Megan Thee Stallion Denies Sexual Relationship with Tory Lanez, Says He Said it to “Deflect” From Shooting Crime

Tory Lanez has often alluded that a sexual dispute between Megan Thee Stallion and her former friend Kelsey led to the shooting incident of July 2020. During Thee Stallion’s interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings, the rapper states she never had a sexual relationship with Lanez.

During the interview, King asked did Thee Stallion and Lanez have a sexual friendship. Thee Stallion took a pause and replied, “I didn’t have a sexual relationship with Tory.” King would ask why Lanez would suggest they did. Thee Stallion stated it was to “deflect from the fact that he committed a crime.”

Tory Lanez was arrested in court on Tuesday (Apr 5). According to TMZ, Tory Lanez violated the protective order levied against him in his case with Megan Thee Stallion. The violation was discussing the Hot Girl on Twitter.

Lanez’s bail was set at $350,000, and the asking price from prosecutors was $5 million or no bail at all. The tweet in question from February where he suggested the entire shooting incident was a product of Lanez having an affair with Thee Stallion and her friend. “Good d*ck had me f*cing 2 best friends … and I got caught … that’s what I apologized for … it’s sick how u Spun it tho …”

The “u” in the tweet is what landed Lanez in handcuffs as it was viewed that he directly addressed Thee Stallion.

Megan Thee Stallion sat down with Gayle King on CBS Mornings for an exclusive interview. Covering all things before and after the alleged shooting of her by Tory Lanez, Thee Stallion highlighted her former friend, Kelsey Nicole, who sent a text message to Megan Thee Stallion’s security guard.

The two messages, shown on CBS, read “Help” and “Tory shot Meg.” You can see a screenshot of the message below.

During the conversation with Gayle King, Hot Girl Meg is tearful as she remembers the night. The night took a turn when she was ready to leave a party but everyone else wanted to stay.

“I never put my hands on anybody. I never raised my voice too loud. Like, this was one of them times where it was, like, it shouldn’t have got this crazy,” Megan said. “All I hear is this man screaming. And he said, “Dance, bitch” and he started shooting.”

Megan stated Lanez was standing up in the car, leaning out the window when he shot. “I didn’t want to move too quick, like ‘cause I’m like, ‘Oh my god. If I take the wrong step … I don’t know if he could shoot me and kill me.’”

Megan Thee Stallion Says “Plan B” is Inspired by Past Relationships

After fans clamored for it, Megan Thee Stallion‘s “Plan B” is available to fans. After the release, Megan answered a couple of questions online, most notably about the song’s inspiration.

When a Twitter user asked what made Megan create the song, she responded: “I was just venting Abt experienece I’ve had in relationships I’ve been in the past.”

The new single samples Jodeci’s “Freek’n You (Remix)” with Wu-Tang Clan. The single is out before the superstar rapper returns to the stage for weekend two of the festival.

Megan has been on a roll lately, having teamed up with Dua Lipa to record their explosive collaboration “Sweetest Pie” in March, presently in the Top 10 on mainstream radio. She was honored with the Trailblazer Award and a spectacular performance of “Sweetest Pie” at the 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards, where she also performed “Sweetest Pie.”

Logic just dropped off a new single but he doesn’t seem pleased with how Def Jam is operating. The rapper called out the label but says the label’s CEO Tunji Balogun is not at fault in a video on social media.

“Def Jam, why you fucking up my releases, man?” Logic opened. “First of all, I love you Tunji. Tunji’s my guy, he ain’t got nothing to do with this. What the fuck is going on? I told Def Jam that I wanted to release my shit as a two-pack and I just found out that they’re releasing it as two singles at the same time. What kind of shit is that?”

Logic pulled back the curtain and revealed that his music videos were delayed in an effort to not upset partners. Logic would fire back at that as well. “I don’t give a fuck about none of that shit. I care about my fans, man. I care about hip-hop. I are about music.”

Vinyl Release of ‘Call Me If You Get Lost’ Pushes Tyler, the Creator Back to No. 1 on Billboard 200

Tyler, the Creator’s Call Me If You Get Lost has catapulted back to the No. 1 album in the country due to a vinyl album release. According to Billboard, Tyler released the vinyl edition of the album, pushing it from No. 120 to No. 1.

Call Me If You Get Lost earned 59,000 equivalent album units in the last week, a 507% jump. 51,000 of those units were vinyl sales.

Just last month, Tyler, the Creator won his second Best Rap Album Grammy for his Call Me If You Get Lost album. In 2020, Tyler got a W for his IGOR album. Tyler was not on hand at the Grammys but released a brief statement of “thanks wow yeah” on Twitter.

Call Me If You Get Lost features Lil Wayne, 42 Dugg, Ty Dolla $ign, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Brent Faiyaz, Domo Genesis, Lil Uzi Vert, Pharrell, and more. The album is hosted by DJ Drama.

They say if you’re going to dream, dream big! Anyone aspiring to be a rapper better get on the move after a video with Snoop Dogg telling his prices may inspire anyone to pick up a mic.

In a sit down with the Full Send Podcast, legendary rapper Snoop Dogg says that he is charging artists 250,000 dollars for 16 bars on a track and then an additional 250,000 to appear in the music visual, but it comes with a catch.

“And when its time to do the video its time to do the video I need another 250 up out of you, and you only got an hour so get to filming,” the rapper states.

Further into the podcast, the rapper goes down his list of the newer generation rappers he likes. “Who do I fucking really like? I like NBA Young Boy, Da Baby, Lil Baby, 42 Dugg, Future, Gunna, Young Thug, Jack Harlow, Benny the Butcher … it’s a lot of motherf*ckers I like.”

Nicki Minaj has been getting the rap girls in line for the past few weeks. At the top of the year, the mother of one released back-to-back singles featuring Lil Baby titled “Bussin” and “Do We Have A Problem,” which went viral on TikTok. Aside from her fiery collabs with Coi Leray and BIA, Minaj still has her foot on the pedal. She recently released her highly anticipated single and music visual to “We Go Up,” featuring Fivio Foreign.

Although Nicki Minaj has recently hopped on tracks with a few artists, Erica Banks seems to think that the Young Money rapper is wasting her bars on rappers who “can’t rap.”

“I said I agree that Nicki kinda f*ck with the girls who can’t really rap when you got the girls over here who really do. Now some people might get mad at me for saying that, but it’s the truth. Everybody can’t rap. … I’m saying it because not everybody’s going to say it,” Banks said in an interview.

As the interview clip circulated the internet, Nicki Minaj would call out all rappers to test their pens in the studio on her. “We Go Up” instrumental featuring Fivio Foreign. “Going once Going twice. Are there any ‘rappers’ that would like a verse on the WGU remix?” she tweeted. The instrumental is on iTunes. F*ck it up & send it to me. thats WTF EYEEEEEE USED TO DO but that is I and I am him. Slim THICK wit da tilted brim.”

With a few days passing, Atlanta native Akbar V would join the chat as she dropped her freestyle to the drill instrumental. “Oh ok. B*tches still rap?” Minaj commented under the post on TheShaderoom.

“I thought the new b*tchs just do tweets & interviews. Waiting on the ghost & I ain’t talkin bout Casper. I ain’t talkin bout a btch car either dont GAS [gas pump emoji] HER. [fire emojis] My bad. Let’s go akbar.” In her caption, Minaj added, “Say the word & I’ll [ghost emoji] spook u btchs. Tmrw y’all ? Don’t play.”

It seems as though Minaj has co-signed Akbar V’s freestyle. Femcees Cupcake and Omeretta would be next to hop on the challenge. Omeretta posted a preview of her verse with the caption “WGU Remix [looking eye emojis] Should I drop?”

Rihanna Reportedly on an “Emotional Rollercoaster” and “Crying Non-stop” Following A$AP Rocky’s Arrest

A$AP Rocky’s arrest has seemingly put a hold on celebrating his forthcoming baby with Rihanna. According to The Sun, Rihanna “has been crying non-stop.”

“She’s heavily pregnant and these are very serious accusations,” a source said. “It’s a nightmare scenario for her.

“Rihanna was very, very upset and stressed by Rocky’s arrest. It’s not the best time for her to be on such an emotional rollercoaster,” the source added.

A$AP Rocky was arrested as he returned to LAX on last Wednesday morning. According to TMZ, the rapper arrived at the airport on a private jet from Barbados and was met by officers at the terminal and arrested. The charges for Rocky were assault with a deadly weapon. The weapon was a gun. Rocky was returning to America after vacationing with his girlfriend, Rihanna.

The assault is believed to occur on November 6, 2021, when Rocky allegedly shot at the victim three or four times, grazing him on the left hand, NBC News reports. The shooting reportedly happened near Vista Del Mar and Selma Ave. around 10:20 pm. Two additional men reportedly accompanied Rocky. Rocky was on hand the next day for Complex Con on November 7.

The alleged victim stated the shooting happened after an argument between the two. The LAPD says Rocky knows the victim who helped them identify the rapper as a suspect. Offers also executed a search warrant at Rocky’s home, ramming their way through his front gate.
