 Savage’s last studio album i am > i was dropped all the way back in 2018. Since then he’s dropped two collaborative albums though. He teamed up with Metro Boomin in 2020 for a sequel to their 2016 album Savage Mode. Then in 2022 he and Drake linked up for a full collaborative project called Her Loss. What do you think of 21 Savage releasing a new biopic and accompanying album later this week? Let us know in the comment section below.
