Usher Got Married While In Las Vegas For The Super Bowl

To say that Usher had a busy weekend in Las Vegas would be an understatement. Most notably, he performed at the Super Bowl Halftime show. While the stage is already one of the biggest in all of music, recently released numbers revealed that this year’s Super Bowl was actually the most-watched edition of the big game of all time. Right in the center of the action, the R&B legend unpacked some of his biggest hits with numerous high-profile guests for a performance that had everyone talking.

Despite the big event, Usher found some time in his weekend to handle a pretty big personal matter. Earlier this week, it was reported by TMZ that Usher had actually found the time to secure a marriage license for himself and his girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea. At the time it was unclear whether the license had actually been filled out and filed, but now that’s cleared up. The R&B star did, in fact, get married to his sweetheart during one of the biggest weekends of his life. Check out the new report confirming that he actually got married after all below.

The album sports some high-profile features and includes the hit single “Good Good” with 21 Savage and Summer Walker.

Tickets also went on sale for the huge tour that Usher is gearing up for this year. He’s taking his new album on the road and has announced more and more shows in successive weeks. But fans found themselves once again frustrated with Ticketmaster after the timed drop of his concert tickets experienced numerous issues. Usher Gets A Marriage License While In Las Vegas

In case you didn’t know, Usher was in Las Vegas this weekend. The R&B legend took one of the biggest stages in music on Sunday when he performed during the Super Bowl halftime show. He unpacked a series of hits during a 13-minute show right in the middle of an exciting football game. After his performance the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers played an exciting second half that even went into overtime. Chiefs fans and Swifties alike celebrated when the team scored an overtime touchdown to win the game.

But Usher himself had a pretty busy weekend. It started off with the release of his new album Coming Home on Friday. The project represented his first new release since 2018 and his first new solo project since 2016. He’s also taking it on tour later this year and has been dropping more and more tour dates throughout the weekend. Unfortunately for fans trying to get a hold of tickets, Ticketmaster seemingly had a rough time handling the drop. Fans were met with long queues, sold out tickets, and exorbitant prices while trying to secure their spot to see the “Yeah” hitmaker. Despite his busy schedule, he managed to find some time to get himself a marriage license.

As TMZ reports, Usher used some of his time in Las Vegas to secure a marriage license for himself and his girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea. The R&B singer has walked down the aisle twice before and he may be in for a third soon. As they note, the license hasn’t been approved yet but it’s a pretty significant clue that things could be progressing rapidly.

Usher’s halftime show performance ended up being a star-studded affair. Alicia Keys, Lil Jon, Ludacris, and more appeared to sing and rap some of their biggest hits with the R&B legend. Donald Glover Reveals He Got Married In Secret During The Filming Of “Mr. & Mrs. Smith”

Everybody is talking about Donald Glover’s new series Mr. & Mrs. Smith. The entire series dropped on Prime Video last week to rave reviews from critics and Glover has been making the rounds with a series of interviews to promote the project. In one interview with Complex earlier this week he revealed that he still sees Kanye West as hit GOAT rapper. He explained that despite the controversy none of the contemporary rappers around today would exist without West.

But it was actually an interview with his co-star Maya Erskine where an even bigger story was first tipped off. She said that Glover actually got married during the show, something he was asked about directly in an interview of his own. “Yeah. There was a day where I don’t think we had to be on set until noon or 1, so, I was like, ‘Can we get married today?’ I got married in the morning. We had a real wedding afterwards, too,” he revealed. Fans who have been following Glover for a while know that he’s said in the past that he doesn’t believe in marriage, so he also had to answer questions about what changed his mind.

Glover elaborated on what made him decide to finally get married. “What happened was, well, number one, I didn’t know what I was getting out of it. I felt like I knew what she was getting out of it, and I didn’t feel like she was being honest, necessarily, about what she was getting out of it. I was thinking about it in such a silly way, which I see now. Now I realize, yeah, maybe she’s gaining some stuff, but she’s also losing a lot of stuff,” he continued.

“We eventually had an honest talk and she was like, ‘I’m a traditional woman.’ And when she said that, some part of me was like, ‘And I want to help you be that.’ Whatever she needs me to be, that makes me happy. Jada had claimed that, despite her candid admissions about her marriage to Will in the book, Worthy, they’d be staying together while promoting the release. “The truth of the matter is I’m not leaving Will’s side and he’s not going to leave mine. We’ve been on a powerful quest. And I’m happier than I’ve ever been,” she said at one event. While speaking with Drew Barrymore she also remarked that they plan on “staying together forever.”

Will and Jada have been together for over two decades after meeting back in the 1990s. They married one another in 1997 and have welcomed two kids in the time since. Jada first revealed their separation back in 2023. She later said that Will’s defense of her at the Oscars saved their marriage. Boosie Badazz Reveals Marriage Plans During Court Appearance

It’s no secret that Boosie Badazz has had his fair share of legal drama, but it looks like the rapper won’t be letting it get in the way of love. Last week, the Louisiana native appeared in court via phone for his ongoing felony gun possession case. During the appearance, he asked the judge to modify the conditions of his bond to allow him to see his fiancée, who he’s been apart from since June of 2023.

“We vehemently oppose that,” Attorney Michael Wheat said of Boosie’s request. According to Wheat, authorities don’t want Boosie making contact with his wife-to-be due to security concerns. His fiancée wasn’t a witness in the case, or even in the same state as Boosie during his arrest. Wheat failed to share more information about the specific concerns initially, leading Judge Cathy Ann Bencivengo to call the no-contact order a “serious curtailment of [Boosie’s] rights.” After a lengthy sidebar conversation with Wheat, however, the judge decided to impose another 60 days of the order.

It appears as though Boosie will have to wait a bit longer to be reunited with his fiancée. Luckily, he’ll be free to see her as much as he wants after the 60 days are up, as long as the government doesn’t raise any more objections. During the hearing, Boosie asked the judge whether or not the no-contact order should impact his plans to get married in April of 2024. “Me and my fiancée was having a wedding,” he announced. “Do I need to set it back?”

“Boosie, I suggest that you remain silent and not say anything on the record,” his attorney Damon Alimouri responded. Hulk Hogan’s Daughter Reveals Secret Marriage To Hockey Player

Brooke Hogan, the daughter of Hulk Hogan, has revealed that she has been secretly married to hockey player Steven Olesky for over a year. The two wed in a private ceremony last June and held a reception with Olesky’s family in Michigan earlier in December. Olesky played four seasons in the NHL and last played in the EHCL during the 2021/22 season. The pair reportedly met through mutual friends.

Brooke runs an interior design firm in Nashville and released a single, “Don’t Know It Yet”, earlier this year. TMZ released an exclusive report on the marriage, including a sweet shot from the couple’s wedding day. Congratulations to Brooke and Steven.

However, it’s not the only marriage to come out of the Hogan family this year. The Hulkster himself married his partner, Sky Daily, two months after the pair announced their engagement. The pair wed in front of a small gathering of family at the Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Clearwater this past Friday. Daily looked radiant in a sleeveless, strapless dress courtesy of Rue de Seine. Meanwhile, Hogan was dressed to the nines in a sharp tuxedo, though he did add an iconic bandana to the mix.

It’s Hogan’s third marriage and Daily’s second. However, Daily has been very candid about just how special Hogan makes her feel. “I wasn’t allowed to watch a lot of TV growing up. I knew who Hulk Hogan was obviously, but I hadn’t seen any of his fights or watched any wrestling. But I think he liked the fact that he had to ask me for my number as opposed to everyone else just jamming their number into his hand. He knew I was interested in Terry, not Hulk. He swept me off my feet and he is my ultimate male. I’ve never been with someone who puts me first in every single thing. When I wake up in the morning he’s there ready to hand me my coffee,” Daily told the Daily Mail back in July.

Jada Pinkett Smith says that Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars ceremony saved their marriage. Speaking with the Daily Mail for an interview published on Saturday, she admitted that she calls the incident the “holy slap” “because so many positive things came after it.”

“After all those years trying to figure out if I would leave Will’s side, it took that slap for me to see I will never leave him,” she told the outlet. “Who knows where our relationship would be if that hadn’t happened?”

Jada Pinkett Smith says that she and Will Smith are in a stage of acceptance of one another. She discussed where the marriage between the two stands during an interview on the latest episode of The Drew Barrymore Show on Tuesday. The update comes after the bombshell story from earlier this year, at which time she revealed the two had been secretly separated for years.

According to Economic Times and Jasmine Brand, she was in attendance at one of her close friend’s comedy shows in Los Angeles. Alan Carr is his name, and he also hails from the UK. What got people buzzing at the show was this question posed. Carr asked if anyone had said “I do” lately, and Adele shouted out that she had done just that. Deuxmoi shared some submissions of people who were also at the event and they detailed that part of the show. On face value, this seems fishy.
