Tekashi 69’s past legal troubles in the Dominican Republic are reportedly traveling with him to the US. According to TMZ, the “Yaya” rapper has been hit with an alarming lawsuit.

The outlet claims that Tekashi 69 (real name Daniel Hernandez) is being sued by his ex-girlfriend Yailin La Más Viral. In documents obtained by TMZ, the reggaeton singer (real name Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz) alleged that during their relationship she endured physical, sexual, emotional, and financial abuse. Yailin La Más Viral also alleged that Tekashi 69 distributed ‘revenge porn’ in the form of photos and video on X (formerly Twitter) after she ended the relationship in August 2024.

Later in the filing, Yailin La Más Viral alleged that during their relationship Tekashi 69 drugged and abused her. She also claimed that he “stole hundreds of thousands of dollars” from her “to fund his own luxury expenses.” Lastly, Yailin La Más Viral argued that Tekashi 69 “manipulated, shamed, and coerced her to undergo unnecessary plastic surgery and other cosmetic procedures.”

Yailin La Más Viral is seeking $1 million in damages. In addition to the financial damages, Yailin La Más Viral is asking the courts to prevent Tekashi 69 from uploading any more explicit images or videos of her online.

Tekashi 69 slammed Yailin La Más Viral’s accusations as lies in a statement to TMZ. “All that jewelry is mine,” he said. “That car she’s riding in I bought. The penthouse she got in the Dominican Republic I bought. I took care of her family and daughter. When I met her she had 2-month-old baby, I put pampers and food on the table for them.”

Young Thug Seemingly Calls Mariah The Scientist Mid-Interview, But Fans Are Skeptical

Mariah The Scientist and Latto spilled some relationship tea on both ends during their appearance-slash-interview on Angel Reese’s podcast. However, one of the most notable moments of the whole thing was when they seemingly manifested the guest appearance of one of the boos in question. Moreover, Young Thug apparently called Mariah from prison mid-conversation. While it was a wholesome moment – albeit a “ghetto” one according to the singer – some fans in the comments section of the post below (and online in general) expressed skepticism over their relationship and what their bond is actually like. Also, they took the opportunity to offer their unprompted views of their bond.

Nevertheless here’s what Mariah The Scientist had to say about Young Thug during this podcast appearance. “So, I be going to court…” she remarked when asked if she finds it hard to connect with him amid his RICO case, acknowledging that it can feel like a long-distance relationship. “Sometimes I fall asleep in there. But I just go to [breathe] his air. […] He’s been locked up now for longer than we was in a relationship before he got locked up.”

Mariah The Scientist Gets A Call From Young Thug

“FYI, I see what y’all be saying…” Mariah The Scientist elaborated in a Shade Room comments section when their post about her comments had folks criticizing their relationship. “Nobody wakes up and hopes to have to see somebody they love in court or at a jail every day. Just chill on the judgement. Maybe u would understand if u were in my shoes but I won’t wish that on you. In fact, I’m very optimistic for my own situation.” However, a lot of fans raised their eyebrows recently when a random woman posted a very loving tribute to Thugger online, which led them to believe that he’s got a side chick.

Still, Young Thug did post Mariah The Scientist on Instagram in a pretty lustful way shortly after this speculation broke, so it seems like he wanted to make his commitment clear. As for their relationship dynamics, who are we to judge? All we can hope for is that his legal situation clears up and continues to develop in a fair and speedy manner.

Kimora Lee Tags Russell Simmons In Mysterious Instagram Post Amid Legal Battle

Russell Simmons is still battling his ex Kimora Lee in court on accusations that she stole money from him to bail her ex-husband out. This is just one of the many legal troubles he faces these days following a litany of sexual assault and harassment allegations against him over the years. But Kimora isn’t done with the music executive yet, as she randomly tagged him in an Instagram Story. No picture, no caption, nothing: just his tag on a black screen. Moreover, some fans theorize that she’s just trying to get his attention and reach out to communicate, whereas others feel like she could make a claim or allegations about this whole process.

“I have never spoken to a policeman about anything,” Russell Simmons said of people still in contact with him, although it’s more in the context of his supporters than his detractors amid this process. “I have never spoken to a judge, civil or criminal, about anything. From what I can tell, Joe Biden, Bill Clinton, President Trump, all have more credible claims against them than I do. Knock it off. I love you, I just don’t want my friends attacked. I wish you all the best, but just leave my friends alone. Don’t attack them for visiting me.”

Why Did Kimora Lee Tag Russell Simmons?

As such, some folks will probably criticize Kimora Lee for even reaching out, but this is far too vague to make heads or tails of. Another big controversy around the family that she and Russell Simmons had to address was their daughter’s age gap relationship. “I don’t think she ‘had’ an anything,” Kimora said of Aoki. “I think that was just… She’s a young pretty girl, and you know, I think that we don’t think that the toads that we may kiss [are] gonna be like broadcasted… I personally feel a little bit like she was set up, which is why I try to teach the girls.”

Meanwhile, Diddy’s ex bodyguard recently claimed that Russell Simmons influenced his lifestyle. Considering the many harrowing accusations against both men, it’s probably not a very flattering comparison for either music mogul to receive.

Young Dolph Murder Trial’s Jury Has Been Selected Amid Trial Controversy

The trial for the murder of Young Dolph will officially begin on Monday (September 23), as the court finally seated a jury for the proceedings. Moreover, this news comes from an ABC24 Memphis report from Friday (September 20) that indicates the three men suspected of planning and carrying out the attack will face trial in the Shelby Country Courthouse in Tennessee. Judge Jennifer Mitchell will oversee the trial of the alleged gunmen, Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith, whereas the alleged mastermind Hernandez Govan will face trial on the same day. But this new report is a big change from what we last heard about this case.

For those unaware, prosecutors previously indicated that only Johnson would stand trial on Monday, which left many confused and outraged. As such, it’s still a bit unclear whether or not this new report from ABC24 Memphis confirms that the court changed their approach, or if it’s just a missing piece of information that we’ve yet to clarify. Either way, we will find out what’s going on and who will face trial soon enough. Given that some suspects in the murder of Young Dolph have different charges, this could suggest why authorities seemingly went back and forth in their procedures.

Young Dolph Murder Trial Selects Its Jury

In addition, prosecutors refused to explain why Johnson was the only one who was going to stand trial on Monday due to a risk of compromising an active investigation. We haven’t heard anything about that probe, so we could simply assume that they will have all three defendants on trial on Monday. Young Dolph’s alleged killers, Johnson and Smith, face first-degree murder charges and other related felonies. Govan, who allegedly planned the hit, also received a conspiracy to commit first-degree murder charge.

Meanwhile, a fourth suspect in the Young Dolph case – Johnson’s brother Jermarcus – pleaded guilty to three counts of accessory after the fact and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder charges. Some folks believe that he will testify against his colleagues in court, but we’ll have to wait and see. Elsewhere, Dolph’s loved ones and fans continue to keep his spirit alive passionately and with great dedication.
Rest In Peace Young Dolph.

Gunna Reacts To His Feature On Future’s Project Being Axed

Heading into this weekend, Future had most of the hip-hop community’s ears due to his MIXTAPE PLUTO project arriving. It’s here as of yesterday, September 20, and it’s his third release of 2024. With a title such as this one, fans were looking forward to hearing that sort of Future again. So far, a lot of listeners are pretty pleased with the results. However, there are some out there who a little let down. Leading up to it, there was some real hope that Future would include the contributions of Gunna and Travis Scott.

“SOUTH OF FRANCE” (Travis) and “TOLD MY” (Gunna) were the respective cuts to have said guest appearances. But for whatever reason, the 17-song LP is feature-less. Some were respecting the decision, feeling that he was tailoring this project to his OG fans or just didn’t feel they were necessary enough. But as we said, there is quite a bit of frustration on the internet. “Future album got no features and he think we listening i’m f***ing crying”, one X user says.

So far, Travis Scott has not reacted to this development. Given that they were just working on a handful of songs off of WE DON’T TRUST YOU, things are most likely solid there. However, Gunna is seemingly addressing it after 24 hours, but he doesn’t seem as affected by it as people may try and make it out to be. “It’s not personal it’s just business”, he wrote on an IG story according to a repost from DJ Akademiks. For a little while, there relationship has been a little rocky perhaps due to the Young Thug and YSL trial debacle. But if Gunna is being candid and is actually referring to the Future feature, things look to be on the up and up.

What are your thoughts on Gunna seemingly reacting to his feature on Future’s MIXTAPE PLUTO being removed? Do you think he’s upset or is he being understanding? Are you disappointed in the project, why or why not? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Future and Gunna. Finally, stay with us for everything else going on in the music world.

Steve Stoute Claims Drake Turned Super Bowl Down Twice, But Defends Jay-Z

Steve Stoute was the most recent guest on The Pivot podcast, where he and the co-hosts discussed a lot of business topics and their overlap with the music industry and other entertainment businesses. Of course, they had to touch on the Super Bowl halftime show controversy at some point, with some still arguing between Kendrick Lamar and Lil Wayne. However, Stoute focused instead on the rumors that Drake turned down the headlining slot in the past, and also defended Jay-Z’s decision-making and what he perceives as selflessness in the way that he handles the selection process.

“I will confirm: Drake was offered the Super Bowl twice,” Steve Stoute began. “Drake did turn down the Super Bowl twice. And I’m sure if Drake would’ve said yes, he would’ve brought Lil Wayne out at some point, right? He probably would’ve brought out Nicki, which is probably why she’s upset because she’s not on the stage. But Drake turned it down twice. So, like, this, ‘the NFL, somebody spoke to’ – No. He turned it down twice, which is fine. He didn’t want to do it.

Steve Stoute Speaks On Drake, Jay-Z & The Super Bowl Halftime Show

“But nobody’s going to say, ‘Damn, why’d you turn it down? You could’ve got Lil Wayne on.’ Right?” Steve Stoute continued. “Nobody’s going to connect that dot. The other thing that no one seems to think about is why isn’t Jay-Z picking himself? Like, he’s not even being selfish about it for himself. Why isn’t somebody saying, ‘Man, you know what, he’s actually making a decision based on what he thinks the best performance is at the right time, music, et cetera’? Because he’s not even using this moment to satisfy himself.

“He has a catalog. He can rock. He’s nice. He’s not even choosing himself,” Steve Stoute concluded. “To me, that should be celebrated. That he’s not being selfish and he’s helping these artists and giving them what they deserve. And not being selfish about it and choosing only, you know, Roc Nation acts or himself. Because if it was just that, I could understand it. But for it to come down like this is just… To me, this s**t is corny. And it makes the hip-hop community, the Black community… It leaves a stain.”
