Cardi B Leaks NSFW Text Messages With Offset Amidst IG Meltdown

The back-and-forth keeps getting worse. Cardi B and Offset spent the entirety of Wednesday evening tearing each other down on social media. The rappers/former spouses laid into each other about their respective infidelities. Offset accused Cardi B of cheating on him while she was pregnant with his kid, while the latter accused him of being a hypocrite due to his own cheating. Cardi B went on multiple IG Live rants throughout the night. Then, she resorted to posting text messages on her timeline.

There’s some context needed for the text messages to really click. Cardi B dismissed Offset’s casual attitude towards her by claiming he texts her nonstop. She got specific with this claim. So specific, in fact, she detailed an instance in which she was tried to block Offset on Instagram. “Coming from the same one that had to DM me all weekend,” she wrote. “Crashing out because he was blocked.” This caused Offset to fire back. The Migos rapper claimed that he doesn’t want anything to do with her. He also stated that he already “won” the argument because Cardi B is his “bm,” or baby mama.

Cardi B Posted Sexually Explicit Screenshots

Cardi B didn’t like that, apparently. She decided to up the ante and post text messages between her and Offset. The dates aren’t given, but the exchange does appear to support Cardi’s side of the story. Offset asks the rapper whether she still wants him. “Not really,” Cardi says in response. Offset then states that he will leave her alone before wishing her a good night. A period of time passes, and Offset seemingly takes a more blunt approach. In a NSFW exchange, the Migos rapper appears to ask Cardi B if he can “j*ck off” while she’s on the phone.

Cardi posted the screenshot while mockingly quoting Offset’s earlier insult. “Everybody can see I don’t want you,” she wrote. “Face a*s boy please.” It’s difficult to imagine this Instagram confrontation lasting much longer. Cardi and Offset have shown that they’re willing to embarrass the other person in front of fans. That said, this is a new level of sharing or rather, over-sharing. Hopefully the co-parents decide to set their differences aside. At this point in the feud, neither Cardi nor Offset appear the victor.

Suge Knight Alleges That JAY-Z And Dr Dre Knew About Diddy’s Crimes

Suge Knight and Diddy were polar opposites in the 1990s. The former was the head honcho for Death Row Records on the West Coast. The latter spearheaded Bad Boy Records on the East Coast. They were enemies, and there has been no love lost between them in subsequent decades. Suge Knight and Diddy have succumbed to similar fates in recent years, however. Knight is behind bars, and Diddy is locked up while he awaits a criminal trial. The irony is not lost on Knight, who went on News Nation to discuss what he suggested was an open secret in hip hop.

Suge Knight has watched Diddy rub shoulders with some of the biggest names in music since the 90s. Some of these artists include people that Knight worked with on Death Row Records, like Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre. The former label boss alleged that none of the people who were friendly with Diddy have spoken up, however, because they know he’s guilty. Suge Knight didn’t tip toe around the topic, either. He referenced some of the biggest rappers in the game by name, including his former associates.

Suge Knight Also Criticized Russell Simmons

“Facts is there,” Knight told News Nation host Chris Cuomo. “Where we’re at now, I don’t care if it’s T.I., I don’t care if it’s Rick Ross, I don’t care if it’s Jay.” The convict went on to name other artists on the West Coast with Diddy affiliations. “I don’t care if it’s Snoop, I don’t care if it’s Game, I don’t care if it’s Dre,” he added. “Nobody stepping up on the fact that you know what’s going on.” The name game didn’t stop at musicians, either. Suge Knight proceeded to call out other industry figures who field power.

The Death Row co-founder alleged that people like Clive Davis, Jimmy Iovine and Russell Simmons are also engaging in criminal behavior behind the scenes. This is not the first time that parallels between the Bad Boy founder and icons like Davis and Simmons. Diddy’s former bodyguard, Gene Deal, told The Art of Dialogue that both men served as influences on his employer’s lifestyle. “They was heavy into beating women, and doing things at that crazy stage,” Deal claimed. “That’s gonna make him think that he can get away with the same thing.”

Steve Lacy Teases Kendrick Lamar Collab On His Upcoming Album

Steve Lacy is a bona fide star. The singer and songwriter broke out with “Bad Habit” in 2022. That said, he’s been dropping quality songs since his first single in 2015. Lacy is gearing up to release his third studio album, and he discussed the creative process during an interview with Fantastic Man. He shed light on how many songs he’s recorded, and which artists might appear on the album alongside him. Lacy told the outlet that one artist towers over the other when it comes to securing a feature. Who? Kendrick Lamar, of course.

Steve Lacy told the outlet that he’s compelled to find artists with eccentricities. He’s drawn to those who can tease out different elements of his own musicality. “I’m moved by what’s weird,” the singer asserted. “It’s almost like I hear them, and I think, I need to call this person.” It was during this point in the interview that Steve Lacy singled out Kendrick Lamar as an example. “I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want a Kendrick verse,” he teased. The notion of a Lacy and Lamar song is not as left field as it might sound, though. It’s technically happened before. Lacy played guitar on the standout cut “PRIDE.” from Lamar’s 2017 album DAMN.

Steve Lacy Appeared On Lamar’s “DAMN” Album

Steve Lacy was also invited to Lamar’s “Pop Out” show on Juneteenth. He was one of the celebrities who were dancing on stage during Lamar’s “Not Like Us” performance. There’s a rapport between him and Lamar that would make a proper feature a no-brainer. Despite their past, however, Lacy admitted that he felt out of place at the aforementioned “Pop Out.” “I don’t feel tough,” he admitted. “We were at the run-through, and I was, like, ‘How am I here?’ But I was so honored.. I thought I would never be in the conversation. It was cool.”

Steve Lacy has been pretty selective with his features in the past. He only had two features on his first two albums, respectively. None of them were rappers. He’s perfectly content working with the likes of J. Cole or Tyler, The Creator, but a feature on his album would seemingly need to fit a larger vision. A very large vision. Lacy told Fantastic Man that he’s already compiled 300 song “sketches” in preparation for the new album. We hope that Kendrick Lamar ends up on one of them.

Cardi B Ruthlessly Taunts Offset In Comment Section After IG Crash Out

The tea continues to spill on Wednesday night. Cardi B and Offset have had a troubled romance over the years. They’ve publicly attacked each other and made up many times over. That said, September 25 was a particularly nasty airing out of dirty laundry. Cardi B took to Instagram Live to blast Offset for trying to take away her things. She went as far as to claim that she will be seeing her former spouse in court. The messiness continued, however, even after Cardi hopped off IG Live.

Offset decided to fire shots at Cardi B in the Instagram comment section. He alluded to the fact that the rapper has a relationship on the side. “Don’t you got a n**ga,” he wrote. “Ain’t we divorced.” Cardi B did not let the comment slide, though. She proceeded to respond to Offset’s comment within minutes, and took the gloves off. “Coming from the same one that had to DM me all weekend crashing out because he was blocked,” she wrote. Cardi B then vowed to stop talking about Offset, noting that she no longer has feelings for the father of her child. “It will be the last time talking about his lame a*s.”

Cardi B Claims She Blocked Offset On Instagram

The whole social media meltdown happened faster than outlets could report on it. DJ Akademiks took screenshots of the comments and posted them on his Instagram account. Then, minutes later, Offset posted another comment on Ak’s post. “Everybody can see I don’t want you,” the Migos rapper noted. “It’s ok I’m not talking bout this Nomo all love.” Offset decided to rub salt in the wound by claiming that Cardi B will be contacting him in the near future. “U will be calling me after couple months,” he added. “U my bm I won.” The last sentence came with a laughing emoji.

Not enough drama? Don’t worry, Cardi B hopped BACK on Instagram Live to address Offset’s comment. She restated that she didn’t care what the Migos rapper got up to. She also claimed that he was blowing up her phone despite being out and cheating on her with multiple women. These accusations come right on the heels of Offset’s claim that Cardi B cheated on him while pregnant with their child. We’d say that there’s more to come, but you already know there will be. Strap in, it’s going to be a messy one.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams Indicted On Federal Criminal Charge

Eric Adams is in hot water. The New York City Mayor has been indicted on at least one federal criminal charge. The New York Times broke the news on September 25, following an investigation that went on for months. Adams had previously been a subject of speculation regarding fundraising violations. The outlet confirmed the indictment, but did not specify what the charges were. They are currently sealed. Adams is the first Mayor in New York City history to be indicted while in office.

The investigation against Eric Adams was launched in November 2023. The New York City Mayor had several laptops and cell phones seized by the FBI. Several outlets, including The New York Times, said that Adams was suspected of being influenced by the Turkish government to place its consulate in a Manhattan building. The “foreign influence” was a big point of concern, as was the alleged desire for consulate approval despite possible safety issues. It has yet to be announced who will represent the Mayor during his federal case. Adams issued a video statement refuting the government’s claims as “false.”

AOC Urged Eric Adams To Resign As Mayor

Eric Adams has maintained his innocence throughout the FBI’s investigation. He previously told the Associated Press that he was being persecuted for “standing his ground” in a historically corrupt city. “I always knew that if I stood my ground for New Yorkers that I would be a target,” he claimed. “A target I became. If I am charged, I am innocent, and I will fight this with every ounce of my strength and spirit.” Despite Adams’ assertion of innocence, other politicians have called for his resignation as NYC Mayor.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez demanded that Eric Adams step down mere hours before he was formally indicted. The controversial politician took to X (formerly Twitter) to make her concerns seen and heard. “The flood of resignations and vacancies are threatening government function,” she asserted. “Nonstop investigations will make it impossible to recruit and retain a qualified administration.” Adams’ indictment has only strengthened AOC’s stance. There will be much, much more to this story as the details of the indictment get released to the public.

Tommy Richman Shared His ‘Coyote’ Tracklist Featuring MyNameIsntJMack, Paco, Trevor Spitta, & Zachary Moon

Tommy Richman blew up with “Million Dollar Baby,” his single that debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 on May 11. Richman followed that with “Devil Is A Lie,” which peaked at No. 32 on the Hot 100 in July.

So, the bar is high for Coyote, his debut full-length album due out this Friday, September 27.

After staging his Before The Desert mini tour, Richman revealed the album’s tracklist on Tuesday, September 24.

The 11-track offering does not include “Million Dollar Baby” or “Devil Is A Lie,” but the tracklist does have “Whitney” and “Thought You Were The One,” which Richman released as singles last week and in late August, respectively.

Richman will release Coyote via Pulse Records, which partnered with Brent Faiyaz’s Iso Supremacy in August 2023, as exclusively reported by Billboard at the time. Richman was their first signee.

Cardi B Threatens To Take Offset To Court In Scathing Instagram Rant

Cardi B wanted all of the smoke on September 25. The rapper took to Instagram Live and let loose a stream of claims about her husband, Offset. Cardi accused the Migos superstar of threatening to take away the gifts that he’d previously bought her. The rapper dismissed these threats as stemming from Offset’s insecurity, and proceeded to threaten him back with a lawsuit. “Now we going to court,” she announced. “Court war, right?”

Cardi B did not appreciate Offset’s alleged behavior in the months leading up to this explosive rant. She aired out all of the dirty laundry between her and the father of her child. “A n**ga think that they can just buy a b**ch,” she explained. “I love me sh*t but you can’t buy me.” Cardi then flipped the script on Offset and accused the Migos rapper of being a hypocrite. “I find it funny that n**gas think that they can f**k on anything,” she asserted. “But when I start talking to n**gas you wanna threaten me with taking sh*t that I f**king worked my a*s off for.”

Cardi B Claims That She Earned All Her Belongings

The frustration in Cardi B’s voice became more evident as the IG Live wore on. She made it clear to both Offset and the people watching that she wants to move on from her relationship. She’d prefer it if Offset did the same. “You wanna play those games with me,” she asked her spouse. “Since you wanna threaten me, talking about you wanna take my sh*t cuse I wanna move on? Move on.” Cardi twisted the knife one more time by reminding Offset of his infidelity in the past. “It’s no fun when momma got the gun, right,” she posited.

To be fair, both parties seem to have made missteps. At least, if the claims by Cardi B and Offset are to be believed. While the former was going nuclear on Instagram Live, Offset went into the comments and accused her of cheating. Worse still, the Migos rapper claimed that Cardi slept with another man while she was pregnant with his child. “U f**ked with a baby inside tell the truth,” he wrote on the screen. It’s going to be a messy break up for the two rap stars. Especially if Cardi’s claims about going to court are true.
