14-Year-Old Kendrick Lamar Leak Ends Up On His Official YouTube Page And Fans Are Confused

A song from Kendrick Lamar titled, “Money Without Me,” landed on his official YouTube page without context, last night, and fans are confused. The track seems to date back over a decade to Lamar’s Section.80 era and it’s unclear whether he intended to upload it or was hacked. In turn, fans on social media are confused about the release.

In the comments section of the YouTube post, some users have been treating it like a new single. “Casually dropping a whole song this time is a goat move,” one user wrote. “Love these no announcement drops. If the music is good, it’ll promote itself.” Others have been trying to set the record straight. “This is from his section 80 days, don’t know why it’s out now, hacked?” another theorized.

The current cover art for the song resembles that of Lamar’s latest album, GNX, which he dropped by surprise, last month. It marks his first full-length project since departing his longtime labels Top Dawg Entertainment and Aftermath Entertainment. Despite the change, it debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200, moving 319,000 album-equivalent units. Additionally, tracks from the album occupied all of the Billboard Hot 100’s top five spots. Across the tracklist, Lamar collaborated with SZA, Dody6, Lefty Gunplay, Wallie the Sensei, Siete7x, Roddy Ricch, and more.

Diddy’s Alleged NDA For His Freak Offs Has Been Leaked

The alleged Freak Off parties that Diddy threw may be getting some more evidence via an NDA. According to TMZ (via XXL), they claimed they have the official “Standard Combs NDA” that attendees at these mysterious bashes were required to sign. Well, the day has come to where the allegedly true document is out and available for others to read. Overall, the details are pretty much what you would come to expect from a contract like an NDA. Essentially it prohibits those involved from sharing anything with anyone that could potentially leak critical information. “You hereby irrevocably agree that you shall not at any time use of disclose directly or indirectly to anyone any of the following information,” it says. “Artists, Artist parties, and or Artist business activities, entertainment activities, financial affairs and or personal life.”

Other pertinent stipulations include that no one photograph, film or record, or have another person photograph film or record Diddy and people in his circle without direct written consent. There are even social media sites that are named within the document that Diddy allegedly didn’t want his sex partygoers to post to. Then, the third key portion of the non-disclosure agreement states that nobody can “give interviews, write books or otherwise disseminate information about Diddy or the parties without prior written consent.”

Diddy’s Alleged NDA For His Freak Offs Is Fairly Standard

Finally, the kicker is that once signed, it is in effect for decades upon decades. Depending on which is longer, it lasts for the entire person’s life, plus an additional 20 years after his/her death. Or it can last for 70 years. At this time, more investigating will be the only thing that can really solidify this as true evidence against Diddy. For now, it’s at least interesting and intriguing to have on hand and break down as the days progress.

What are your thoughts on Diddy’s alleged Freak Off party NDA? Do you think this will become concrete? Do you think this will lead to investigations with all of those who allegedly signed it? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Diddy. Diddy Prosecutors Vehemently Deny Leaking Cassie Footage As Mogul’s Legal Team Explores Every Option

One of the big conflicts between federal prosecutors and the defense in the Diddy case concerns the 2016 footage of him assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie. His legal team accused the federal government, specifically the Department of Homeland Security, of leaking this video to the press, something that the government denied yet again in a new motion filed late Wednesday (October 30). Moreover, they responded to these allegations by claiming that Sean Combs’ legal team wants to “suppress a damning piece of evidence” and make it so that jurors don’t see him “brutally physically assaulting a victim.”

More importantly, federal prosecutors claimed it is impossible for them to have leaked the video of Diddy and Cassie to CNN because they did not have the video in their possession when it emerged in May. They also alleged that his legal team knows this well, and are instead using these accusations to prevents its use as evidence in his trial next year. “Without any factual basis, the leak motion seeks to suppress highly probative evidence […] by claiming that it was grand jury material leaked by government agents,” prosecutors posited in writing. “But, as the defendant is fully aware, the video was not in the Government’s possession at the time of CNN’s publication and the Government has never, at any point, obtained the video through grand jury process.”

If Diddy faces conviction for allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering, he could face life in prison. His lawyers demanded an investigation into this footage’s emergence, alleging that it “led to damaging, highly prejudicial pre-trial publicity that can only taint the jury pool and deprive Mr. Combs of his right to a fair trial.” Furthermore, Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifilo alleged that the government leaked the Cassie footage to the press to ruin his reputation and chances at defense, claiming that they used it to prejudice him without context rather than using it as trial evidence informed by other elements and additional pieces of alleged proof.

Nevertheless, this new filing from prosecutors also addressed Diddy’ demands for the government to reveal the names of his alleged victims. Federal prosecutors shot this down, citing that it would “pose serious risks” to alleged victims’ safety. They also referenced his alleged “significant history of violence and obstruction” that caused the court to deny his bail, warning of possible witness tampering.

Diddy’s Lawyers Allege That Homeland Security Has “Illicit” Deal With Media Outlets

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team is still fighting to hold prosecutors accountable for what they allege is corrupt practices with the press. Their latest argument, according to journalist Meghann Cuniff, comes in the form of a new letter emphasizing their belief of the importance of a gag order in this criminal case. For those unaware, this is a measure to block confidential trial information from disseminating publicly, and the defense wants this to remedy what they alleged is a government leak to certain media outlets. As for this new letter, they point to a New York Post article. For it, the publication reportedly spoke to an alleged “federal law enforcement source who is involved in the [government’s] investigation.”

In the article itself, the alleged government source claims that the alleged videos and photos of Diddy’s alleged criminal behavior that the New York Post described to the source are “consistent with the videos [they] have.” The alleged agent also claimed that their responsibility is to determine the illegality of the parties supposedly depicted in these rumored videos. In addition, the alleged source said that they wouldn’t investigate this matter concerning the parties if there weren’t crimes allegedly taking place.

“The federal agent’s statements clearly constitute ‘opinion[s]’ by a ‘government agent’ that have a ‘substantial likelihood… [of] interfer[ing] with a fair trial or otherwise prejudic[ing] the due due administration of justice.’ L. Crim. R. 23.1(a),” Diddy’s legal team wrote. “Indeed, the statements are ‘opinion[s] as to the accused’s guilt or innocence or as to the merits of the case or the evidence in the case,’ which as ‘presumptively’ prejudicial. L. Crim R. 23.1(d)(7). The statements also reflect that the agent has access to possible grand jury material in the form of videos and other potential evidence.”

Also, Diddy’s attorneys alleged that the discussion of the alleged videos is completely false. “There are no videos of people having sex at parties, nor has the Government alleged this as part of the Indictment.” They claim that the Department of Homeland Security formed an allegedly “illicit partnership with different press outlets… to ruin this man’s ability to get a fair trial.” The government previously denied these allegations, and the Bad Boy mogul continues to maintain his alleged innocence.

Homeland Security Denies Leaking Diddy & Cassie Footage After Lawyer’s Accusations

The federal case against Diddy for alleged sex trafficking and other charges became a pretty contentious court affair when his lawyer Marc Agnifilo accused the federal government of allegedly leaking the footage of him assaulting Cassie in 2016 to the press. Specifically, he accused the Department of Homeland Security of this move. Not only that, but the attorney also alleged that the government leaked other grand jury information, used excessive force in their raids on Sean Combs’ homes, and he sought to launch an investigation into the matter. Thanks to alleged email exchanges reportedly obtained by AllHipHop, we now have the feds’ answer to these allegations.

“The Government did not possess the video published by CNN prior to its public release, and the Government possessed no surveillance video at all from the Intercontinental prior to CNN’s public broadcast,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson reportedly stated concerning this Diddy allegation. “Accordingly, we wish to advise you that we consider any assertion in your motion of a purported Government leak related to the Intercontinental surveillance video to lack a good faith basis.”

“I don’t believe you can possibly know what DHS agents did and did not do in regard to this videotape,” Diddy’s lawyer allegedly responded. “We are making it very clear that we believe the U.S. Attorney’s Office was not involved in the leak. However, I don’t feel the same way about DHS. […] We reached out as a gesture of good faith and because we genuinely want to know your perspective. […] While you can speak from a position of knowledge in regard to your office, I don’t believe you can do so in regard to the agency.”

“To be clear, to our understanding, DHS did not have possession of the videotape prior to CNN’s publication of it,” Johnson responded to Diddy’s defense team. “Only the Government has authority to obtain grand jury material, and the video broadcast by CNN was not obtained through grand jury process.” As such, it seems like this is an allegation that Marc Agnifilo will have to argue even further in court if he wants to revisit these alleged leaks.

Lil Uzi Vert Appears To Diss Lil Yachty On New Leaked Song

Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Yachty have a lot of career parallels, as they came up during a similar time back in the SoundCloud era and the popularization of the term “mumble rap.” But that doesn’t mean they’ve always seen eye to eye. Beef rumors have followed the two for years now, and a new leaked Uzi song means that they won’t die out for a while. On it, they seem to diss Yachty with the following lines: “N***as, they put my swag in they notes / I was on a yacht in the goddamn snow / B***h, I’m Lil Uzi, I’m not Lil Boat.”

Of course, this doesn’t necessarily have to be a shot, as it could just be a risky play on words unrelated to the first bar. Nevertheless, fans still raised their eyebrows at this, and it looks like neither artist has publicly responded to this at press time. You may recall that Lil Yachty previously downplayed rumors that he and Lil Uzi Vert had beef when a leak surfaced that had an apparent Uzi diss on it. “No matter how bad they want the collab, I ain’t friends with Uzi,” he allegedly spat.

Lil Uzi Vert’s New Leak Seemingly Dissing Lil Yachty

“[You] guys are delusional,” Lil Yachty responded online when this leak hit. “[You] n***as go around living your life acting like [you] know us. S**t is od weird, y’all be grown men too… On here tryna piece s**t together, don’t be knowin’ nothing. Get a job.” “I seen that. It surprised me,” he said a month earlier on his podcast of Lil Uzi Vert praising him in a recent interview. “I’ve never said a bad… I’ve never hated on Uzi ever. [Competition is] just hip-hop. That’s rap. Man, this s**t – you wouldn’t understand it, man. I don’t have a problem with [them], though.”

Meanwhile, this might be the praise Ak was talking about that Lil Uzi Vert had for Lil Yachty while talking to DJ Akademiks in the studio. “It’s definitely, like, you gotta understand,” they told the media personality. “How long has he been around? Yachty. That’s what I’m trying to tell you, and he still ain’t even go nowhere. He’s definitely a n***a that beat the washed allegations. He beat the s**t out of them. On his own ways. He beat it!” With all this in mind, it looks like this new leak is probably either a misconstrued shout-out or an old sentiment that doesn’t reflect their relationship anymore… But we could be wrong.

Drake’s “100 Gigs” Release Sparks Viral Fan Theory About His Next Move In Kendrick Lamar Feud

Drake fans think the Toronto rapper is going to share footage of himself baiting Kendrick Lamar with fake info in their ongoing feud as part of his next “100 Gigs” release. The theory began when one user wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “I low key feel like this 100 gigs drops are eventually gonna lead to footage of Drake feeding Kendrick the fake info.” Akademiks TV ended up sharing the post on Instagram shortly afterward. That move sparked debate from fans in the comments section.

“That’s not a flex tho. He was better off acting like he didn’t know where Kendrick got the info,” one top commenter wrote. Another user added: “That was recent though… they could literally reenact it now and put it out like it was 2 months ago lol.” One more suggested it wouldn’t even change the outcome of the battle. “But my guy lost tho. So it doesn’t matter tbh cause the false info sh*t didn’t lead to drizzy winning,” they wrote.

The theory comes after Drake shared footage of Kanye West speaking at OVO Fest in 2013 with his latest update to the website. “As I stand in this city right now, I just want y’all to understand that it’s been a lot of rappers that came in the game that wasn’t able to do something like this for their city,” West said on stage at the event. “We wouldn’t be able to make the music that we make. Me and Hov would’ve never made Watch The Throne if this n***a wasn’t putting pressure on us like that.” Drake and West have famously had an up-and-down relationship of their own.

Fans Think Drake Has A Plan For Kendrick Lamar

West actually gave Drake a shoutout during his performance in South Korea, last week, while dedicating his song, “I Wonder,” to him. Be on the lookout for further updates on Drake and Kendrick Lamar on HotNewHipHop.

Drake & Lil Yachty Get Approval To Drop “Supersoak,” But There’s A Catch

Drake and Lil Yachty’s leaked and Kai Cenat-premiered collaboration ” S.O.D. (Supersoak)” might just see the light of day… under one condition. The social media creator behind the sample used for the track, Mr. Hotspot, recently spoke on the sample clearance issues that Yachty revealed during a Flagrant podcast appearance, which is what led the Atlanta rapper and pop-psych-rock creative to leak the song in the first place. During a TikTok livestream, Hotspot revealed that he would be down to clear the sample if the duo made a clean and kid-friendly version of the track, as his religious views are what apparently made him refrain from clearing the sample originally.

“It’ll be good for both of their brands,” Mr. Hotspot said of this ultimatum for Lil Yachty and Drake’s latest team-up track, “Supersoak.” “I’m blessed to work with children so we just gotta make it clean for them. We don’t need no children getting whooped cause they said this or that, you understand? It’s the children who really running these views up. So if we make sure both verses clean everybody coming clean, everybody gonna benefit.”

Mr. Hotspot Will Clear Drake & Lil Yachty’s Collab Under One Condition

I sent a song to Kai to leak,” Lil Yachty had told Andrew Schulz and company on the Flagrant podcast concerning this Drake collab. “We couldn’t get the sample cleared, so I just let Kai play it.” “But it’s everywhere,” he added when speaking of how they might never be able to release it officially. Of course, this new condition opens that avenue up, but considering that Mr. Hotspot only recently sent them a clean version of the sample, it would most likely take a while to come out. “He went down, like, a Christian path,” Yachty said of Hotspot. “I don’t even think we got into money. He was just like, ‘No.’ It was crazy.”

Meanwhile, someone else with some issues with “Supersoak” is Soulja Boy, who thinks he caught some strays on the leaked version. “Drake, you up here talking about some S.O.D. super soak,” he ranted on social media. “Boy, stop playing wit me, boy. That better be a f***ing shout out, n***a. You better keep that s**t light, my boy. This your first and only warning.”

Kendrick Lamar’s Leaked Verse For Frank Ocean’s “Nights” Has Fans Split

Kendrick Lamar has been making plenty of headlines in recent months for his viral lyrical battle with Drake. He went viral for a far more surprising reason today, however, as one of his scrapped verses recently surfaced. The verse in question was for Frank Ocean’s “Nights,” and is now making its rounds online.

As expected, the verse is pretty raw and seems to showcase Kendrick experimenting to find a direction before recording a final cut. It’s earned mixed reactions from social media users so far, who are sounding off on X. While some think Kendrick really cooked with this one, and are disappointed that it was left off the record, others are relieved it was.

Kendrick Lamar’s “Nights” Verse Surfaces Online

“I fw Kendrick but sometimes this n***a does bullsh*t on instrumentals and make weird a** voices and people swear it’s experimental,” one user writes, “Sh*t sounds horrible.” Another simply says, “No way people are calling this bad.” Obviously, whether or not Kendrick’s verse would have been a good addition to the iconic track is still up for debate.

It remains unclear exactly why the version of “Nights” featuring Kendrick was never formally released. Of course, it’s possible that Ocean simply felt like he had a hit without it, or that the verse didn’t fit in with the rest of Blonde. Either way, supporters are glad to finally get to hear it, if only to know what could have been.

Social Media Users React To Kendrick Lamar’s Leaked “Nights” Verse

Lil Yachty Claims Drake Leak “Supersoak” Will Never Get An Official Release

Lil Yachty had a lot to say on the Flagrant podcast. The rapper has developed a reputation for being Drake’s best friend in the music industry, so naturally he was bombarded with 6 God questions. One such question pertained to the recent collaboration between Yachty and Drake, “S.O.D. (Supersoak).” The song was played by Kai Cenat during a recent Twitch stream, and fans have been eager to know when the official version will be released on streaming. According to Lil Yachty, the answer is never.

Lil Boat revealed he was the one who sent “S.O.D.” to Kai Cenat. “I sent a song to Kai to leak,” he told host Andrew Schultz. The rapper then explained the reasoning behind the Twitch pivot: him and Drake couldn’t get the sample for the song cleared. “We couldn’t get the sample,” he added. “So I just let Kai play it.” Schultz asked whether “S.O.D.” would ever see the light of day, and Lil Yachty said no. He was ultimately, pleased, however, by how much attention the song got from the leak. “It’s everywhere,” the rapper noted.

More questions surfaced. Schultz was puzzled as to how an artist of Drake’s stature couldn’t secure a sample clearance. Apparently, it came down to religious beliefs. “S.O.D.” samples an IG post, and the person who made the post didn’t approve of the song’s lyrical content. “He went down like a Christian path,” the rapper explained. Lil Yachty claimed he didn’t get a chance to make the influencer an offer, however, before he was turned down. “I don’t even think we got into money, ” the rapper recalled. “He was just like, ‘no.’ It was crazy.”

The influencer wasn’t alone in his dislike for “S.O.D. (Supersoak).” Soulja Boy hopped on IG Live and accused Drake of dissing him on the song’s hook. “Drake, you up here talkin’ about some S.O.D. super soak,” Soulja said. “Boy, stop playin wit me, boy. That better be a f*cking shout out, n*ga.” Soulja Boy even made reference to Drake’s recent battle with Kendrick Lamar. A battle that Lil Yachty regretted discussing during a previous podcast appearance. During his Flagrant appearance, he said he’ll avoid speaking about Drake’s business in the future. “I just wish I had never spoke on it,” he told Schultz. “I wish I hadn’t said anything about it.”
