Sage The Gemini Responds To Woman Who Claims She Was Sexually Assaulted By Him At Chris Brown’s Home

It seems that Cassie coming forward and speaking out against Diddy is inspiring other women to come forward. According to a repost from AllHipHop‘s Instagram, club hitmaker Sage The Gemini is now being accused of sexual assault. Chris Brown is also being roped into these same accusations by TikTok content creator, Hana Katana. According to theJasmineBrand, she uploaded an emotional video to the platform explaining to her audience what happened, as well as to make everyone aware that Sage and Brown “are r*pists”.

Katana says that this all went down in 2016 when she was 18 at Chris Brown’s home. Additionally, Breezy was also being accused of r*ping her friend. She allegedly was 16 and under the influence on a separate occasion from hers. She doesn’t explain why or how she got involved with them, but she says that she should have never been there to begin with. Katana says she was forced to sign an NDA to make it seem like this alleged act of sexual assault was consensual. The reason this happened was because she needed a ride home, had no money, and that Sage was going to pay for her Uber ride.

Thank you Cassie for speaking up and giving me the courage to do the same. Its finally time for abusers in the entertainment industry to be held accountable. 🖕 Diddy, Chris Brown, & Sage the Gemini.

♬ original sound – Hana Katana ⚔🍉

After all of these posts, the “Gas Pedal” rapper seemed pretty chill and unbothered. In multiple IG Story posts, he appears to react to Hana’s claims. “Only people she not Lyin to is the police cuz they don’t give our careers! #FindANewHustle”, he wrote. Later, he seemed to joke about her just now coming out and making such serious allegations. “When I ruptured my patellar tendon I called emergency services the same day!”. Sage The Gemini then signed off with one last quip, “Internet could sell you a foot if they said you could walk faster”. Regardless of how he views these words, it will be interesting to see what happens next.

What are your thoughts on Sage The Gemini dismissing these sexual assault allegations from Hana Katana? Whose side do you believe the most? Do you think this will eventually go to court? Will Chris Brown respond at all? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Sage The Gemini, Chris Brown, and this developing story. Chris Brown And Lil Durk Sued By Producer Claiming They Stole His Song

Chris Brown and Lil Durk are established superstars. They have dozens of hits tallied between them. Brown is one of the best-selling artists of all time, for crying out loud. That doesn’t mean they are exempt from legal action, however. Chris Brown and Lil Durk are being sued by a producer named Micah Foster, according to TMZ. The producer claims that the duo jacked the beat for their single “Till the Wheels Fall Off,” and intends to prove it in a court of law.

Foster claims that he released his song, “Wheels Fall Off,” in 2019. Not only does the song feature a similar title to the Chris Brown and Durk song, but the producer claims that he played it in front of the singer before its release. For context, Chris Brown and Lil Durk’s version dropped in 2022. Foster goes on to tell TMZ that has worked with Brown several times over the years. He claims that he’s worked with the singer to develop multiple hits. Generally speaking, collaboration means a portion of the royalties on the song. Foster, however, claims that Chris Brown and Lil Durk have stiffed him.

The producer is seeking his royalties from the song. “Til the Wheels Fall Off” has over 20 million streams on Spotify, so it’s safe to assume Foster is owed a nice chunk of change. This is not the first time Brown has been accused of “borrowing” from other songs.

Chris Brown’s Attorney Issues Statement, Calls Recent Lawsuit A “Setup”

Four men are accusing Chris Brown of assaulting them backstage after a show in Fort Worth, Texas. The alleged victims of the assault are seeking $50 million. Shortly after, a security guard at the concert filed a $15 million lawsuit of his own for alleged injuries. He also claims that Brown threw the first punch. However, Chris Brown’s attorney, Levi McCathern, says that the singer was not the aggressor in the situation.

“Why were these individuals even backstage anywhere near Chris’ dressing room?” McCathern asked in a statement obtained by TMZ. “Their sole purpose was to provoke him and his team, and to build a record for a lawsuit.” The attorney continued, “Most of us are not pop stars, so the only place we have to dress is our home, our personal space. Imagine what reaction YOU would have if someone invaded YOUR personal space with the singular goal of provoking difficulties? Even in this challenging circumstance, Chris never initiated physical contact with anyone.”

Chris Brown’s Attorney Speaks About Recent Lawsuits

McCathern claims one of the plaintiffs, who works as a personal injury attorney, approached Chris Brown after the July 20 concert and began provoking the singer. He deemed the men involved troublemakers with a “clear agenda. He argues that they are “are directly responsible for the situation that ensued.” The attorney’s statement concluded, “Chris was unjustly targeted in this incident. These individuals saw him as an opportunity for financial gain and should never have been permitted backstage in the first place. The whole episode was clearly a setup.”

The initial lawsuit filed against Chris Brown claims that after the show ended, Brown’s people invited plaintiffs Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush and Da Marcus Powell backstage. They were escorted, along with 40 other women, to a post-concert meetup. The plaintiffs say that they grew tired of waiting for Brown to come backstage. They started to leave, but had the chance to say goodbye to him on their way out. They claim that after the plaintiffs dapped up Brown, a member of Brown’s entourage yelled loudly, asking if Brown forgot that he and Bush “had beef.” Brown’s attitude reportedly changed, and he allegedly encouraged members of his entourage to beat up the plaintiffs. TMZ Hip-Hop adds that Chris Brown’s attorney believes a video of the incident exists, one that he believes will help his defense.

Chris Brown Sued By Security Guard Involved In Alleged Backstage Brawl, Fans React

Chris Brown was recently sued for upwards of $50 million. Overall, this lawsuit was also levied against none other than Yella Beezy. With the 11:11 Tour ongoing, Brown was accused of having four men beaten up backstage. As the story goes, the men were invited to VIP although once Brown recognized them, he allegedly had his guards go after them. Now, Brown is being hit with a second lawsuit in regards to the situation, although this one is from a security guard.

According to TMZ, Frederick R. Overpeck claims he was a security guard working backstage during the time of the alleged brawl. The 58-year-old says he ended up with a cracked vertebra and a messed up hip all because he tried to diffuse the situation. As he explains, one of Brown’s team members punched and kicked him during the ordeal. He also went on to describe the entire scene as some sort of “prison yard beat down.” Needless to say, some strong words indeed.

Chris Brown Sued Again

This is yet another setback for Brown on what has otherwise been a pretty successful tour. As fans explained over on The Neighborhood Talk, this is a concerning pattern. “It’s y’all defending him over this 58yo doing his job. Wild times,” one person wrote. “His fans just like the Barbs and the Beyhive. They don’t see no wrong in this man,” said another. Meanwhile, many of his fans were quick to defend him, claiming that these stories are being planted because his tour is doing well.

Be sure to let us know what you think about all of this, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that both of these lawsuits will ultimately go anywhere? What do you make of Chris Brown being accused of this sort of thing often? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. Chris Brown, Yella Beezy, And Live Nation Were Reportedly Named In A $50 Million Lawsuit Over A Supposed ’11:11 Tour’ Assault

Chris Brown is hot water. The “No Guidance” singer is currently traveling around the country for his 11:11 Tour, and while in Fort Worth, Texas, he was reportedly involved in a full-out brawl.

According to TMZ, Brown, members of his crew, including Yella Beezy and Sinko Ceej as Live Nation, have been named in a $50 million lawsuit. The documents obtained by the outlet allege that on July 20, the group physically assaulted four fans backstage at Dickies Arena.

The supposed victims (Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell) claimed that following Brown’s performance they were invited backstage. When they met up with Brown, they praised his performance earlier in the evening. But after a brief friendly exchange, things toured sour.

Bush said that a member of Brown’s team attempted to rile the entertainer up, recounting a supposed ongoing beef. He went on to say, they were immediately pounced on by up to ten people. An alleged assailant known as Hood Boss supposedly threw a chair, which struck him in the head. He also claimed Brown commanded Yella Beezy and others to join in on the alleged assault, which he says lasted 10 minutes.

In a statement, the attorney representing the alleged victims, Tony Buzbee, said each of the four men sustained severe injuries which required medical treatments. As of today (July 22), one of the supposed victims is still in the hospital.

The alleged victims have also reportedly filed for restraining orders against Brown, Yella Beezy, and Sinko Ceej.

Chris Brown Announces 'The 11:11 Tour' with Special Guests Ayra Starr and Muni Long

A meet and greet allegedly turned violent for four Texas men, who claim that they were attacked by members of Chris Brown’s entourage following an altercation backstage at Brown’s concert on Saturday night in Ft. Worth, Texas.

The four men (Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell) are suing Brown, Yella Beezy, Sinko Ceej, and Live Nation Entertainment for $50 million in damages as well as restraining orders against the performers. The plaintiffs argue that they suffered serious injuries that required hospitalization and one plaintiff remains hospitalized (although it is unclear which one it is).

While it is unclear what happened (various accounts have placed the men backstage at the concert with at least one having a verbal interaction), the defendants allege that Brown ordered the attack on them and that they were kicked, punched, and chased by members of Brown’s entourage.

Tony Buzbee, the Houston-based lawyer who is representing the four men, posted the following statement on his Instagram account on Monday (along with a picture of Brown in court from a previous trial):

On Saturday night in Ft. Worth, entertainer Chris Brown, along with his entourage, attacked and brutally beat several men who had just attended his concert. Multiple police reports have been made. At least one of the men beaten remains hospitalized. Chris Brown has a long history of violence. He has been arrested or accused of assault on at least ten occasions. Enough! The Buzbee Law Firm filed suit this morning on behalf of the four men brutalized this last weekend in the hope of obtaining justice for these victims and putting an end, once and for all, to Brown’s intolerable and thuggish behavior.

As of Monday afternoon, Brown had not publicly addressed the situation.

Brown was playing his second night in Ft. Worth as part of his 11:11 tour.

Chris Brown & Yella Beezy Sued For Assault After Fort Worth Concert

Chris Brown is once again catching heat. According to a new lawsuit, Brown allegedly orchestrated the assault of several men. According to legal documents first obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Brown, rapper Yella Beezy, Brown’s entourage lieutenant Sinko Ceej and Live Nation are all facing a lawsuit filed by the four alleged victims. The victims are seeking $50 million in damages.

Brown’s 11:11 Tour arrived at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX on Saturday, July 20. After the show ended, plaintiffs Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush and Da Marcus Powell claim Brown and his people invited them backstage and escorted them to an area, along with 40 other women, for a post-concert meetup. The plaintiffs say that they grew tired of waiting for Brown to come backstage, so they started to leave, but had the chance to say goodbye to him on their way out. They claim that after the plaintiffs dapped up Brown, a member of Brown’s entourage yelled loudly, asking if Brown forgot that he and Bush had beef. Brown’s attitude reportedly changed, and he allegedly encouraged members of his entourage to beat down Brown. Bush claims that 7-10 people surrounded him and began punching and kicking him.

Chris Brown & Yella Beezy Hit With Allegations

The plaintiffs also allege Chris Brown sent Yella Beezy and other friends to “f*ck up” Larry Parker, chasing him into a dead-end staircase with a locked door. Parker says Beezy and his associates punched and kicked him in his head for over 10 minutes. They also say that Brown encouraged his entourage to violently beat the plaintiffs. Their attorney Tony Buzbee says at least one of them remains hospitalized and vowed to bring Brown to justice. Buzbee previously represented the women who made claims of sexual misconduct against disgraced Cleveland Browns quarterback, Deshaun Watson. Watson settled those lawsuits out of court.

For Brown, this is the latest in a long series of legal troubles. The domestic violence case against pop superstar Rihanna is the most famous example. However, it is far from the only trouble with the law that Brown’s found himself in over the years. Yella Beezy was arrested and charged for sexual assault and child endangerment in 2022. However, Dallas authorities dropped those charges soon after. Brown’s team is yet to comment on the new lawsuit.

Summer Walker Denies Dating Lil Meech After Attending Show With His Mom

Summer Walker had a busy Sunday. On July 14, the singer attended the Atlanta leg of Chris Brown’s 11:11 tour. She posed with Brown for photos before the show, but the meeting of two stars was not the central focus. Instead, fans were fascinated by who Walker was seen with. She went to the show with Latarra Eutsey, the mother of rapper Lil Meech. Summer Walker had romantic ties to Lil Meech in the past, so fans naturally assumed the familial link up meant that they were back on.

One eagle-eyed Instagram user pointed Eutsey out in Summer Walker’s photos. They wrote “Lil Meech’s mom in the background.” The comment evidently rubbed the singer the wrong way, as she quickly typed a response. According to Walker, the night out with Eutsey was not as revelatory as fans think it was. “Just because you think 2+2 is 4, its not,” she wrote back. “Its 5.” Despite Walker’s assertion that there isn’t anything going on, fans continued to speculate in the comment section. Some theorized that the singer was simply friends with Eutsey, while others felt that the singer was hiding the fact that she is back together with Lil Meech.

Summer Walker Has Dated Meech Intermittently Since 2023

Summer Walker and Meech had a fling back in April 2023. The former confirmed that they were seeing each during an appearance on The Shade Room podcast Caresha Please. However, things seemingly fell apart in July. Walker didn’t mention any names, but she did post cryptic messages alluding a breakup on her Instagram. “Tried my best to be jayda wayda but I couldn’t,” she explained. “I couldn’t. It was cute though, I wish him the best.” In a separate post, Summer Walker implied that Lil Meech was unfaithful. “Can’t do that cheatin’ stuff,” she added.

The internet was confused, subsequently, when Walker and Meech went to a pumpkin patch together in October 2023. Things made a bit more sense the following month, when Walker confirmed that she and Meech were back together. They even posted a photo of Walker kissing the rapper on the cheek. Things went up in flames once more, however, in March 2024. The singer told The Shade Room that her and Lil Meech had once again gone their “separate ways.” It appears as though the story is far from over.

Chris Brown Shares Videos Of Alleged Stalker Making Death Threats: Watch

Chris Brown has been famous for twenty years. He’s one of the best-selling artists of all time, so it stands to reason that he would be a particularly passionate fanbase. Unfortunately, some fans take things too far. Brown shared videos of an alleged stalker on July 9th. The video sees the stalker make reference to members of Brown’s dance team, and the singer does not attempt to hide his concern. “I’m not tryna be mean at all,” he wrote. “But this sh*t is scary!”

The videos get increasingly more intense. The alleged stalker claim that they had an incident with one of Chris Brown’s backup dancers during a show in 2023. It’s innocuous at first, but things take a hard turn when the stalker claims that they understand why people bring guns into shows. “Man, wait til I get my money right,” they said. “If I gotta join a gang, if I gotta do some sh*t I don’t care.” The stalker then flat out states that they want to kill the dancer they were referring to. “Where can I legally kill, because I’m coming for you,” they added. “As soon as I can. Might be twenty years from now.”

After idealizing the day that they can “legally kill,” the alleged stalker went on to cite a particular instance at a Chris Brown show where security approached them. This is where the alleged stalker gets especially agitated and begins yelling at the camera. “Bust a move,” they urged. “Bust a f*cking move.” The footage compiled by No Jumper includes a police mugshot of the alleged stalker, with claims that they previously served time for assault and battery in Florida. There’s also a photo of the person with Chris Brown at what appears to be a meet-and-greet event.

The final video that Chris Brown posted on his Instagram sees the alleged stalker being barred from pop-up meet-and-greets. The R&B singer is understandably spooked by what he’s seen. That said, he’s dealt with stalkers in the past. In 2022, an alleged stalker drove a White Tesla onto Brown’s property and crashed into a truck. The singer confirmed the bizarre incident on social media. “Another stalker,” he wrote. “This time these folks done ran into somebody sh*t. Look like the Hulk just placed this truck on top this Tesla.”
