Boosie Badazz Angers Woman At Hawks Game Due To His Massive Chain

Boosie Badazz is the Atlanta Hawks’ number one celebrity fan, as he’s always courtside for the NBA team’s games. During his most recent visit, he rocked a diamond-encrusted rose gold Jesus piece with some Cuban chains to match, which caught the attention of a particularly angered female fan. Moreover, the Baton Rouge rapper hit Instagram up on Wednesday (April 10) to speak on an interaction with a woman who wasn’t a fan of his jewelry. As expected, he took a pretty comical stance on the matter and injected his signature brand of unabashed and unfiltered personality in his recounting of events.

“Lady at the game asked me why did I do that to Jesus,” Boosie told the camera from his courtside seat. “She said, ‘Jesus is not going to like that.’ I told her I’m showing everybody to give them the glory. She said, ‘I don’t think Jesus is going to like that.’ I differ! I’m going to wear my Bible piece next time, see what you’re going to say.” Given his recent defense of R. Kelly, this definitely ended up being one of the more innocuous and light headlines to pop up surrounding him.

Boosie Badazz Brushes Off Jesus Piece Criticism At Hawks Game: Watch

Speaking of Boosie’s relationship with basketball, he recently apologized for racially charged comments against LSU player Hailey Van Lith. “Our white girl was scared to death of [Caitlin] Clark,” he had expressed about her. “Why was she guarding her in the first place? We gotta do some serious recruiting next year.” “Hey, I want to apologize to Hailey Van Lith,” the 41-year-old expressed with regret after backlash to this statement. “That’s my bad. I got in my feelings, I really wanted y’all to win, man. I apologize to you and to LSUI mean, that’s all I can say, I got in my feelings. Really wanted y’all to beat Iowa.”

Meanwhile, despite this Jesus piece incident, he’s by no means shy about clowning someone else for the optics of their choices, such as when he caught his son thirsting over Latto. We can surely expect at least one more notable antic or development before the NBA season wraps up for the Hawks. In fact, we can only dream of what could go down next season. Terrell Owens’ Alleged Assailant Hit With Two Felonies: Report

Nearly five months later, Terrell Owens has some important news regarding his alleged attacker, Wonzur Ratcliff. If you remember, back in October the now NFL Hall-of-Famer was participating in an organized but semi-casual basketball game in Calabasas, California. According to reports, T.O. and Wonzur got into a heated argument during their time on the court. However, these things usually happen when you have competitive people going against each other in a physical sport. But, things took a turn for the worst afterwards. Police said that Ratcliff got so upset that he got into his vehicle and took down the former pro athlete at the knees. Now, Terrell Owens attacker has just been charged with two felonies.

According to TMZ Sports, they are felony assault charges with a deadly weapon. At the time of wild incident, Owens was not in need of any medical assistance, thankfully. For the time being, Ratcliff does not have a court date set in place. Hopefully though, we will find out more information in the next couple of days, or weeks at the latest.

Owens has really never engaged in addressing this ordeal outright. However, he did throw some subliminal shots on his Instagram. In the post above, which was uploaded two days following the event, he was able to find some humor in all of it. “ABOUT LAST NIGHT… *I do not own rights to music* BUT I DO HAVE A RIGHT TO PROTECT MYSELF. *hope the car is ok!!!”

What are your thoughts on Terrell Owens alleged attack getting hit with two felonies? Do you think he should have gotten a heavier punishment? Will Terrell speak out about this or remain silent, and why? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. Drake & Adonis Sit Courtside At NBA Game, Father & Son Watch Heat Versus Knicks

Drake and his son Adonis Graham are big hoopers, and they’ve popped out a couple of times for a courtside spot during the NBA 2023-2024 season. Most recently, they hit up the Miami Heat and New York Knicks’ showdown at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Both teams are doing pretty well in the Eastern Conference, and fans might recall their playoff showdown last year, which the Heat emerged victorious from. Furthermore, many fans might predict the same outcome this season, although there’s so much parity in the league that these predictions are no less exciting to see succeed or fail.

Back to our For All The Dogs superstars, though, it seems like Drake thinks that his son could be a star player on the court one day. Moreover, he recently took some Instagram with some pics of Adonis playing basketball, which he captioned with “Leaving these here until the 2036 draft.” Overall, it’s wholesome to see a father motivate his child in this way, especially when Drizzy could easily be doing this for a musical career instead. Well, Adonis does have that verse on “Daylight” from his pops’ aforementioned 2023 album (which he drew the cover for, apparently), so perhaps the Grahams are just covering as many bases as possible.

Drake & His Son, Adonis Graham, At MSG

Regardless, whether the six-year-old becomes the next rap superstar, a stellar shooting guard, or a plumber, Drake will always be here to celebrate him. In fact, it’s odd to think that he once kept him a secret from the world given how much he expresses his pride in him. For example, the Toronto MC’s Christmas post paid homage to all the love he shows Adonis and his mother Sandi, and even got a live singer to perform for them in his residence. When your dad is one of the biggest artists in the world, you can always expect him to show out for you.

Meanwhile, that also translates into their commercial opportunities, such as their promo ad for NOCTA’s Air Force 1 Low campaign. Perhaps all this time in the spotlight isn’t the best for Adonis, but hopefully he truly feels seen more often than not. After all, it’s a lot of pressure when your dad wants you as a top pick in the NBA Draft. For more news and the latest updates on Drake, log back into HNHH.

Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Create Distance At Their Son Saint’s Basketball Game

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian may not see eye to eye on much these days, but they are still committed to maintaining somewhat of a coparenting relationship. Moreover, the two recently went to their son Saint’s basketball game in Los Angeles on Friday night (January 19). While the model and business mogul went with their daughter Chicago, Ye didn’t seem accompanied in new pictures obtained by TMZ of their interaction. Chicago had a moment to speak to her dad and they had a laugh, but she and Kim sat a few empty seats apart from him for their time together.

Furthermore, keeping up this partnership is a very difficult task, especially given all of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s problems over the years. However, during a recent interview with GQ, she spoke on how she talks through their divorce process with their children, and how they are always a priority. “Ultimately, what matters is that kids feel loved and heard,” the 43-year-old expressed. “You want to be sensitive because they’re just kids, and it’s hard to go through no matter what age. You have to make sure that you only go to a level that they can understand. It’s okay to show a vulnerable side. You never go to a negative side.”

Meanwhile, Kanye West’s controversial antics and often bigoted suggestions certainly don’t make this process any easier. It was already tough to reckon with the interpersonal rifts of his bond with Kim Kardashian, something that he made a wildly public process. Despite that, the 46-year-old still seems to maintain a good relationship with his children, at least from what we can see from events like these. After all, North West is a feature on his new album, and hopefully both of them have their kids’ best interests at heart.

In other news, their daughter Chicago recently celebrated her birthday with a Bratz-themed bash that her mother put together. This family, even with all these issues, always seems to support each other, unless you’re historically talking about Kim and Ye. But hopefully one day, if the Yeezy mogul gets his act together, they can all support each other to the fullest. Peep pictures on Kanye West and Kim Kardashian at their son’s basketball game with the “Via” link below. For more news and the latest updates on the West-Kardashian family, come back to HNHH.

Kanye West & Khloe Kardashian Hug It Out At Saint’s Basketball Game

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have been divorced for a couple of years now. Overall, it is pretty clear that a reconciliation will never happen. Although they may be friendly, they probably won’t be back together. Besides, Ye is currently in a happy marriage with none other than Bianca Censori. As for Kim, well, she is mostly keeping her relationship status under wraps. At times, she has teased a new man, however, she hasn’t actually made anything official. Either way, the fans remain invested.

Despite being divorced, the two are still tied forever thanks to their four children. The second oldest of their children, Saint, is a basketball player. Over the weekend, he had a game in Los Angeles, and Ye was there to watch it take place. Additionally, Khloe Kardashian was also at the game. She attended the match with her daughter True as well as her niece Dream. Needless to say, she was there for Saint who got to show off his skills to his adoring cousins.

According to Page Six, Kanye and Khloe Kardashian actually shared a hug at one point. Overall, this is certainly a good sign as it means there aren’t any hard feelings being harbored right now. Having said that, it doesn’t appear as though Kim was in attendance. Had she been, it would have been interesting to see the dynamic between herself and Ye.

Ben Simmons Is Taken Back By Superfan’s Tattoo Of Himself: Watch

The Brooklyn Nets, like the rest of the NBA, are just a week away from tipping off their 2023-2024 campaign. The preseason will be wrapping up before October 24 and the Nets have one more warmup before the real games begin. While the team might not be in contention to reach the NBA Finals this time, the playoffs are still a realistic goal. Brooklyn has many solid players on their roster. Mikal Bridges will be a name to watch as a potential all-star as he is now the focal point. However, one of the names that the media will have under a constant microscope is Ben Simmons.

Ever since his mental collapse in the 2021 East Semi-Finals against the Atlanta Hawks, Ben has been a shell of himself. He still has plenty to prove, even at this point in his career. The former number-one overall pick does not have LeBron James-like expectations, but he needs to prove that he can still be playable and make some sort of impact. Ben has been subject to many jokes, but there are still plenty of people out there who love watching him play.

Ben Simmons Is Stunned By The Fan’s Ink

Just take a look at this superfan in the video above. The Nets squared off against Simmons’ former team, the Philadelphia 76ers. Ben posted eight points, six rebounds, and nine assists in 29 minutes in a 127-119 loss. It is hard to tell if this clip is before or after the game, but Ben is greeting some fans and one is really excited to meet him. He shows off his tattoo that is Ben Simmons and his reaction is priceless. For the commitment, he gave the fan a shirt and he was ecstatic.

What are your initial thoughts on Ben Simmons’ reaction to the superfan’s tattoo of himself? Do you think Ben had an appropriate reaction, or was he coming across as arrogant to you? How do you think he will play this season? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below. Lamar Odom Considering Coaching At His Alma Matter

Lamar Odom is potentially about to become the head coach for his former New York High School, according to a TMZ source. He has been in talks with Redemption Christian Academy, located in Troy, NY. The former L.A. Laker power forward is seriously considering the position after he reportedly reached out to the school back in June acquiring about the current head coach. School faculty asked if he would be willing to take up the position, in which he would start in August and coach for four months during winter basketball season.

Redemption Christian Academy is where Lamar Odom played for his senior high school year. Parade Magazine named him the National Player of the Year for that season, where he put up a gaudy average stat line of 25 points, 17 rebounds, 12 assists, and five blocks. He also went to the McDonald’s All-American game that year and was invited to the 1997 Magic Johnson Roundball Classic. He then was drafted by the L.A. Clippers with the fourth overall pick in 1999.

Lamar Odom & His Potential Coaching Prowess

Odom’s NBA career took a lot of twists and turns, both on and off the court. He played for four teams and with the Clippers twice to begin and end his time in the National Basketball Association. In the middle, he played the majority of his career in Los Angeles but as a Laker. In the purple-and-gold, Lamar Odom won two NBA Championships in 2009 and 2010, as well as a Sixth Man of the Year award in 2011. He was the first Laker to ever win that bench honor.

Lamar played in Europe and Dubai to end his professional basketball days. He played one game in the original Big3 season but was deactivated by the league after an abysmal performance. Despite the fizzling out at the end, Odom was a solid role player for over a decade in the NBA. Sources from TMZ say the school has given Lamar only a few weeks to decide whether he wants to coach at his alma matter. If he opts in, he’ll move to New York for the season. He’s also looking to continue with his business degree, which would help with his Odom Recovery Group.

Offset’s Basketball Skills

Aside from working on his basketball moves, Offset has also been working on his upcoming album. Last month, he revealed to Variety that the album will feature a track with his late Migos collaborator, Takeoff. He recently got a tattoo of Takeoff on his back, in memory of the rapper who was shot and killed in 2022. “It’s my favorite picture of him,” he said about the tribute, “I like it because he had his glasses off.” He also opened up about his relationship with Cardi B, revealing that the rapper inspired him to lay off of drugs. “I put down lean. I was drinking my whole career,” he shared. “It opened my mind up, but I never thought it helped me create. I feel like getting past that, cleaning up, and putting that message out.”

No release date for the LP has been confirmed yet, however, he tells fans that they can expect to hear it sometime this summer. Cam’Ron Defends Not Passing To Ma$e in 1992 Basketball Game

Cam’Ron and Ma$e are old friends. In fact, their friendship can be traced all the way back to high school. During those formative years, the two played varsity basketball at Manhattan Center High School. However, in one 1992 game, Cam’Ron declined to pass with 4.1 seconds left, instead unsuccessfully attempting the game-winning shot himself.

Why are we talking about this? Because apparently, Ma$e is still a little salty about this moment. Ma$e believes that Cam’Ron should have passed. Additionally, footage of the two of them discussing whether Cam’Ron should have dished out the assist was posted to the It Is What It Is Instagram page, sparking a debate amongst the fans as well.

Cam’Ron Defends Shot-Taking Decision

Cam’Ron posted a clip of him and his It Is What It Is co-host debating whether Cam’Ron should have passed during a 1992 Public School Athletics League basketball game. Cam’Ron’s post included the caption, “Everyone said I shoulda passed to murder @rsvpmase on the @itiswhatitis_talk page, ok fine let me state my case. I make that shot our careers woulda been over at this point in life Lol. Now Look we getting more money then ever. 🤷🏾‍♂️ and it was only 4.1 seconds when I got the rebound. What y’all think? 🤦🏾‍♂️.”

Furthermore, Cam’Ron went in to play-by-play mode to explain why he didn’t pass. “Behind the back, nah I ain’t goin’ that way. Lose it, get it back, and 1. Ah! Tough! I come around right here. Dish. ‘Bout my eighth assist of the game. Mid-range game, yeah. So right here, it’s Four point two seconds left. I don’t know I’m getting the rebound. Four seconds left. Corey Wright misses, it bounces off front rim. I get it, look, four, three, two, one, I don’t see nobody to pass. Murda mad at me. He throw a tantrum. I was hot. Now look, I make that shot, that means you go to college, I go to college, we go to the league overseas, whatever. Our career would have been over! You wouldn’t have sold 10 million records, I wouldn’t have sold the records. I think I made the right choice. Hit or miss. He still mad at me about this shit. Till this day! Murda we still professionals!”

Best Basketball Movies of All Time, From “He Got Game” To “Space Jam”

Basketball is truly an enthralling sport, captivating the interest of players, fans, and filmmakers alike. Being one of the most popular sports of the modern era, basketball has inspired awe-inspiring stories. The tales are firmly rooted in culture and tradition. Basketball’s most significant moments, from high-stakes competition to underdog narratives, can be found on the court and enshrined on the silver screen. Hollywood capitalizes on these remarkable tales of hard work, passion, and determination to create blockbuster productions. From award-winning classics to heartwarming dramas, basketball-centered films always promises a good story that will draw audiences in and make them stay. Here are (arguably) the best basketball movies of all time.

7. Sunset Park (1996)

Gather around for the beloved chant of Sunset Park. Springing from the minds and voices of teenagers in the late 1990s, this mantra has become a nostalgic reminder of times gone by. Featuring Rhea Perlman, Fredro Starr, and future Oscar-nominee Terrance Howard, this film offers an insightful look into the on-court dynamics of a high school basketball team composed of misfits.
Upon the arrival of new coach Phyllis Saroka, the players initially met her presence with skepticism. However, they eventually understood that she was just as much their parent as their coach. With a combination of humor and heartwarming moments, Sunset Park offers a thought-provoking examination of the strong bond between a coach and a student.

6. Space Jam (1996)

Harking back to the ‘90s, many a childhood was graced by the beloved classic film Space Jam. Frothy with fun and frivolity, the show catapulted basketball icon Michael Jordan into a world of cartoon legends and pitted them against the formidable Monstars. The game reached a crescendo with the unforgettable opening track by Quad City DJs, providing viewers with an exhilarating and nostalgic experience. Few films can rival this joyous romp through space and time, reminding us that it’s often more important to have a good time than to adhere to facts.

5. The Way Back (2020)

Starring Ben Affleck, The Way Back is a poignant tale of grief, hope, and resilience. Jack’s descent into despair is arrested by an offer to coach basketball at his former school, supported by his assistant coach Dan (Al Madrigal) and wife Angela (Janina Gavankar). Yet Jack’s journey back from the brink isn’t without challenges, culminating in a powerful confrontation of anguish and redemption. Affleck delivers a stellar performance that shows how powerful small moments of courage can be in the best basketball movies.

4. White Men Can’t Jump (1992)

Starring Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes, White Men Can’t Jump is a hilariously entertaining movie that follows an unlikely duo. While comedy takes center stage, Harrelson and Snipes deliver remarkable displays of basketball prowess that grace the audience. His partner in crime, Sidney Deane (Snipes), sees beyond this misconception and encourages the pair to use their skills for money. As their friendship builds, so does their success in pick-up games throughout the metropolis. The film dives into the bond between two men of different backgrounds, connected by their love of basketball and financial struggles. While comedy takes center stage, the audience is also graced with remarkable displays of basketball prowess.

3. Hoop Dreams (1994)

Two teenagers from Chicago’s south side had a dream: to make it big in basketball no matter what. Caught between two worlds of luxury and necessity, William Gates attended a wealthy private school while Arthur Agee was obliged to enroll in the local public one. Struggling against the odds, they faced serious obstacles, be it poor grades, drug-addicted parents, or tragic losses on their way to success. This film reveals this harsh reality and shows the significance of basketball in these inner-city lives.

2. He Got Game (1996)

Jesse Shuttlesworth’s joy of basketball began while watching his father, Jake, play. However, when Jesse became a highly sought-after high school prospect, Jake had an idea. It would earn him an early release from prison if he could convince Jesse to attend the governor’s alma mater. The tension between the two was palpable on-screen. In the end, Denzel Washington’s impressive skills were showcased through a real-time game of one-on-one, which determined their reconciliation. Overall, He Got Game takes us on an emotionally-driven journey between two people bound by love and hardship.

1. Hoosiers (1986)

Crafted with cinematic brilliance, Hoosiers deserves its place amongst the best basketball movies ever. Set in Indiana, home to one of basketball’s birthplaces, this celebrated tale focuses on a humble small town and its attempt to defy expectations and claim a state title. Hackman’s remarkable portrayal of a coach adeptly elucidated the team’s tribulations. Hoosiers paint an indelible portrait of how our toughest battles often occur away from the playing field.
