Keke “Keep A Bag” Palmer doesn’t seem to be in her feelings about her co-parent, Darius Jackson’s latest antics. While they quickly became one of the internet’s favourite couples following the birth of their son in February, things for the young lovers quickly took a turn earlier this week. At the time, the 29-year-old publicly shaded Keke’s outfit of choice for an Usher concert in Las Vegas, during which the R&B heartthrob serenaded her with his silky smooth voice. “It’s the outfit tho… You a mom,” Jackson tweeted on Wednesday (July 5).

At first, fans couldn’t tell whether the father of one was being serious or not. However, his dramatic attitude since leaves us thinking he was genuinely upset over Palmer’s sheer dress and interaction with Usher. Since the initial tweet, social media sleuths realized that Jackson and Palmer no longer follow each other on Instagram. Additionally, the personal trainer briefly deactivated his accounts before resurfacing with limited comments and a private Twitter page.

On Elon Musk’s app, Darius has been busy tweeting Kanye West lyrics like, “I used to want this thing forever, y’all can have it back.” Elsewhere, his IG feed has gone through a notable cleanse, with all evidence of Keke’s face removed from his grid. Their months-old son, Leodis, remains in several of his recent uploads.

As for the former child star, she’s been online too. However, instead of addressing the drama or shading her co-parent, Palmer has left several photos of Jackson up on her Instagram between her many selfies. She also hasn’t let the potential heartbreak stop her from working harder than ever.

Jacquees Speaks On Being Added To Keke Palmer Controversy

Jacquees is now somehow involved in a drama-fueled online battle that includes Keke Palmer, Usher, Darius Jackson, and more. There is footage of an Usher concert in which the R&B singer is serenading Keke. This would be harmless, except for what she’s wearing. She had a skintight black leotard with sheer black lace covering the rest of her, exposing her backside. The father of Keke’s recently born child, Darius Jackson, took exception to the revealing outfit, claiming on Twitter, “It’s the outfit tho… you a mom.”

“We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife [and] mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others,” Jackson continues. “[And] he gets told how much of a hater he is.” Keke Palmer fans rushed to her defense, with one commenter randomly throwing Jacquees into the mix. “It’s Usher like cmon now,” the Tweet reads. “I could see if it was Jacquees.”

What Jacquees Has To Do With The Drama

Not fazed one bit, Jacquees responded to the comment with, “Leave me out of it.” While the handle @b0mbchell_ was giving a backhanded compliment to the Georgia R&B crooner, Jacquees was having none of this smoke. He was not about to get in trouble on the internet for absolutely nothing. From all of this backlash, Darius Jackson continues to double down on his claims, still not pleased about Keke Palmer’s outfit. Usher has yet to comment about the outfit or Jackson’s stance on the issue.

As for Keke herself, she seems undaunted by Jackson’s comments, having nothing but good things to say about the Usher performance. She showered the praise on her Instagram: “I am telling y’all right now, if you haven’t seen [Usher,] YOU MUST GO!! HE WAS SO FABULOUS!!” For Jacquees, his only hope is that Ms. Palmer doesn’t come to his show anytime soon. Otherwise, he might have to answer to Darius Jackson.

Keke Palmer Breaks Silence After Her Boyfriend Shames Her Outfit Choice

Keke Palmer’s boyfriend Darius Jackson has been dragged across the timeline but it appears that the Nope actress isn’t necessarily sweating his comments. Shortly after Usher serenaded Palmer on stage, Jackson expressed his disapproval toward her outfit choice. And while her fans piled onto the commentary online, Palmer, herself, didn’t acknowledge his viral tweets. “I wish I had taken more pictures but we were running late! I am telling y’all right now, if you haven’t seen @usher YOU MUST GO!! HE WAS SO FABULOUS!!” she wrote alongside photos of her drip from that evening.

Although Jackson likely felt some type of way about Usher getting handsy with the mother of his child, the actress applauded the R&B star’s stage presence. In fact, she went as far as saying that Usher provided her with newfound inspiration as an artist. “Giving theater, Atlanta downnn, tips and tricks and just absolutely iconic. I was truly inspired as a performer. I whooped some ass in spades too! Where is that pic of us all together with the King himself?? @noraradd,” she added.

Darius Jackson’s Initial Comments

Keke Palmer’s Instagram post (see above) came shortly after Darius Jackson suggested that her outfit wasn’t appropriate for a mother. “It’s the outfit tho… you a mom,” he tweeted, leading ot a flurry of backlash. Still, he wasn’t deterred from his stance on Palmer dress, even as many accused him of being jealous toward Usher. “We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is,” he added in a follow-up tweet.

He continued, “This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case.” However, fans quickly brought up a tweet from 2020 where he admitted that he projects his issues onto others when he begins to feel envious. “When I get insecure about myself, I start to divert my issues instead of acknowledging it,” the tweet reads. Big Boss isn’t just the title of Keke Palmer’s May album and accompanying film. It also describes her lifestyle. Palmer attended Usher’s July 4 concert, as part of his ongoing Las Vegas residency, and she chronicled how much fun she had on her Instagram Story. Palmer danced and sang along to “My Boo,” but her reported real-life boo, Darius Jackson, seemingly wasn’t too happy back home.

A fan-taken video circulated on Twitter by RNB RADAR shows Palmer hugging and slow-dancing with Usher as he sings “There Goes My Baby,” eventually showing off her own voice. A Twitter account believed to be Jackson’s quoted it, writing, “It’s the outfit tho.. you a mom.”

In a separate post, Jackson wrote, “We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is. This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case.”

Palmer has not publicly acknowledged the comments, and Jackson’s Instagram account has no traces of similar commentary. Page Six reached out to Palmer’s representation for comment but, as of this writing, hasn’t heard back.

Palmer confirmed her pregnancy while hosting Saturday Night Live in December. She and Jackson welcomed their son, Leodis, in February. Neither comments on their relationship publicly, but there has been a long-running assumption that they are together.

Earlier this week, Palmer also expressed being distrustful of the U.S. government, claiming that she’s “had enough.” She later mentioned the overturning of Roe v. Wade and Affirmative Action, saying that the way things are being run “isn’t working.”

It was just a few months ago that Keke Palmer bravely welcomed her first child, Leodis Andrelton Jackson, into the world. Already, however, the young boy is making is red carpet debut alongside his famous mother and her boyfriend, Darius Jackson. The couple stepped out for the closing night screening of her upcoming Big Boss visual album during the 2023 Atlanta Film Festival, both Leo and his father rocking all-black outfits for their first major public appearance together.

While the boys kept it casual with their looks, Palmer was as extra as ever in a cheetah-print jumpsuit that perfectly hugs her “new body.” As you may recall, the Jump In! starlet previously boasted on Instagram about how the months following pregnancy have seen major changes in her body. Specifically, she’s happy to see natural enhancements in her chest, hips, and booty area, which Palmer admits she lacked confidence in in the past.

While motherhood is obviously the main thing on her agenda at this time, fans are happy to see the Chicago native continuing her streak of keeping busy. Keke Palmer & Darius Jackson Celebrate Leodis’ First Easter In Heartwarming New Photos

With each and every milestone her son crosses, Keke Palmer steps more confidently into her newfound role as a mother. While bringing life into the world certainly breathes a certain air into a woman, as does the “new body” the 29-year-old is flaunting in the weeks after welcoming little Leodis. She didn’t hesitate to flaunt her curvaceous figure on Instagram earlier this week, markedly thanking her baby boy for giving her the chest, hips, and booty of her dreams after nine months of pregnancy.

Elsewhere on social media, Palmer was celebrating the Easter holiday this past weekend, along with plenty of other celebrities. Throughout it all, however, Keke Palmer maintains a graceful and gracious attitude, accepting the hurdles as they come and revelling in the good moments. Now that Leodis has made it past the one-month mark, his mother has been able to enjoy more time outside with him, something she warmly spoke about in an IG post last month. “Mommy’ing is coming along if you were looking for an update.
