Ice Cube Trolls Elon Musk With Meme About Ruining Twitter

Ice Cube has responded to Elon Musk’s attempt to troll him. The X, formerly Twitter, owner had posted one of his infamously unfunny memes. The image read “Remember Ice Cube? This is him now, feel old yet?” accompanied by pictures of Ice Cube and a glass of water. As usual, it’s likely that Musk found the image online and decided to post it on the site he owns. However, Ice Cube didn’t find the post very funny (and arguably, neither did anyone else).

Taking to his own account, Cube quote tweeted Elon’s meme with one of his own. “Remember Twitter? This it now, feel stupid yet?” read the meme, accompanied by images of by pictures of the old Twitter logo and a literal dumpster fire. Firstly, Cube’s meme is infinitely funnier than Elon’s. Secondly, you know it struck a nerve given the number of X Blue users in the comments trying to “own” Cube in return.

Elon Shares Intimate Photo Of Amber Heard

However, being owned by Ice Cube isn’t the only thing that has Elon in the public sphere of discussion recently. Earlier this week, Musk shared an image of Amber Heard dressed as Mercy from the popular video game Overwatch. The photo serves as confirmation of a claim that Musk made in his recently released biography. In the biography, Musk claimed that Heard worked to cosplay the character after he said she looked like her. “So she spent two months designing and commissioning a head-to-toe costume so she could role-play for him,” the excerpt in question reads. Musk and Heard dated on-and-off for about a year after her divorce from Johnny Depp.

“She did dress up as Mercy. It was awesome,” Musk wrote on X, formerly Twitter, as people began to ask him if the rumor was true. That led Musk to also share a personal photo of Heard in the costume. Given the distinct lack of layers under the cosplay and the garter belts that can be seen in the image, it’s likely that this was something for the bedroom more than anything else. Heard’s representatives did not immediately respond to requests from several outlets for comments.

Gunna Trolls Haters In New Instagram Post

There are few people who can’t catch a break more than Gunna right now. Every few weeks, there is a new scandal about the rapper. He’s beefed with Wack 100 and been accused of snitching on Young Thug. Even with successes like “FukUMean” and A Gift And A Curse, people still want to see him fail.

Most recently, a bizarre theory appeared online surrounding the music video for “FukUMean”. A fairly dramatic physical transformation for Gunna led some social media users to argue that the person featured in the video was not actually Gunna. The leading theory amongst these conspiracists is that Gunna was replaced by, or actively used, a “clone” for the video. Gunna himself took to social media to respond to some of the claims. The rapper quote-tweeted one claim that it wasn’t him in the video. Gunna crossed out the “Fuku” part of “FukUMean” so that his response just read “mean” instead.

Whether it’s his musical style or the snitching allegations, there are a lot of people who want to see him fail. And yet, he persists, scandal after scandal, always teetering but never falling.

Furthermore, people were quick to defend the rapper against DJ Akademiks, the account that reposted Gunna’s story. “ak mad as hell they didn’t treat gunna like they did his friend snitch9ine😔,” argued one commentator. “nah you was sayin all the women wouldnt fw gunna if the street rappers stopped fw him, but every dime on tik tok dancing to fukumean nonstop😭😭😭,” added another. “AK only post gunna when it has to do with snitching or falling off,” someone else noted.

Drake Proclaims He Has 21 Savage’s Back

Drake and 21 Savage will eventually get on the road for their It’s All A Blur tour. However, they have left fans waiting. After initially delaying the tour from June 16 to June 29, the tour was unexpectedly pushed back another week. The tour, originally meant to begin in Memphis, will now begin in Chicago on July 5. No formal explanation has been given as to why the tour keeps being delayed.

Fans have been eagerly awaiting the tour since the pair released their collaborative album, Her Loss, in November 2022. The album spent one week at #1, briefly dethroning Taylor Swift’s Midnights. However, while fans may be understandably annoyed about the tour, Drake’s announcing his loyalty to Savage on Instagram.

After artist VelvetCoke shared a gif of a young Drake miming quick-drawing a gun on their Instagram story, Drake reshared the image on his own story. “If anyone got beef with Savage this is how I’m coming be warned,” Drake added as a caption. The image was then reshared by The Shade Room, causing VelvetCoke to post their image with the captions “so babygirl” and “i always wanted to end up on theshaderoom before i die.”

However, the interaction makes it clear that Drake has his collaborator’s best interests at heart. If you want to stop to Savage, you have to go through Drizzy first. It’s unclear if Drake’s post relates at all to the show cancellations. As mentioned, the tour is now meant to begin on July 5. It’s Drake’s first tour since “Assassination Nation” in 2019 and Savage’s first since “The Off-Season Tour” in 2021. Consisting of 56 shows running until October, the tour was meant to end in Toronto. However, the tour will now end in Columbus to make up for a cancelled stop on July 1. MMA Meme Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva Unretires For Second Time

Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva is a meme among MMA fans. The Brazilian fighter debuted in 2005 and went 16-3 in his first 19 fights. This led the UFC to extend an invitation to Bigfoot, who made his promotion debut at UFC 146. While he lost to Cain Velasquez in that fight, he earned back-to-back victories in his next two bouts. After suffering three losses and a no-contest in his next four fights, he took down Soa Palelei at UFC 190.

But that’s where Silva’s success ended and his meme status began. At the time of writing, Bigfoot has lost his 11 most recent MMA fights. He was cut from the UFC in 2016, after losing his three subsequent fights following his over Palelei. Despite this, he has not found success in other, lower-tier promotions. Furthermore, Silva has failed spectacularly at all other combat sports he has tried his hand at. Kickboxing? 0-2. Professional boxing? 0-1. Bare-knuckle boxing? 0-1. Silva has truly ascended to sporting meme status.

A post shared by Antonio Silva (@bigfootsilva)

Silva initially retired in December 2022, saying that “everyone had a limit.” However, he then un-retired in order to fight Salim El Ouassaidi at the first iteration of Kingdom Fighting. Losing via unanimous decision, Silva re-retired after the fight. Despite this, Bigfoot just can’t stay away from MMA it seems. Speaking on social media, Silva announced that he was un-retiring again and was challenging El Ouassaidi to a rematch.

“Let’s do a rematch @kingdom.fighting @giompeltier I’m ready and I’m coming back from retirement to fight again because I know I didn’t lose … #letsgo #fight #nego #paraiba,” Silva wrote on social media. However, it’s unclear, given his now-infamous record, if he will be getting that rematch anytime soon. Do you think Bigfoot should keep fighting? Or does he need to retire for good? Adin Ross Gets Upset At Drake For Allegedly Following His Ex and Sister On Instagram

In August 2022, streamer Adin Ross was surprised by a call from Drake while he was streaming. Ross’ star has faded immensely since that point. While still an incredibly popular streamer, Ross is permanently banned from Twitch and currently streams on the controversial platform Kick.

Furthermore, his engine runs a lot more on drama these days. A devout Andrew Tate follower, Ross now generates clicks by telling people to kill themselves on social media. As recently as last week, Travis Scott’s manager told Ross he was a “brand risk” and big-name artists just don’t want to be associated with him. Not surprising given Ross has co-streamed with self-described Nazis. However, Ross now appears to be trying to get Drake back on the phone. Or, at the very least, start some beef.

Ross Reacts To Drake’s Alleged Instagram Follows

During a stream last week, Ross opened up an image posted to his community Discord. The image claims to show Drake’s Instagram follows, with the accounts of Ross’ ex and sister at the top of the list. Ross looks at the image in shock for a few seconds before responding. “Damn chat, so Drake decided to follow Pami and Naomi. Drake. You follow them before you even follow me. You don’t reach out, none of that, that’s cool. I just don’t get why. I just don’t understand how you’re going to follow my sister and my ex and not follow me.” It appears as though Ross really took it personally that he couldn’t get that follow from Drake.

However, as his chat rightly pointed out while he reacted, the image is fake. HotNewHipHop has independently confirmed that Drake follows neither individual on Instagram. It’s likely that the meme was intentionally designed to up Ross and if that’s the case, it definitely did the job. Ross’ reaction to not being followed by Drake is kind of pathetic, especially for someone who supposedly buys into the whole “alpha male” lifestyle. Regardless, Ross was duped by his Discord server and the world got to laugh at his expense. Follow all the latest music news and viral videos here at HotNewHipHop.

Young Thug & Lil Durk Computer Meme: Rappers Have Vowed Not To “Snitch” On Story Behind Photo

Lil Durk is a hot topic in the world of hip-hop this weekend. Not only did the Chicago native share his highly anticipated Almost Healed album today (May 26), but he’s also been doing some press to promote the 21-track effort. Earlier in the week he spoke with DJ Akademiks on the media personality’s Off the Record podcast, during which he discussed the late King Von, the YSL RICO trial, and his latest work, among other things. While Durkio made it abundantly clear that he believes Gunna snitched on his co-defendants, he simultaneously showed plenty of love to Young Thug.

“If you a rat, I f*cking hate you. Because I love Thug,” the father of six told Ak amid his rant about Gunna. Elsewhere, the host brought up the famous photo from 2018 in which Durk watches on in amazement while the So Much Fun hitmaker seriously works on the computer in front of them during a studio session. “What the f*ck was y’all looking at?” Akademiks asked his guest.

Lil Durk Discusses Young Thug Meme from 2018

Smurk responded, “He told me not to tell nobody.” To this, the embattled blogger cracked a joke, “That’s the same thing he said. Y’all must have been watching some porn.” Rather than deny the rumours, the 7220 artist pointed out that it’s clear that he and Thugger have a seriously strong bond. “That’s how you know we won’t snitch on each other,” Durk declared.

As HipHopDX notes, the multi-talent publicly spoke about the photo in 2020, tweeting that the YSL leader “showed him $20 million.” The pair has made plenty of magic in the studio together before with Young Thug helping out with two tracks on his pal’s 2016 I’m Up project.

A Photo Of Bad Bunny Talking In Kendall Jenner’s Ear Has People Hilariously Resurrecting A Classic Meme

The NBA Playoffs are going on right now, and since the Los Angeles Lakers are in the mix this year, celebrities have been flocking to Crypto.com Arena to watch LeBron James and company play. Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner turned up to their May 12 contest against the Golden State Warriors, and while there, they pair inadvertently became a meme.

An image of the two has been making the rounds since then, a TV screenshot that shows Bad Bunny talking into Jenner’s ear while she sports an expression of confusion or disinterest. People immediately picked up on the fact that the image bears a strong resemblance to the 2011 “Bro Explaining” meme and its derivatives, like the Milk Edinburgh club photo, “John Silver Explaining to Anna Jay,” and “Girl Explaining.” In all of them, the idea is that it’s a photo of two people, one seemingly giving a passionate explanation about something while the other appears uninterested.

So yes, memes were made.

Merriam-Webster (the folks behind the dictionary) had a good showing here, coming through with, “‘IRREGARDLESS’ HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE 1795. ITS INCLUSION IN THE DICTIONARY IS NOT A SIGN OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE FALLING TO PIECES, OR PROOF OF THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM FAILING, NOR IS IT THE WORK OF CURSED MILLENNIALS. IT JUST MEANS A LOT OF PEOPLE USE IT TO MEAN ‘REGARDLESS.’

Check out some more examples below.

Drake Memes: The Best “Drake The Type” By Far

Drake fans have long celebrated the award-winning artist as he has spent the last decade or so dropping hit after hit. He has also proven himself to be a double threat making a splash on screen with roles in the Degrassi Jr. High revival: Degrassi: The Next Generation. But anyone who has spent time online since around 2014 knows Drake’s fame has expanded beyond his musical and acting roles…he has also become the star of some of the best memes floating on the internet to date.

The Drake memes have become an internet favorite, a meme mainstay. What inspired these internet sensations or where the Drake memes originated is unclear. However, these hilarious memes began popping up nearly a decade ago. Since then, they have become a significant part of the meme culture.

Drake The Type of Fella…

One of our favorite meme trends featuring Drizzy is the famous “Drake the type of fella” trend. This is one of the most popular Drake memes to date. Of course you know these memes, which feature a variety of instances in which “Drake is the type of guy” that goes super sensitive in various hilarious instances. This trend is even making a comeback on Twitter.

Fans are having a blast with this resurgence of the meme theme. It seems as if there is no shortage of quips depicting the singer as the “type of fella who…” In fact, meme creators are coming up with some even funnier “Drake the type of fella” jokes years after the trend first hit the internet.

Angel and Devil

The singer’s thoughtful black-and-white pic is the perfect image for this popular series of Drake memes. The idea reflects that Drake is the “type of guy to talk to an angel and devil on his shoulder when contemplating something.” Of course, during his career, Drake has provided fans and meme lovers with plenty of images for these memes. The black and white pic is undoubtedly a favorite, but other poses also get plenty of use in the meme game.

No More Mr. Nice Guy

Another “softer” image of the singer in which he is sporting a buzzcut with a heart shaved out of the front hilariously reveals that Drake “the type of dude to say “no more mister nice guy” when he’s angry.” Of course, since these popular memes have been a big part of pop culture for nearly a decade, they have changed over time. This is especially true as the artist has continued growing in popularity. One of the most popular Drake memes shares side-by-side images of the artist depicting how much the singer has changed over the years.

Certified Lover Boy Gives Us Another Moment

In 2021, the famous artist sparked yet another generation of viral memes after posting a mirror selfie on his Instagram story as his album Certified Lover Boy was set to drop. Naturally, fans found this Drake post hilarious and went to work developing new memes that played right into it. The Insta photo features the singer posing in front of a mirror posing with his hand over his mouth. In the post, Drake is donning an oversized jumper. Some fans even compared the pic with singer Ariana Grande.

The One That Started It All

Then there is the meme that started it all in 2014 or 2015. You know, the one…the meme derived from a still taken from Drake’s wildly popular “Hotline Bling” video. In the video, he shows off several dance moves, an impressive skill we’ve grown to love about the famous performer. The video features Drake making a gesture – for just a split-second – where he is holding up his hand with a disgusted look to show disapproval, followed by a moment where the hip-hop hitmaker is smiling, nodding in approval.

It is the combination of these two images that made meme history. There are dozens of other funny Drake meme moments, and we’re sure many more will come. Drake and his impact on the industry have created a fantastic legacy. These mems only add comedy to his lasting influence.

Chris Brown Calls Himself A “Rizz God”

One of the Internet’s new favorite words these days is “rizz,” although it’s probably already old to some people at this point. Regardless, it means “charisma” in the basic sense, and it’s a meme these days because… it’s a funny word, how could it not be? Regardless, Chris Brown recently posted a video on Instagram labeling himself a “Rizz God,” whatever that means. Of course, the singer’s recent investigations, resurfaced allegations, and online reckoning contradict any shred of charisma. However, as he continues to tour around the world and find fans at every turn, his statement is unfortunately undeniable.

Furthermore, the R&B star’s been in the middle of a lot of backlash and controversy these past few weeks. It all started, seemingly, when Chlöe announced a collab with him. After fans responded with Brown’s history of abuse and violence, he went on various rants and beefed with everyone from Kiely Williams to a gaggle of white celebrities that he posted online. In fact, things seem to balance out between an accusation or attack at him, and waves of defensive fans online. Despite the negativity and adoration, Brown seems to sit comfortably in the middle, letting it all phase by. This newest video, for example, is really just him having fun and nothing more.

Chris Brown Is Starting To Feel Like A “Rizz God”

For those of you unfamiliar, the video references some TikTok audios and challenges that “show you how to flirt.” Hence, the “Look At Me Now” star’s exaggerated facial expressions and overacting come off quite comical. However, nothing could’ve really predicted that Chris Brown would one day call himself a “Rizz God,” even though that’s exactly what he would do. While it’s often funny to see celebrities tap into viral trends or lingo, the polarizing conversation around him makes it tough to fully enjoy.

Still, he’ll continue his Europe tour dates throughout March, where fans can see the “rizz” for themselves. As an excellent overall performer, it should be a treat for his fans. However, it seems like more and more people are getting tired of his antics, so time will tell how his career legacy evolves. With that in mind, stick around on HNHH for the latest news and updates on Chris Brown.
