Kwame Brown Goes Off On Famous Side Chicks With Another Scathing Rant

Nobody could have predicted the way Kwame Brown burst back into relevance this year, calling out the people that have criticized him for the last few years with multiple heated rants in his car. The former NBA player has stepped on the necks of Charlamagne Tha God, Stephen A. Smith, Jemele Hill, Matt Barnes, and many others this week with rants that have earned reactionary comments from thousands of sports fans that were delighted to see Kwame going off after all these years.

As the 39-year-old former Laker continues to battle his critics to reclaim his legacy, Kwame Brown has officially taken aim at famous side chicks who expose the men they’re sleeping with — AKA Celina Powell, Sydney Chase, and their gaggle of girlfriends — for tearing down Black men who are trying to build something better for themselves.

“You ain’t said shit about Bill Gates. Y’all don’t chase him around,” started Kwame, referring to the cheating scandal involving the multi-billionaire. “And some of you women got to stop being complicit and telling every goddamn thing. Bitch, you know you a ho and you slinging that p***y. Shut your goddamn mouth. This n***a’s a great man, you slinging that p***y, shut up! Ain’t nobody force you in the goddamn room. If he did, call the police! But if not, shut your goddamn mouth. You’re tearing down Black men that’s building. Bill Gates got to build every goddamn computer he wanted to build and have a side bitch and his white woman ain’t said a motherf*cking thing. And they got a nice little divorce that they’re gonna part ways and they’re still f*cking building. But see, when your focus ain’t on building nothing and your focus ain’t on having nothing, you’ll attach yourself to somebody and tear them down faster than anything.”

Many people seem to be lowkey agreeing with his comments on social media. What do you think about Kwame Brown’s latest rant?

Tyson Fury Forced To Fight Deontay Wilder For A Third Time

Just last week, it was revealed that Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury would get to unify the heavyweight division in August, as the two fight each other in Saudi Arabia. Everyone in the boxing world was excited for this matchup, except for none other than Deontay Wilder, who felt like his three-fight contract with Fury was being ignored. For the last few days, an arbitrator has been stepping in to determine who is in the right, and now, it’s been revealed that Fury must fight Wilder for a third time before he can take on Joshua.

According to a report from ESPN, both fighters are aiming for a match on July 24th although a date in August has been planned as a backup. There are still a lot of details to be worked out, although for now, fans should expect a trilogy fight between two of the hardest punchers in the heavyweight division.

Now, we’re looking at four new tracks from Shiesty, including “Welcome To The Riches,” a new duet with Lil Baby. Over regal production from X-Plosive and Abaz, Shiesty takes to the piano and string-driven instrumental with the opening verse. “Ayy, fuck that shit, get back to business,” he raps. “We hop out, shoot with precision / Just go keep spinnin’ the opp blocks and don’t come back ’til you get dizzy.” Lil Baby comes through for the final verse, putting in work with his signature melodic flow and delivery. “All these bitches wanna make a comment now, I went thirty clip, I need a lot of rounds,” he spits. “He ain’t solid, that’s why he is not around / probably somewhere tryna knock a thousand pounds.”

YG, Mozzy, and Ty Dolla $ign Connect On “Vibe With You”

Today, YG and Mozzy shared their highly anticipated collab album Kommunity Service, and the California team-up doesn’t look like it will disappoint die-hard fans of West Coast Hip-Hop. Complete with features from artists such as Young M.A, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, E Mozzy, Celly Ru, D3szn, Blxst, G Herbo, and Ty Dolla $ign, Kommunity Service has no shortage of high-profile collaborations.

One of the most eye-catching collabs on the YG and Mozzy’s joint project is “Vibe With You,” a Ty Dolla $ign-assisted cut that’s destined to make some major noise this summer.

Set over bright, guitar-laden production, “Vibe With You” is a catchy tune that finds Ty Dolla $ign’s carefree hook at its epicenter. After hearing the melodies of Ty’s chorus fade away for the first time, YG lets off an aggressive yet endearing verse, even though he notably kicks it off by rapping, “Uh, I ain’t never on no soft shit.” After another run at Ty Dolla $ign’s infectious hook, Mozzy takes the reigns and follows YG’s lead with a verse that’s just as hard as it is sentimental.

Check out YG, Mozzy, and Ty Dolla $ign’s West Coast summer smash “Vibe With You” below, and listen to the rest of YG and Mozzy’s joint project Kommunity Service here.

Lil Reese Speaks Out & Clarifies “Fake Ass Stories” About His Shooting

Chicago rapper Lil Reese is lucky to see another day after yet another shooting incident this weekend. The rapper had a near-death experience after he was reportedly among three men found inside a stolen vehicle. A 55-year-old father tracked his son’s stolen car to a parking garage in Chicago and when he confronted the three men inside the whip, another man opened fire on the car. Lil Reese was confirmed to have been shot with a bullet reportedly grazing his eye.

Some reports have stated that the rapper lost sight in one of his eyes but, according to the Grim Reaper, those stories are false. He took to Snapchat to clear up the rumors about his sight, claiming that he’s doing fine.

Young M.A. Drops Off New Album “Off The Yak”

Young M.A has come through to deliver her brand new album Off The Yak, which further explores the New York rapper’s relationship with the Brooklyn Drill sound. It’s a natural fit for M.A, whose self-assured bars pair effectively with the percussive production. On that note, beat-making responsibilities are handled by her longtime collaborator Mike Zombie, as well as NY Bangers, Jai Beats, and more.

Clocking in at a little over thirty-two minutes in runtime, the eleven-track project is another strong release from M.A, who continues to assert herself as one of her city’s authoritative voices. There’s often a sense that questioning her would be most unwise, and the quietly aggressive lyricist is at her best when asserting her dominance. “I don’t even gotta say I’m queen of my city no more,” she muses, on the intro track “Successful.” “They know I’m the queen. They already jacked that.”

While largely the focal sound of the project, Off The Yak isn’t entirely fueled by Brooklyn Drill production. Songs like “Yak Thoughts” and “Big Steppa” find M.A. putting in work over a different vibe, showcasing her adaptability. For the most part, however, the hard-hitting bangers and braggadocious bars are the main attraction, and Young M.A’s latest further solidifies the notion that she’s among the best in her class. Stream Off The Yak now, and sound off with your thoughts below.

Maury Reacts To Nick Cannon Allegedly Expecting A Child With “Wild ‘N Out” Model

It sure seems like Nick Cannon could be expecting this seventh child after Wild ‘N Out model Alyssa Scott seemingly revealed that the television host is the father of her unborn child. This week, she posted her gorgeous maternity photos, but it was her caption that got the most attention.

“ZEN S. CANNON,” wrote Scott on Instagram, appearing to reveal the name of her baby. When somebody asked if Nick Cannon was the father of the baby, she simply commented back with heart emojis.

Cannon is also expecting twins with Abby De La Rose, so the timing of Scott’s pregnancy has surprised many of the comedian’s fans. As we wait for confirmation that Cannon is the daddy of Scott’s unborn child, famed talk show host Maury Povich is already getting involved, seemingly offering to help with one of his televised paternity tests.

“I got this,” commented Maury on The Shade Room’s post about Alyssa Scott’s pregnancy. People are on board with a paternity test, liking the post over 54,000 times at the time of this publication. Do you think Nick Cannon will agree to a paternity test on Maury’s show?

Nick Cannon currently has four children, with two that are confirmed to be on the way. His rumored baby with Alyssa Scott would give him a total of seven kids.

Latto (FKA Mulatto) Ushers In A New Era And Name On Her Boastful Single, ‘The Biggest’

As she emerged into the mainstream, Mulatto was hit with criticism over her stage name. The moniker holds racist undertones as its original use was for livestock, specifically the hybrid offspring of a horse and a donkey. The term transformed into an offensive way to classify someone with “mixed” ancestry. After answering a number of questions about the name, Mulatto promised to change the name something she officially did this month. Now going by Latto, the XXL Freshman makes it official and addresses the matter on her new track, “The Biggest.”

The hard-hitting effort sees Latto telling her side of the story in the “mulatto” controversy. “I’ll be damned if the name the reason I don’t make it,” she raps. “It contradicted for what I stand for / The backlash ain’t what I planned for / Now I know better, so I’m movin’ better.” Later in the song, she adds, “First I wasn’t tryna hear the facts / If they don’t wanna understand me, kiss my ass / But looking back, that was immature.”

Back in January, Latto explained why she opted to change her name. “You know you might know your intentions, but these are strangers who don’t know you, never even met you in person,” she said. “So you gotta hear each other out, and if you know those aren’t your intentions and that’s how it’s being perceived, it’s like why not make a change or alter it?”

Ransom & Lloyd Banks Spit Bars On “Gluttony”

Anybody who remembers David Fincher’s classic film Se7en can likely recall the gruesome opening murder scene. Clearly, Ransom and Lloyd Banks do, having reimagined it for the artwork of their new duet “Gluttony.” Perhaps appropriate, as both emcees proceed to slowly kill the track with a steady diet of bar after bar, a hint of the macabre madness to come on Ransom’s upcoming SE7EN mixtape.

Over a backdrop laced by V DON & NLCK, who conjure up a spooky blend of pianos and boom-bap drums, Ransom sets it off. “It’s bout time, there’s always an opinion when n***as doubt mine,” he raps. “I shoot perfect from three, and they say you missed from the foul-line / I get sick with these foul lines, the shotty erase your thoughts and blow out minds.” Banks tags in to slam the nail into the coffin, warming up for COTI with a furious verse. “Palace to raise my daughters in,” he raps, whipping up a rapid-fire flow. “Watch your step for the screws I’m missin’ / crew conditions, few collisions / spin your block for superstition.”

Check out the latest from Banks and Ransom now, and sound off in the comments below.
